My car dealer sent me there for oil change and a new key. Although i went right before they were closing on a weekend, cause my crazy work schedule, they stayed for about 2 hours to make sure i got my key made. Awesome people, i HIGHLY Recommend. No doubt.

They charged $400 and the job wasn’t done. Our truck was worse than when we brought it. They had us bring it back for days and never even looked at it. Terrible service very unprofessional

I would like to start of my review by saying Lawless Auto has AMAZING customer service. Brought my moms truck in to fix some issues with the braking system. Once we picked the truck up her brake lights suddenly stopped working when she pulled out. Josh and his crew instantly pulled the truck back in the shop, had parts brought to the shop instantly, and fixed the issue right away. The problem ended up being caused by an aftermarket item installed by another shop. Josh fixed this issue for FREE and it wasn’t even an issue caused by his shop. Thank you for the amazing service. Highly recommend this shop.

Wonderful experience start to finish! Having recently inherited my dads 92 Ford after his passing, Josh and his crew has helped get it back in running order! As well as keeping my 2018 Rogue sport up to date!

They did body work & pained the truck... bumper was replaced & tail gate & the rust was all over the Wheel wells . It looks sooooo good looks like it did in 2008 when we 1st bought it!!!! Thanks Lawless & shout out to Don D. For taking the truck here for me !!!! Looks AMAZING!!!

Ive had my 2017 Power Wagon serviced here since day one. New tires, oil changes and a few other repairs were handled perfectly and in a timely manner. Had an old Truck taken here to swap out the bed after an accident, Josh was very courteous and polite while making sure everything was taken care of and even helped when I put my lift kit on it. Very great and affordable, pleasure to do business with!

Great place to get your auto repairs. They had me out of there in 30 mins, had to have my two upstream O2 sensors replaced. They let me bring in my own parts. Top notch. Definitely recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE! I’ve known the owner josh lawless for years. I’ve been good friends with his family for a long time so of course I wanted to help him out by bringing my car to him. I towed my car there because it stopped running and josh the owner told me that it would be $1500.00 to fix everything and it would run like new. Of course I trusted him having known him for so long so I agreed. Next thing I know he sends me a message saying that he now needs another $2000.00 from me after he already charged me $1500.00. I couldn’t pay another 2000$ upfront so he told me that he was going to charge me storage fees until I can get him $2000.00 I couldn’t believe it he lied right to my face. I believe this old friend maybe got himself caught up in something for him to do that to me and my family.. I highly recommend you stay away from here.

Awful service. They quote you a reasonable price then triple it when you try to pick your car up. Notice I said try they take much longer than they say they will and have terrible customer service. They will not call you back so if you are considering taking your car here be ready to lose it for much longer than they say and then pay for much more than they quoted you just to get it back with a temporary fix.

Ive been to lawless auto a few times and ive noticed that you are able to see the employees over the camera while they are working and everytime ive seen the african american guy on his phone 80% of the time i was there

My wife found this shop after we moved here from Texas. We had some work quoted there that was going to be about 275. The VW dealership quoted us almost 450. We took it here and they got us out the door in less than 24 hours for under 200. I’ve since take. My Armada there for brakes and again had exceptional work and service. We won’t go anywhere else now. We trust them and they do good work.

Was sent to this place by the dealership to get some work done after I bought my new car...After four hours only one of the five things was done after they told me they fixed it all... i was told that they looked at my brakes and now here I am a month later with grinding brakes they were squealing and they told me that that’s just how the brakes were. obviously that’s not true considering now I need to replace pads and rotors on my brand new car… Not very happy I will never go there again and will be calling the place I got my car from to let them know that this place sucks! I also called Monday Morning and was told to come straight and I came in when I got there was told that they didn’t have time to do the work that day and to make an appointment for the next morning... came the next morning and still didn’t have time to do my car that morning!!!! Waist of my time and money!

Putchased a car from Northwest Auto dealer down the street, got a 08 bmw 335i didnt start after refuel. They got a tow truck to get the vehicle in time before these guys close at 530 on a Friday. We got there in time and these guys were quick to diagnose the vehicle and fix the problem. I highly reccomend these guys to local and any body who needs quick and quality repairs. Lawless is definitly the best in town! I would recommend going to Lawless auto repair for anything and everything! I have delt with them quite a few times now and everytime they beat the prices other shops gave me by a long shot. I even went in when my check engine light was on after auto zone told me it I needed a new catalytic converter. He ran it with his machine and said it was a error. He could have easily said it was true and put a new catalytic converter in when I didnt need one but he didnt! Check engine light hasnt came back on. Now thats a good mechanic! Hands down best shop in town! TRUSTWORTHY

We have had horrible service our Journey still over heats after they changed thermostats and new coolant as well as more problems then it had to begin with the sensor for windshield washer fluid is now on when wasn’t before the cruise control no longer works after they fixed the windshield washer fluid the new tires all have leaked and one the day I picked up car blew on way home but I was accused of hitting a curb or pothole so caused a new tire to blow out ???!!! And the car has been there multiple times and multiple problems to the point have to take to dodge to repair the damages made by them I don’t recommend at all unprofessional
