I can’t say enough good things about Minute Man Press and our graphic designer Stuart. From the very start Stuart was professional, creative and patient. It didn’t matter how many times I wanted to change a small detail he was very gracious, and his response time was outstanding. Stuart also thought of things that I may want on our business cards that I hadn’t thought of. I only wish I had gone to them sooner. It look months of looking online for a reasonably priced graphic designer and drawing up my own vision of what I wanted. In the end I received a beautiful, professional quality business card I’m very proud to hand out at a very reasonable price in a short amount of time. Definitely keep it local with this company!

Alana and her team are amazing. There is a huge difference between the two Minuteman stores. I ONLY recommend going to THIS ONE on 12004 NE Fourth Plain Blvd. DO NOT go to the other store EVER. THIS STORE is professional and prompt with a full team that works hard. Everything they made was neat, packaged carefully and professionally done. Absolutely outstanding (especially if you need commercial grade products).Had an absolutely terrible experience with the OTHER Minuteman store in Hazeldell (not only were they unprofessional but they required to be charged for the product ahead of time, there was no proof, all of our hundreds of mailmerge items were out of order, and they damaged almost all of the envelopes which were also overpriced).You should ONLY ever go to this Minuteman Press....even if you have to drive the extra 15 minutes. Worth more in that investment of time than what you will end up paying with if you go to the other one.

I am a small business owner. I went in to Minuteman Press on Fourth Plain 3 weeks ago looking to purchase T shirts and sweatshirts with my company logo. A lady who identified herself as the owner helped me and we looked through the catalog. I picked out the shirts and sweatshirts I wanted. She gathered all my info and said she would call me back the next day because so and so was off work. I should also mention I left a shirt with her that has my current Logo so they could duplicate it and have it as an example. NO ONE called me back. 10 days later I was nearby minuteman so I stopped in to see if there was progress. Again, the lady who said she was the owner said she was waiting on a call and she would call me back the next day.Here we are. 3 weeks later. NEVER ONCE did she call me. Never once did she communicate with me about anything. The only time she did is when I went in person and asked what was going on. Its obvious this business is not interested in the 20 t shirts/ sweatshirts I need to order. They have wasted 3 weeks of my time and I will NEVER use them for anything again.

Wow. I dont even know where to begin. I had a pretty important project I needed done on a bit of a time crunch. They were extremely responsive and on top of it, checking with me on sizing and positioning issues and giving me time to correct a couple things before we went to print - Wandean was especially wonderful to work with.And then the day I needed to pick up, I found that I had looked at the wrong week on my calendar and told them I needed the project a week later than I did. I was totally panicked knowing that I had messed up my deadline, but they came through and had my order ready for pick up THAT AFTERNOON anyway. They literally saved the day for me, and I could not have been more impressed with the quality, customer service, and kindness for rushing my order despite their busy schedule. I will ONLY use them for future projects, they went above and beyond and I am so impressed! Thank you!!

I have been using Minute Man Press for years since I founded and created Preferred Exteriors and Superior Exterior Systems. Alana, Kathy and all the staff are real easy to work with. They also somehow maintain fair pricing in a pretty competitive market. They are fast and efficient with my complicated orders. In years past back in the day, Adam was great at graphic arts and now Stuart is equally outstanding, if not better. 17 years with the same company says something about their pricing, service and efficiency. Try them. Youll be glad you did.

They are great!!! I’ve used them several times for posters (big and small size) and they’ve come out better than expected each time! Every interaction with the staff has been positive and easy! I’ve also been pleasantly surprised with their prices!!! I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you Minute Man!!!

A mixed review. At the beginning of our relationship, I got poor service and poor quality about half the time. But as it progressed, they assigned more-capable staff to my jobs, and the quality went up quickly. Im happy now. Good prices and good quality, for wine labels, printed T-shirts, and winery signs.

Excellent customer service and quality of work. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is that I feel a 6.75$ charge to open an email to print from is a bit much. Regardless, I intend to return to this location for future prints due to the excellent quality and customer service.

Always on time with my printing. They dont up-sell, but offer the different quality options. When I have made an error, they have expedited the correction to meet my deadline. I recommend them to everyone. Worth the 30 minute drive from my location for their service.

I had to pay $8!!! Just to print out 2 little normal sized black and white pieces of paper, just because it was a digital file from an email . Ive been to so many other places that would happily print the same thing for no more than 25c. It also took forever, as they were helping other people that came in after me and waited to help me last. Not to mention, the lady that was printing for me was also rude. Very bad customer service. Ill definitely be avoiding this place when I need something printed again.

The customer service there has been remarkable. We had a large order and it was finished the next day, however, something happened to their computer, and our logo was printed incorrectly. I notified them, and they had the whole order printed out for me while I was standing there. Very satisfied with the customer service and quality of work.

We have used this Minuteman location for a number of years, and they have always been very professional and helped us many times. We would certainly recommend them to any company or organization. Certainly 5 stars.

I find myself always going back because I know they will deliver what they promise. Great customer service, they meet their deadlines, they make it happen. I assumed they would just be a chain store with low prices and OK quality. Minuteman has earned my repeat business.

Went in to order vinyl semi truck graphics (DOT#, MC#, Company name, etc) on Thursday. Was told by Jason that he would have a proof to us by mid-day Friday. We never received one. I called this morning and spoke to Cathy at 9:45am and was told Jason would be in by 10:05am and that she would check with him. She called me back and let me know he was working on it and would send it to me within the hour.I decided to just stop in since we need our graphics ASAP. When we arrived, we told the woman at the counter why we were there. She looked on her computer and said they were waiting for us to approve the quote. No proof had been made and Jason had just sent us a quote 10 minutes prior. I told her we needed to see the proof. She went into the back to talk to him. After 5 minutes of her being in the back and not coming back out we decided to walk out.I used MinuteMan Press for years and our last 2 experiences have been poor. We will not be back.UPDATE: Went to Soha Sign and received a proof and quote within a couple hours of my visit and was told it would be a two day turn around time. We received the completed graphics in 24 hours. They were much better quality than the last set I received from MMP and went on very easily. I recommend them for vinyl graphics (and quality service). I will be going there from now on

Possession or record of this receipt indicates that the customer has read, understands and agrees to the above.This is what was written on the contract that the guy here just thrust at my boyfriend AFTER he had handed over our prepaid package. My boyfriend was NOT given an opportunity to read this prior to giving the package to the agent at the store. I do NOT recommend, and I will follow up with FedEx to make sure that this is acceptable to them as well.Id like to add that Im writing this review after deciding to give them another chance - the last time we shipped with them, they didnt get the package out of their store for THREE WEEKS.

When I asked them if they had a student discount, or military discount the woman (come to find out was the owner) played dumb and said she hadnt worked there long and didnt think they had those discounts. When I asked her to ask another employee she said no and that I was already getting a discount by getting my print that night in a rude mannor....we ended up not getting a good print so I put in a 24 hr order, and i picked it up and it was garbage as well as the print they did the night before. Ended up printing with kinkos with same file and it came out great.I also paid for both sets of crappy prints.REMINDER NO STUDENT OR MILITARY DISCOUNT AND OWNER IS A LIAR. Kinkos does better prints, are very helpful, and have student and military discount.

The man just fiddled around, did NOT acknowledge me .after 4 min. Just walked OUT!!! Do NOT go to this sht hole business

They are competent, efficient and friendly.

Needed some booklets printed and spiral bound for a couple meetings. Asked for them to be bound on the long edge, but when I went to pick them up they were bound on the short edge. Wasted two days waiting for these when I could have gotten them done right at FedEx. Thanks for nothing!
