My experience here was WAY above Big Sandy and also Sleep Outfitters. Extremely friendly and helpful ...even was able to get delivery NEXT DAY and I was in the store in the afternoon. Very impressed so far. :)

Very disappointed! I did not understand that I could not get my money back if the mattress didnt work for me. That was not made clear to me!!!Im stuck with this expensive mattress that causes a lot of pain. I was told to try it for a month.......this is a horrible experience!!!

My husband and I literally made a spur of the moment decision to look for a new mattress and Mattress Express was open. The sales person was very nice, patient, helpful and answered all our questions. She made a sale.
