I always have a pleasant experience at Ship Shop. The staff members I encounter are professional and warm. The shop itself is cutesy and cozy!

Best customer service Great people who really want to help

Really disappointed with the attitude the female staff member keeps giving to customers. I have heard her rude to other people, so its not just me. The last two times I went there, she was curt and rolled her eyes at me when I asked about charges. I dared to suggest that they update their website (she openly admitted their pricing is not accurate or consistent) and she paused, looked at me, turned her head and rolled her eyes. All this while the other worker was casually chatting with someone at the other counter.Granted, this is just one customer they have lost, Im sure one person wont have an overall effect on their business. Hopefully Miss Eye Roll will adjust her attitude and be grateful for her customers.

They have friendly service and even do curbside. Sometimes I find cute gifts in the shop. And they make sure I dont pay more than I need to for shipping. Very pleased.

This is now my second review, not only was the service absolutely terrible but now that I try to track my package that I shipped 3 day USPS its not even been given to the post office. This was a time sensitive Item which I made very clear. I will be going into this store tomorrow and hopefully someone other than the incompetent girl behind the counter is there to help me. When you send something on 6.30.20 and on 7.2.20 its still not even in transit theres a problem.

I’ll never go back here ever. The girl working the counter was nowhere to be found for the first 5 min I stood in the store. She was rude through the entire transaction and seemed like doing her job was nothing but an inconvenience for her day. She was trying to get me to leave before she even labeled the package I was trying to send. I really have no faith the package is even going to get there with the attitude she had toward the entire process.

My family and I have used Ship Shop for many years. Everything from a post office box to even accessing their notary recently. We receive and mail packages quite often. We are very happy with them and very thankful for their service.

This establishment is undeserving of any stars. Their quality of service is beyond help. I would rather be stranded on an island of cannibals than do business here. Never again.

I have used this store for years and they have always been very helpful keeping my info in their computer for very fast acurate shipping.

Love this little shop. I only come here to do all my mailing needs.They also have many little gifts and cute trinkets. Everyone who has helped me there has been very friendly.There are also po boxes available.

Friendly and personable service. All your postal needs here along with a notary public and all kinds of souvenirs and gifts, some handmade.

Whenever i need to ship anything i bring it here because they are always so helpful and friendly. I like their little store that they have here too. Packed with fun little trinkets. I have never been a big fan of going to the post office and this place gets me out of that every time!

Friendly enough staff, but the place is small so if you have anyone come in before you, be prepared to wait.The person in front of me was trying to ship something fragile and the employee was very helpful, listening to the concerns and offering different shipping services (USPS vs UPS), going over how one might be more delicate than the other for this item.They sell some knick knacks also, and Im assuming some scented items. As someone who is very sensitive to fragrances, I had a hard time waiting in line.

Very small shipping store, but the customer service was very good. They ship, have mailboxes, shipping boxes, tape, and will help you pack your box. Not sure what more to say.

Sweet little shop with friendly service

Employees are friendly and attentive. The store is clean and organized. They have a lot of cute nik nak items. Great service and a nice atmosphere.

I use this location to ship almost exclusively and very frequently. I have an Etsy shop and I am shipping my customers orders out. You will not be disappointed but you might have a small line that moves quickly. The only reason a small line might be there is because everyone close uses them.

I have been here a few times and they are very helpful, polite and competitive in pricing. I recommend this place for shipping needs (but they do not ship fedex)

This is a locally owned shopped where the owners have great customer service, but what is more amazing is that they have a staff that is just as great. Thats not easy to do!!!

Not only do they charge extra on shipping but they dont even tell you that they do! it cost us $36 to mail two med flat rate boxes(the stuff inside the boxes didnt even cost that much) and when i asked why it was so high instead of telling me they are a third party and charge more they said price of shipping had gone up . It still didnt sound right to me so i went home and sure enough price on shipping had not gone up they just charge more. i would rather drive 5 more mins. to a post office and save the extra money and not feel like i was taken advantage of !

All in one, great ship shop, nice employees, good prices. If I chose to go to one post store most often, it would be this one. Ships many carriers but doesnt ship Fed Ex.

They always do a great job and make all the info is correct. Always feel.safe leaving packages with them.
