My car is done early a week earlier then what they said. At 1 o’clock they still didn’t know what I owed I was in Tampa on the phone with my insurance company for 35 mins. I had to board the plane and would not be back before they closed at 5. I had to return my rental car because they called and said they were finished. They charged too much so the insurance company was to be reimbursed. They let my assistant bring payment and get keys and left my car outside in parking lot. Hopefully it will be there when I pick it up in the morning. They are not open on weekends which I can see why they don’t have enough business to be open Saturdays. Overall very unhappy and haven’t even seen my car to approve work. I’m also sure ill owe an extra day on rental because I won’t be able to return it until Saturday. I can see this nightmare not being over yet.

This is the second time I have gone to Gerber for repairs. My most recent visit required my bumper to be repaired. In both visits, this company does a great job at contacting you to let you know of your vehicle status, contacting enterprise for pickup/drop off and works directly and smoothly with insurance companies. My car has always been returned clean, with high quality body work. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond what any company is required to do during my last visit. Prior to bringing my car in for repairs, I had Honda perform maintenance on break fluids, oil and filter changes. When picking up my car from Gerber at closing hours, my break fluid indicator went off as I was pulling out of the lot. I turned around, and Jen and a car mechanic inspected my vehicle and discovered break fluid was leaking from my rear tires with no fluid in the chamber. The mechanic refused to let me drive the car for my own safety and Jen spoke to Honda directly to schedule a tow first thing in the morning. Jen handed me back the keys to my rental on their dime! I know of no other company that would go this extra mile for issues that are another companys fault. Hopefully I dont need any more body repairs, but if I do, they have a customer for life.

I have a lifetime warranty on my paint job they just did 2 months ago. My paint is chipping off and there are dings,dips,and paint brush hair in my paint. The top of my hatch is rough and is going to start peeling. They said it looks like I got hit. I said no, its from me scraping the paint off with my nail. My entire rear end of my car is messed up and she is blaming me for a spot. I wish it would let me upload the pictures I took.Honesty, I will never have them do any work for me again. Stay away, go somewhere else.

Quality collision repair work and a very streamlined process. I dropped my car off, picked up a rental, and they called when my vehicle was done. They did the communicating with my insurance company and updated me as the job progressed until it was finished. Friendly staff and a lifetime guarantee on their work. Many car dealerships should take note on how this place conducts business and treats their clients.

After my second trip of them butchering my car I have to scratch my head. I wonder how incompetent you have to be to put the wrong color rim on a vehicle? Three gloss black rims and one metallic black. This is just one out of the laundry list of problems with my vehicle. Now my passenger door will not even shut properly. The tech didnt line the trim piece up properly. To many things to list!

We have known Gerber Collision for many years now. We have never had one complaint, nor did a technician have to look at someone elses work comma Etc. And our car insurance is contracted with Gerber so we have no problems whatsoever no matter what the issue is. In some cases if its a bumper, they dont only match the color it seems almost to blend in to a point where it actually looks better than it did before, if thats possible.We are the old school clients, back from the day when Gerber used to be Cars Collision !!!

Had my sons car for over a month to fix a door panel. They screwed up the tinting on the back window. We had to take it back and they had it another week. They never had the tint fixed and Jen tried to lie about it. She refused to face me when I tried questioning her. I will never be back. TERRIBLE customer service!

Although the staff is friendly, my experience is one I would not recommend to anyone. I had to have car repairs done and I had to take my car in multiple times (3 to be exact). The first time was because they didnt connect lines correctly and I was leaking coolant for over 24 hrs causing my engine to overheat. Then I was told the noise my car was making was completely normal and it should sound like that, if it doesnt then that is not good. Well, I was right and the car was not okay. I ended up having an electrical short and fuses blown and was advised by the dealership to NOT drive my car. Paul Sur had to take my car in and replace the fan Gerber originally replaced and fix the issues they seemed to not have. It all was in the matter of not only my safety but this put me out of a car for weeks which was a major inconvenience.

My car was rear ended on a Sunday and was back in my possession by Thursday. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. I will be using Gerber for all future repairs.

Went there for an estimate and got it but they were supposed to call me back for the availability and I never got a call. Its been a week now. So I will take my business somewhere else.
