Bad customer service. Waited in the office 10 minutes and nobody bother to come in. When I went outside to ask for help I was totally ignored by 4 people, when I finally talked to the manager he said they dont have time to even look at my rv and just to go somewhere else 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Really bad customer service, not sure if it was the manager himself but I think it was. It took him forever to even acknowledge me when I walked in. It’s your job to greet me not the other way around. Not to mention that he wanted to charge me 25 dollars to patch up a flat. save yourself money and head over to America’s tire on Mooney. They’re always in a great mood.

We blew a trailer tire last night and got a hold of TF tire first thing in the am. They had a tire and more, so we decided to get all new trailer tires! There were 4 guys working on it!! They got us out of there within 30 minutes!! All around great customer service!!!

I needed my headlight bulbs replaced cause one of them went out. So I was on my way to work in Lemoore and stopped at Kellers Motors. They wanted to charge me almost $300.00 to change my bulbs on my truck and wanted me to leave it for the day. I made a quick call to TF Firestone in Goshen they told me it wouldnt cost that much and told me to come right in . So I left Kellers and went straight to Firestone. It only cost me $134.00 plus they changed the amber lights next to the headlights. I will be going there from now on. Thanks guys!

Very shady guys...I go in for a oil change and tire balance and rotstion..leave with a spark plug wire pulled out..dying in the middle of the ect..then told I the customer will have to Pay out of pocket to tow vehicle

Dont go here. They did a oil change on my truck and did not put oil cap back on. They are over priced, and they will try to get you to buy more stuff you dont need
