I had 20K service done. Service found a nail in my tire, so they took care of it. Nate Cox was an outstanding advisor! He gave great advice on some adjustments and new parts. Very fast turnaround too. I will be back very soon. I tell everyone that I know that owns a H-D to go to H-D of Valpo!

George Dodril was extremely knowledgeable about the Tri Glide. HD of Valparaiso is the place to go for your next motorcycle.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and competent staff yet not pushy. The dealership had a good amount of inventory and selection of bikes. The gear selection was great as well.

I had my info transferred from Calumet Harley Davidson to HD Valpo. I worked with Nate Cox. He was amazing. He helped me in every way to get my Tri-Glide up and running. I will be bringing my bike back for all its service work.

After calling 5 different dealers I called here. Dave in parts was the biggest help out of anybody I talked too. Actually knew the part I was looking for and was one of two guys that didn’t tell me the part didn’t exist. Was able to track one down for me. Super helpful.

Im very pleased with the service department as I was in and out in about 30 minutes as they either replaced the spring or reinstalled it on my kickstand, thank you all that made this possible.

Nice dealership. Excellent selection of bikes, accessories, clothing and replacement parts. They are open 7 days and their service department has skilled technicians. They own 5 dealerships so if Valpo dont have it they can get it.

I purchased my motorcycle in Nampa Idaho on Valentines Day. I have driven across the country to here and my motorcycle has less than 3,000 miles on it. My front fairing from my Street glide had been rattling loose with bolts falling out. I attempted to come in and have warranty work done to replace the missing bolts and to make sure that it is properly attached. When I spoke to the service department The Man behind the counter told me that they will not do warranty work on it and I need to buy them or take it up with the dealership I purchased my motorcycle from. I have traveled from Maine to Los Angeles to Seattle to Florida and back again. I have never come across a Harley-Davidson dealership that would talk to you the way that they did here.

Our sales guy was MJ (Michael) we were really happy with him. He was very patient not too persistent. Super Nice! Very Helpful. Highly recommend MJ if you go up to Harley Davidson in Valpo

Since 2011 never liked them. I have fellow riders that say they wont even buy a can of oil from them. They wont work with you on prices. Now wont take a return on boots because I no longer have the box? I even asked them to take a percentage off.

Valpo Harley is my go to place when I need parts, accessories, or just want to see whats new in the HD world. The staff is friendly, and will answer any questions you might have from motorcycles to accessories to service. They usually have the latest bikes on the floor so that you can check one out in real time, not on a web site. If they dont have the one you are looking for, they can usually source what you want from one of their other dealerships. This is a first class dealership that I have purchased two bikes from, and will probably purchase more! Its a great ride destination also.

Stopped in for cleaning supplies, when I went out to leave my trike would not start. I was just asking about a new battery at the parts department since my trike was 6 years old. My wife and I were getting ready for a tribe to Ohio to visit our son in the US Air Force. It had to be karma that the trike would not start when we were leaving. The service department was fantastic took the trike in with little notice and replaced the battery. I cant say enough about the people at Valparaiso Harley. I am new to the Harley-Davidson family. I have only had my Fat Boy Lo for 2 months and 4 days. Ive ordered about $600 in parts, just under $400 for services. And every time I come to this dealership, Im greeted with a smile... from everyone! I dont know everyone by name however it feels like a family reunion when I walk in the doors. The employees have answered every question, and gone to lengths to make sure I understood what my next step is to be. From George at the door, to Ginger and Tammy at the desk. Was not satisfied with the work done to my bike. They claimed to have rebuilt my trans ( for 3,500$ ) no doubt and a yr n half later it goes out again. When i called and asked what kind of warranty it had they said only 90 days, thanks alot guys. I spend alot of money on my bike and out of the 2& 1/2 yrs ive had it its been broken due to this trans issue. Just wish they would at least looked at it instead of saying its out of warranty.

Dave was amazing. From going over all the specifics of the bike to delivering the bike to our house (mid February). I feel like my wife and I can go back to the dealership at any time and talk motorcycles. Tee was awesome as well. She helped us pick out a helmet that fit properly after trying different sizes and styles. She also went over options with other cool riding gear. This is my first Harley (a Valentines day gift from my wife, actually). We were treated like we were friends of the employees and not just customers. I cant wait for the events and activities to start this year at the shop so we can come hang out and, of course, ride!

I just can’t say enough great things about this HD shop. We had our bike die on our way from New York to Sturgis. We called this shop and although they were about to close, they took care of getting us the help we needed. The flatbed driver picked us up and then proceeded to drop us at a hotel for the night. Next morning ( being a Sunday) the driver picked us up at the hotel and took us and the bike to HD Valparaiso. Once there we met David. David was so kind and informative. He sold my husband a new bike and had us back on the road to Sturgis in 2 1/2 hours. In all my years of riding with my husband I have yet to meet or be at a nicer HD store. Ive been going here more recently as Ive purchased a used Harley from a private sale. So I can not speak of their sales department but what I can tell you is every time I walk through that door. No matter if Im dressed like garbage from working on my bike all day, covered in oil. The people who work there always welcome me, ask me how my day is going and if they can help with anything. Ive been to several dealerships in Valparaiso not dressed the best and they will treat you like dirt.Parts department is awesome, never had an issue with them. Always on the spot with what you need and have a plethora of parts catalogs for pretty much all the years. People behind the counter are always friendly and after coming there for a few odds and ends maybe 3-4 times they already know me by name. A nice touch in this day and age.Bikes on the floor are immaculate, and detailed. Very well organized floor and accessories sections.

Truly great experience purchasing my Ultra Limited from H-D of Valparaiso from the phone calls with George Dodrall till the day my wife and I could come in and look at the bike! George thoroughly went over all the features and extras of the bike including taking us on a great test ride. Harley Davidson hosts a drive in car show every Friday during the summer. Its a fun place to get food, drink, and enjoy exotic, rare and custom car projects.I would recommend parking by the BMV because its easier to get and out of the event.
