This place is a big let down. I went here to buy a 4 wheeler. I asked if they have financing and I was told that they do. I was told to go fill out an application online for the financing. So I went and did just that. Have never heard a thing since. They haven’t even ran the application to see if I’m able to get financing for one. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.Thanks for letting me know that the ATV is no longer available and that’s why I have not heard anything for you. To bad it took a review to get someone to let me know something. In the future you should probably send an email or call the person and let them know that the item that they are interested in is no longer available. That’s what you call customer courtesy.

Best place around to buy or have work on your bikes! Quads or anything like that! Will always be a returning customer! Great service and awesome advice and help on whatever you need.

Terrible! Wouldnt recommend them at all. Get your bikes fixed elsewhere if your smart. I wouldnt be shocked if they are out of business very soon. Looks like it by the way their show room looks. Avoid at all cost.

Generally you deal with pushy salespeople and the like whenever you goto buy anything....they held an in demand motorcycle on my word, and really allowed me to work around my surgeries to get the bike....they were so cool it makes me want to buy everything from them!

Guys were nice enough to help me out being from montreal and on way to Milwaukee by taking me in last minute for valve stem change.

I bought an ATV here. They changed the oil, put in a new battery, and topped it off with gas before they sold it to me; no extra cost. This was one of the best customer experiences of my life. The employees were honest and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

So l purchase this bike after a 4 hour drive they have a hard time keeping the bike on it was cold so the owner told me we having this problem because is too cold, bought the bike because l believe the guy now my son hasnt ride the bike once l wont stay on and leaks gas like crazy great Christmas gift thanks guys

Great place to do business with. took my wifes bike in for tires and front brakes.They inspected the rest of the bike and recommended new chain and sprockets, told me that they would last the rest of this season and should think about replacing them the first of next season. no pressure to buy right now . Use them always

Well just got off the phone with service apparently they dont have room to service my snowmobile. They only work on them during the season is what I was told.lol..maybe a skidoo will be my next purchase definitely not a cat from there!!!! I did have a great experience with Shawn..I think buying my gear there...but that will be the last time I spend my money at this establishment..... wow its February the winter..and charge them storage

Please just avoid these people and go somewhere else. I brought in my bike to have them work on it and it sat there for over a year. They never figured out what was wrong with it. Currently they dont have any competent maintenance techs that actually know their way around a motorcycle. When I went to pick up the bike, it was in pieces. They claimed I had brought it to them that way. I had to wait for two hours for them to put it back together. Come to find out they never put my air box back in. Now I have to buy a new one. I had also left them a new rear tire to replace my balding old one and they sold it. I eventually got a new one from them, however, but that took some time.

Sean is awesome and I found some handle bar grips that Ive been needing for forever and they had them at a very decent price!

Real good place intill you sign your name on a 20000$ and walk out the door arctic cat wildcat came with missing parts. Which i was told was my fault..worthless service .most expensive prices around . Went to another dealer and bought another machine cheaper with no problems at all.will never shop there again or buy a arctic cat product.

Great friendly staff ! the gentleman there said it was no problem . all we had to do was return a face shield for a helmet. the wrong one was accidentally ordered.

Bought a bike from them then mechanical issues...bike has been in shop for going on 2 years now and it still is NOT fixed. They make promises (Dano service manager) and do NOT keep them. Bike is worse now than ever and they wont return phone calls or messages. Dustin Erwin (owner of B & E) even gives himself a five star rating on here...REALLY??? Terrible experience with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!!! and now we want to address this...why now? why not during the two years you had bike? now that you are in public view on google you want to address this?

Brought a set of snowmobile carbs in to be cleaned and rebuilt and was told by the kid at the counter that it should be about a week. Took 4 weeks of getting the run around and excuses before they were finished. Would never spend another dime there again.

Zero stars. No information on shipping info and may have received fake tracking number since no shipping companies I can think of didnt have it on record.
