Went here about a week or so ago to have my passenger side window replaced after having someone smash it to break into my car. I appreciated how quick they were able to get my car in and fix it however, I also mentioned if they could fix a small rock crack on the driver side on my windshield and they ended up making it worse :( they apologized for not contacting me about risks of cracking it more and claimed they stopped the progress but the crack has been increasing since then and now I have to get a whole new windshield! I was too stressed from the break in to dispute this and although the were very friendly, they should have been responsible and offered to fix my windshield for making it worse and causing me to spend money I hoped to not have had to spend bc I already spent money on the back window.

Definitely recommend! Got the quarter glass on my Land Rover replaced. Took less than an hour. They provided new sealing for a reasonable price. Very friendly, professional, and fast.

My mechanic referred me to MS glass Vancover for a reseal after finding a leak in my Subaru wagons windshield. MS glass claimed there was no leak and would not attempt a reseal, despite the leak being very obvious. they still charged me $99 for the diagnosis. I assume they just didnt feel like working on an older car and decided to swindle me out of my money instead.

Friendly. professional service at a great price! They had my windshield in stock and replaced it the same day. I waited one hour while they replaced it. It looks like the original and the workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended!

WOW! This place is incredibly professional and fast! I called Sue this morning to get a side window replaced. She fit me in about 30 minutes later and they finished up in under an hour. They even vacuumed up the broken glass. Unbelievably great and speedy service. Thank you!

Shout out to Sue the manager at the Vancouver MS Glass. My sons car was broken into Friday night. I have used another glass company in the past; however they could not give me an appointment for weeks! My mother in law suggest MS Glass since she had used them in the past and were VERY good! The next morning I called the Vancouver store and spoke with Sue. I told her my story (and that my sons car was in Seattle). She said no problem, I can book the appointment for you - even though he was North. She then told me that she was able to get him in TODAY!!!! I was shocked and thrilled. My sons car is back on the road and he is safe and sound. I cant thank you enough Sue and MS Glass Outlet. I will be switching and referring all of our family and friends to this wonderful company from now on. Side note, they were fairly priced and the service was excellent from the scheduling with Sue to the repair made by your store in Seattle. Thank you so much!

MS Glass took me from broken window to completely replaced, in less than 4 hours. I called when they opened and they found a window while we were on the phone. Less than an hour to actually replace it when I dropped off my car. We went next door to a coffee shop and barely had time to get the laptop open before they called to tell me they were done. AMAZING service and pricing.

Not knowing anybody in the biz, Im pretty sure MS Glass has the best deals youll find for auto glass repair and replacement. Friendly service, and had my new windshield ready to go a little faster than the expected wait time. It was easy to get an estimate through the website, and making the appointment was painless. They will come to you as well for a small convenience fee. I hope I dont need any glass repair again any time soon, but I know where to go if that next time ever does arrive.

I called all the businesses in Vancouver to get estimates for windshield replacement on my car. Of the 6 that are listed, 5 answered their phones during business hours. One was only repairs, not replacements. MS Glass Outlet was the last call, but the person who answered was the most helpful of all 5 businesses that I reached. The person that answered was friendly and answered all of my questions. The quote I received was competitive and was exactly what I expected.. The appointment was made for the next day, and the appointment was on-time for the work and pickup. This business definitely met and exceeded my expectations for service. 10/10 will be going to them again if I need to!

Got my window replaced after it was broken out due to my toddler locking himself in. Everything went smooth for the initial apt. But ahortly after i noticed my window clickiing as it went up and down. A few weeks or month or 2 after the hard clicking and it auto rolling down on its own it just fell one day. The window is half down stuck something broke or came loose. I tried to call to see if they would look at it since i suspect it was their fault. I even asked if they would do it for free or if i needed to pay.. Not assuming they would fix it for free or guarantee their work. Which they dont ... They wont even call me back.

They came to my place and fixed my windshield about an hour or less and they did an amazing job. Plus they were inexpensive for such a great job they did. Thank you so much guys!!

If you value your car... DO NOT GO HERE. Installer at Salem location broke my rear view mirror and glued it back together, told me to go back the next day so he can install it, he claimed he had to change the metal tab on windshield cause it arrived with a different one & had to dry 24hrs, but that was a LIE. I have spent weeks trying to get a solution for the damages done and I have been ignored. I have paper trail via EMAIL. I was also promised a $25 restaurant gift certificate it has been over a month now and I still have not yet received anything. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!. Installer is not clean dash had stains as well as my A Pillars and top edge of headliner & to make matters worse WIPER BLADES ARE NOT ALIGNED AND BROKEN CLIPS ON COWL TRIM WERE NOT REPLACED !. NOTE I HAVE BEEN DRIVING WITHOUT A REAR VIEW MIRROR FOR OVER A MONTH NOW!

They have been advertising 50% off for over 1 year all over there vehicles and shop.yet when I called for price on my windshield, I was given the same quote as other places did. When I asked for 50% discount deal, I was told its included in the price meaning nothing. No discount was given on the price..I was quoted $300 somewhere else and so that means ms glass price was $600 then 50% off made it to $300. Very sad they are openly false advertising and taking business from other great glass companies..Shame on u ms glass for running your business this way.keep this up and u will gig a hile for your company..dont advertise 50% off..

I woke up yesterday to find someone had smashed my back windshield on my explorer. I called around to other glass repair companies to find the quickest fix as I have a wedding to go to on a couple days. Sue not only got me in first thing this morning to accommodate my school schedule, they had my car ready in just about an hour, and also had the best price in the area! I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone in need of glass repair.

Very friendly, with great customer service. They were able to get me in quickly, and, complete the replacement all within a few hours. They even helped by vacuuming out the broken glass!

The Vancouver location is awesome! They installed a windshield on my 87 Corolla for next to nothing. It was done in about 30 min and because the car is so old the moldings that any other place would have just reused, they actually replaced for free. Very nice people! Be very careful with these scam artists. They quoted $89 to repair a windshield water leak and when my girlfriend brought the car to them they told her it was not the windshield leaking, it was the sunroof and charged her $97 for that diagnosis and sent her away. I designed cars for the auto companies for over 30 years. I had checked it myself. I am 100% sure they misdiagnosed this. It is not a sunroof leak.

We had our car window smashed and belongings stolen. When calling around, most places were quoting $500+ and it would take at least a week before they could replace the window.We called MS Glass. They quoted $227 (including sales tax) and could get us in that afternoon! We dropped the car off and in less than a half hour they called and said it was finished.The window looks great! This place is amazing!

These people were the only ones who could find my rear glass (new) for my range rover. They did it same day and $80 cheaper then any other quote. I love this place and they also put a new rear rubber seal that I didnt think they would have. Awesome thank you so much.

I recently used M.S. Glass to repair a small rock chip on my windshield. Earlier in the day I was trying to do online research at the various businesses around town and unfortunately did not find one that stood out to me as the clear “best” shop to go. I looked at six websites and only one had clearly posted pricing for the service, everyone else was using shady “lead generation” tactics to get me to fill out a web form with my name, number, email, etc. M.S. did not show up on my research so when I happened to drive by I figured they would be as good as any of the other shops. Plus, they had no one in the driveway so I knew there wouldn’t be a wait.I’m very happy with the work they did and I am impressed with the young woman that runs the shop, Veena Lo. She was friendly and knowledgeable which is all I really need for a quick rock chip repair. The price was fair compared to the one business that had a posted price. The waiting area is messy and cramped but for a quick in and out I don’t need it to be fancy. I definitely will consider going back if I get another rock chip or worse.

I took my 2011 Lincoln MKX in to have the front windshield replaced. My Lincoln comes with the rain sensing smart windshield. They replaced my windshield for right around $200. They were by far the least expensive. They were very timely and I appreciated their kindness. Would definitely recommend them.

I didnt see much difference on my windshield when they repaired the rock chip on it. This is the first time I fix something like this so I hope It doesnt extend more. And I think it was quite expensive for a little thing I was expecting $30

Just got my windshield done there. Estimated time they gave me was 1 hour. and quoted me $160 bucks. Showed up, it was done in 15 minutes! and was still the $160. That price was about $40 lower than all the other places. And they did an awesome job! Highly recommended

Had a weekend break in. I called Saturday, they ordered my glass and had a 8am appointment on Monday and 45 minutes later it was done. They were the best price by 14% on the glass. The service was great. Most of all James the appt. scheduler gave me a courtesy call and I was less than 10 minutes away and he was professional, patient and willing to earn my business after I threw off his Monday first appointment. He has a great attitude and a customer oriented. You cant go wrong trying them.

ZERO Stars! I had my windshield replaced in my car and when I took the tape off, the white car now had a very visible and obvious ugly brown spot that was not previously there before the windshield was installed. Lena at the Vancouver office argued with me that the damage was there before, yet also stated that she didnt see the car. And laughed at the estimate I had from a reputable damage appraiser to get my car fixed. She was extremely rude and refused to help me. She had ZERO customer service skills to deal with an unhappy customer and only made things worse. I called the corporate office and sent them a picture of the damage. Tonia also claimed the damage was previously there although she didnt see the car before hand either. She said they dont have the tools to cause that and refused to talk to the tech that did it, then she hung up on me. When my husband talked to the tech he admitted the damage in that specific spot above the windshield was not there and claims he tried to fix a rust spot that we never seen. Yet neglected to say anything about discoloration or chipping of paint to the top of the car where there was no visible rust or damage prior to installation. If I wouldnt had been surprised by a hideous brown spot on my white car this would be a different conversation. This company has zero customer service skills, no ethics, no morals, no values, and shady business practices. The most upsetting part is that multiple people straight face lied to me! Dont believe me? A quick google search at the Better Business Bureau shoes that MS Glass is an F rated company with 8 complaints similar to mine.

I have a 2013 Chevy Silverado that I just bought in February. I love that truck and when a rock cracked my windshield, I was really upset so I called MS Glass in Vancouver and they came out to my house and replaced the windshield at a very low cost. The technician was friendly, fast and the new windshield looks great! After talking with the tech, I was surprised to hear that they do more than auto glass repairs and I scheduled someone to come out and take a look at my glass shower door because it is leaking around a seam. I will be using MS Glass for all my glass replacement and repairs in the future!

I would of given them zero stars but i couldn’t, google forces you to leave at least one star. I went to MS Glass to have them fix a windshield chip on my 2016 audi q3. They told me 50 bucks and i thought that was fair. When they got the car done and presented it to me I noticed that they cracked the windshield while they were trying to fill the chip. I asked for my money back but they refused. They said no refunds!! This is a very shady business. Lady at the counter was also extremely rude. If you want your rock chips repaired, find a better place and pay a little more.

Cheapest place to get custom cut glass in the area. And I checked prices of all different sizes and thicknesses when we remodeled our kitchen. This place always out priced the others.

Sue at the Vancouver Wa office went over and beyond helping me get my windshield replaced. Valvoline cracked my windshield replacing the windshield wipers. I called 2-3 times daily tonValvoline, MS Glass 3-4 times since last Friday the 29. Ingotbdifferent answers from everyone at Vavoline. Sue kept calling Valvoline and getting different answers. She finally emailed them for m quoting a price for repair. I was told several times that everything was ready to go, but that wasnt so. Finally Sue called Vavolin customer care and got them to ok the service and I finally got a tech over here to replace the windshield. Shes great and you should be happy to have her in your employ.

I went to MS Glass in April to have the windshield replaced. They installed the new glass in an hour and sent me on my way. Within a couple of days during the rainy weather, I noticed my driver floor was soggy. It soon became clear that the water was not from my wet shoes but rather from water getting in under the carpet and into the jute pad. I did a cabin pressure test by taping over the air vents in the back of the vehicle and closing all the doors and windows and turning the blower on high. Then I took a spray bottle with a soapy water solution and started spraying around the windshield seams. It immediately started bubbling up in the upper left corner of the glass. I checked all around the glass and the body seams running up to the glass. No other leaks. I called the shop and reported it. They had me come in the following week (said they were too busy). I went in and they sprayed glass cleaner around the seam and said they could find no leaks and sent me on my way. I left disgusted. I tested it again with soapy water with the same result. I took my soapy solution down to the shop and showed them the leak. They took off the A pillar cover and poured water over the corner of the window and immediately found water pouring in. They said it must be a body seam leaking because it was not their installation. They spent the next hour removing all the moldings on the roof and resealing them. They tested it again and it was still leaking. They said I could come back in next week to have the glass removed and resealed and that they would charge me 100 dollars for the service. Mind you, there was no leak prior to their replacing the glass. I was upset and called the MS Glass main number in Beaverton and complained. I was told I would get a call back in a few minutes. 30 went by with no call. I called again and was again told I would be called back in a few minutes. No call. I called a third time and was advised finally that they would pull the glass and replace it at no cost. I made an appointment for today and was told the job would take about an hour. I was called in after 30-40 minutes and was advised it was leaking through a body seam. I advised them they had all been resealed. He said it must be further down under the glass. I advised that I was told it would be pulled and replaced so the cause could be determined. He said they would just put some urethane around the seal. I was again upset that MS Glass had replaced the windshield and by some oversight or accident caused the leak. After another 15 minutes they agreed to pull the glass. I watched them do it and watched them remove the urethane seal installed by the Salem shop. Up at the left corner there was a piece of body seal that was missing that was accidentally removed by the Salem shop when they prepped it for the new windshield. The piece missing could not have come out except by someone removing it or the urethane that was attached to it. They resealed it and reinstalled the glass. They confirmed it was no longer leaking. For this reason I give MS Glass in Salem a Poor rating. Their customer service was poor and their willingness to stand by their work was sub-par. Their Beaverton store was better but I was frustrated by their wanting to back down from their promise and my having to intervene to get the job done that should have been done the first time without my prompting. 4 visits and numerous phone calls to correct this problem? Really? Maybe my standards are set to high in our day and age. Maybe I am old school but I think I will try my luck at another glass shop going forward.
