This place has always done right by me through two windshield replacements and probably half a dozen rock chip repairs. The entrance is a little difficult to get to the first time as you have to go down a side road and then a back road because theres a fence between 117th and their business and they are on a dead-end.

Good place for custom glass and mirror cutting. They made an error on a recent order. When I brought it back they promptly recut the piece and I was on my way.

My living room table glass top exploded so I took the table to Vancouver Glass to see if the could make a new glass top because it has many curves in it. I didnt think they wold because of all the curves but they made a new top and is a perfect match to the old one.

Employees are very rude and inconsiderate. Now looking at other poor reviews here, Im not surprised. One employee rang my doorbell even though theres a sign covering the button saying Please knock. Babies sleeping. If you want to continue your efforts in contacting the residents, dont do the one thing thats listed not to do! Knock or try calling a phone number! Very unprofessional.

Ive been in for multiple rock chip repairs and theyve been excellent each time. Friendly, honest and quick. Will continue to use them for my glass needs.

The lady who answered the phone was the rudest and most unhelpful customer service representative I’ve encountered in recent memory. She was openly condescending and just generally combative to my questions. If you do not want to do a job just say that and not, “it’s not worth our time.”

Excellent service for a custom beveled glass and mirror job. Price was very reasonable, turnaround was very quick, staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Glass was well protected and wrapped and they helped me load. Hopefully wont need to replace glass any time soon but if I need to I would have no hesitation going here again!

Vancouver Glass replaced a windshield on my 2015 Ford Escape and the experience was excellent. I called several of the big chain windshield repair shops but they didnt have any openings for 2-3 weeks, including the one that comes to your house! Vancouver Glass was able to get me schedule in less than a week. The people I dealt with were friendly and the work was done on time and professionally. I would recommend this company for windshield replacement.

This place was able to fix a rock chip in my windshield that was larger than their equipment was designed to fix (slightly larger than a silver dollar), thanks to the mans wisdom of his trade.This place isnt big and flashy but they definitely know what theyre doing when it comes to glass. A hidden gem of a service, if Ive ever encountered one!Additionally, Ive read every other comment here and, quite honestly, the people who left those negative comments sound like they were the ones being jerks because these fellows were as polite as anyone could be.

Tabitha and her staff went above and beyond their duties to help me get the back glass replaced in my truck. The window was broke out in the back of my truck the day before leaving on a business trip to Vancouver. The shop that was supposed to have the window replaced failed to get the right window replacement kit so while driving to Vancouver Washington with my back glass broken out Tabitha went above and beyond to find the right replacement kit for my truck. Not only that did she make sure the insurance company was on board, when I arrived in Vancouver I pulled right into the shop her staff worked diligently to help me get the glass replaced before the end of the work day they are amazing I would recommend them to anybody.

They were spot on. The owner was the best. I tend to talk alot and he never shut me down and engaged in my curious conversation. Very pleasant and delivered 100% to my needs.... I busted out my window and he had a replacement in route and delivered far inside my expantations. And way under what I thought it would have cost me. Not a bad word to say on this family business.

If I could give Vancouver Glass zero stars, I would. Im only glad we took our door in to be repaired a month ahead of when I needed it, because it took them about 3 weeks to get it done. The sales person (and from what it sounds like, he is the owner) was extremely rude on the phone when my husband called to inquire about getting one pane of glass replaced. Brand new customers, we should have just found another place. When he dropped off the door, my husband paid ahead of time, something the owner said he doesnt usually see. He was told itd be a week to repair it. When 10 days went by, we called and the same rude person picked up and first could not find the order, then said theyd forgotten to order the glass. Another week went by and still no call. We call and they say theyve left a ton of messages. Then find out they wrote down my husbands number as a phone number that starts with a 1, not a 7... and that wasnt any indicator to them that it was their error. Or that dialing a number that starts with a 1 isnt going to lead to a voicemail. When my husband picked up the door, the owner was his usual delightful self oh youre the guy who doesnt pick things up promptly... as if it were his fault they forgot to fill the PREPAID order, wrote down a phone number that doesnt make sense, and didnt even complete the order in a reasonable amount of time. I need to replace 7 windows in my new house and will learn to cut glass myself to avoid this place. We work hard for our money and want to support local businesses, but this is one I decidedly cannot support.

Didnt even get in the door. Pulled up and honked the horn like the sign says. The guy, Dale Im guessing, just looked at me and threw his hands in the air when I tried to ask him if he wanted me to pull all the way in. He finally came over to talk and gave me serious attitude. I really dont know why. Not being in the windshield repair business and not having had one done before, I did not know you had to make an appointment so they could order your particular windshield (makes sense though). He couldnt just inform me of that. He had to say it like I was totally stupid. After being a total jerk and acting like I was putting him out by trying to give him my business, he then asked if I wanted to schedule something. I declined. Why pay to be treated badly? Im guessing he has so much business he doesnt have to be nice.

Had a windshield replaced a few months ago by Vancouver Glass. Everything seemed fine...that is until winter came and I tried to use the rain-sense function, which was a factory option on my vehicle. My windshield wipers would not work at all while on the function. Checked my invoice and verified that they had ordered and billed my insurance company for a rain-sense windshield. I had called Vancouver Glass and they said to stop by and they would replace the gel pack.In the meantime, we had a window in our other vehicle replaced by another glass company at our home. We had mentioned the situation with the installer and he said that he would take a look to see why it wasnt working. The first thing he noticed was that they had not installed a rain-sensing windshield. The second thing he noticed was that they had just tucked the rain-sensor up underneath my headliner, so that it was not noticeable.After he had left, my husband and I drove over to Vancouver Glass and explained the situation. They had an installer come out and take a look at it. We had told him that the rain-sensor was tucked underneath the headliner, so he felt for it and said there was nothing there. My husband asked if he could take a look and within 5 seconds felt the sensor and pulled it down. They installer had no words or explanations (we felt that he was genuinely shocked and had no idea). Scotty, who normally manages the front desk, kept trying to say he doesnt know what happened and made a ton of excuses, without ever apologizing. For example, he said that maybe when our GPS was installed, that is when the sensor was tucked up there. Funny thing is that our GPS was stock from the manufacturer and hasnt been touched since we purchased the vehicle. In all honesty, it doesnt make a difference, the fact is that they installed and billed for a rain-sensing windshield, when no such windshield was installed. I actually called my insurance company and told them to watch out to make sure they do not bill again. Fact of the matter is, I do not trust Vancouver Glass anymore.Vancouver Glass ended up replacing the windshield with the correct one and the function now works. However, I will NEVER go back to this business again. The least they could have done was apologize and admit that a huge mistake was made. If youre looking for a company to replace a window in your vehicle, my suggestion is DO NOT use this business.

We had a large (69X69) window replaced today. It was a difficult fix due to the elevation and obstacles. Steve and his partner worked through those difficult factors as well as rotten weather and did a perfect job. And it is worth mentioning that they beat their competitors price significantly. So I am a customer for life.

Had a glass table top custom cut. they were friendly, provided fast service and were reasonably priced. Heading there today for another custom glass piece for a round table top.

I came in to get a small chip repaired and Nolan put a large crack across my windshield. He lied to me and said it appeared before he started working on it, despite not moving my car and the chip had occurred over a month ago and had never grown. He fixed the chip for free (likely so my car wasnt on record of being serviced there) but left this huge crack significantly worse than the barely visible chip i brought my car in to fix. I called the manager saying I was uncomfortable with the situation and he basically told me to f*** off. He said I could buy a new windshield from them at my expense or we were done.

Shower door and glass enclosure install, sloppy workmanship. Caulk lines very sloppy. Gaps between door edge and adjoining surfaces allows water to splash out....installer comment I can order you a seal kit if you want....cost extra..

We had a window installed and it rattles every time that our door closes. We called the owner and he has given my wife lots of attitude with each call and said there is nothing they can do. This place doesnt return phone calls. We also had another window installer come to the house to inspect the rattling window and he said there is no reason that the window should be rattling unless something is wrong with it. Dont expect help from this company if you have a problem.Update. Since posting the previous review, Vancouver Glass has replaced our noisy window. Coincidence or not, the window doesnt make noise now.

Awful! They forgot to order the window for my house until a week after it was to be ordered, they nonchalantly showed up 30 mins late for the install with no call two weeks later. They ended up ordering the wrong window and it was too small and wouldn’t fit so they had to reorder the correct one, and today is the install day again and they are a no call, no show. Absolute garbage.

My rear view mirror detached from the windshield, apparently an issue with the mount. An Audi repair shop quoted me $890 to repair. Arturo at Vancouver Glass had it fixed in half an hour and charged me $10.

Ive had broken windows replaced at my business several times and had custom work done in my home. Vancouver Glass is quick to respond, professional, and always do a great job!

I had an entire window replaced by them 3 years ago. I am now having issues with it and the person I spoke to on the phone was THE MOST DEGRADING, RUDE person I have ever spoke to!! How on earth does a company stay in business for so many years with the WORST customer service??? I will NEVER do business with this company again and will let everyone I know how horrible this company is!
