Would not recommend not only was I not seen by the doctor I made the appointment for but I was told that I had the first appointment of the day and I was seen after three other people who did not make appointments. So after an hour of fifteen minutes I was finally seen my entire appointment took maybe 20 minutes. But then I had an extensive wait before finally being able to pay only to drive home and get a call telling me I was not charged incorrectly for my contacts and still had a remaining balance of $140. I came here because weekend appointments are convenient but Id rather take a day of and know I will be taken care of at my regular optometrist

Dr. B took really good care of my 2 year old. She was very patient and knew how to keep my daughter calm while performing the various tests. Office staff was friendly and attentive. Five stars!!

Terrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk. They dont know how to talk to people. Not to mention how overpriced they are. I will never go back to this place.

This place is definitely one of the best I’ve ever been to. Dr. Bababekova is truly an amazing doctor who listens to her patients and does everything she can to give them the best care possible. Totally recommend coming here for your eyes!

This will be short and sweet. I am not an easy person to please but I must say Jeff the store manager, Dr. B the wonderful lady who examined my eyes and DJ the receptionist were the most nicest and respectful people you will ever encounter. Jeff will work with you until you are 100% satisfied. I can vouch for that. My wife also was very satisfied. The eye exam was very thorough and I was quite impressed. If you ever need eyeglasses give them a try. I am sure you will not regret it.

Ive been referred to Vista by a friend of mine. I thank my friend.The doctor is very professional and has taken time to listen to me. I made my glasses from them - its is a great place to get eye glasses. The tech Jeff is very knowledgeable. Im happy with their services. They dont care about anything but customer satisfaction. I recommend their services to others.

This place is not the place to go if you decide not to buy glasses with them. My experience was the Dr. was nice but the sales team is not as nice. I will not go back to this place ever again. For future customers who just want an eye exam DO NOT use Vistasite Eye Care you will regret it. Save your money and go somewhere else where they will take care of you.

Professional staff. Great selection on glasses-sales people are helpful and extremely patient in finding glasses that fit your budget and needs. Dr. Bababekova took the time to explain to me about dry eyes and all the treatment options available. Definitely recommending this office!

It a long time for me to find a doctor that truly cares for her patients. Both of my children have been examined by Dr. Bababekova and she takes time to make sure she gets all the information that she needs accurately. She monitors my childrens progress closely and always urges for me to bring in my children for every check up. Dr. B is very knowledgable and is always looking for different options for treatments. Also, the staff is very helpful. If you are looking for a doctor that cares for her patients and is very thorough during the whole examination process, then this place is for you.

Mixed reviews depending on his mood.First time I had a great experienceSecond time, the first thing the doctor did was scold me for going to a different doctor for my last follow up. During the exam, the glass lense I was looking through was extremely fogged up, and instead of cleaning it the doctor told me it “didn’t matter” and continued, rudely, to ask about the letters on the screen, regardless of me insisting that I can’t give him an accurate answer because of the fogged lense. He told me if I wasn’t going to “cooperate” he didn’t know how to give me my prescription.Reception is GREAT, very helpful, but the doctor is egotistical and rude. Consider going to other places if you don’t have the time of day for rude mall doctors.

Very unprofessional staff!!! By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a “doctor’s” office! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Front desk staff is allowed to wear jeans, belly tops, and t-shirts. They greet you by telling you how tired they are and upset that they have to be at work the day after a holiday. My son and I had 4:15 and 4:30 appts. Unbeknownst to me, they were still checking in the 3:15 appt. At 4:50, I decided to ask one of the girls at the front desk if they had any idea how much longer it was going to be before they called us. She proceeded to say, “I don’t know. We are very busy verifying insurances. You just have to wait.” I politely explained to her that I had a 4:15 appt and just want some general idea of the timeframe. She proceeds to say I can’t give you a timeframe but we’re working on it. As I go back and sit down, I am dumbfounded by the unprofessionalism but I stay and patiently wait some more. After another 10 mins, I decide to ask another staff member who is walking by if she has any idea of how long it’ll be? She says she will check on it but when she goes to ask the girl at the front desk, she responds “how many people is she going to ask, I told her I don’t know?”. It is at this time that the girl at the front desk walks away from the front, storms to the back and says “my heads about to explode”. Honestly, I thought this was a joke because I’ve never seen this behavior in a “professional” environment. I get up to leave and tell the remaining lady at the front that this office is very unprofessional and I will not spend my time or money here. She begs me to stay and says someone is going to finish up my paperwork and get me in right now. It gets better though. They finally call me in and not only is the optometrist very sarcastic and rude but he does the quickest eye exam I’ve ever had in my life...smh. They then proceed to slap me with a $198.00 bill for what I consider a vision screening and not a thorough exam. I questioned the charge and told them that this doesn’t make sense when my insurance should’ve covered the majority of the exam. I usually go to Davis Visionworks and have never been charged that much and their exam is 10x more thorough than what I received. They try to sell me contacts and glasses at a “discounted” rate however they were 3x more than what I usually pay. I will never step foot in this place again!!!! BEWARE!!!!

Getting glasses has always been a pain for my family. Dealing with sales people that are only worried about upselling and their commissions ruin the experience.I took a chance on VistaSite .......and I was pleasantly surprised. Maria handled my family with the care and attention that we needed. Its not easy trying to find glasses that are functional and stylish for pre teens. Maria had the patience of a saint with my childrens many demands.She kept me in the know throughout the process, from pre testing, to the actual exam, and then glasses selection. Dr. B also went above and beyond to make sure my son had the correct prescription.I am so impressed with the quality of care and service at VistaSite I have recommended them to my family and friends.VistaSite makes the glasses experience a completely seamless process.Thank you VistaSite!!!

Extremely unprofessional staff. Knows nothing about customer service. The only one that took 5 seconds to explain that their system had a glitch was Jasmine. I have been waiting over a 2 weeks for my sons glasses, when i finally get them it was cracked . Keep getting a text from the office that the new ones are ready for pick up. Went there, I was told, no its not ready. I said ok. I recieved a text couple of days later, this time decided to call ahead, RUDE, unprofessional person at the front desk is telling me if It was ready they would have notified me. She places me on hold for 8 minutes to tell me no its not here. I am trying to explain I recieved another text. Wish I could get a full refund. We have been waiting over 2 weeks for these glasses. Please take your hard earn money and spend it where people respect it. Amazing this kind of behavior is tolerated. The only reason i gave 1 star is because you have to give something

I wanted a new specks and I went to Vistasite eyecare. First, I was so undecided of what I want so I had to visit more than once. The customer care that Jeff, Maria, Nicki and staff gave me was beyond my expectations. Talk about WoW service. I left there a very happy customer. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else to get my pair of Glasses. Keep up the great work guys!! Valley Stream Vistaeyecare rocks!!

I got a deal on Groupon for this place, it was super good. Regarding the staff and the doctor: the doctor is very nice and does what is needed to be done. While the staff are nice in the first time but once you finish the exam and order your prescription their treatment change 90 degree. They tell your glasses will get ready in 2 days and it takes more than a week and they dont call you, but you have to call every time to check if it is ready to pick up and if you ask them twice they get upset. Thats what exactly happened with me but once I told her I rated you high on Groupon which I actually did (5 stars) they turn to kiss you and smile a fake smile this attitude doesnt work anymore these days. I am a physician and hold a master degree in heath administration and very well known how should be the environment in these places. So my recommendation to you Mr. Jeff Safi since you are the new manager is get these employees extra training on how to deal with customers, cater their needs, and handle their questions and inquires. Today we live in a competitive world and thousands of choices are available but the core of marketing is customers. I still rate this place 3 stars but only because of that otherwise it deserves 5. Promise next ill rate them 5 if i see any positive change.

This place lacks customer service, Cannot even say rude because your Associate at the front Desk didnt even acknowledge us we waited 10 minutes while she was chatting it up with someone else. Then the other person came from the back the same thing. You lost out on over $700.00 I went to Cohens.

Very bad experience . Over a month and they still cannot get my prescription right. I cannot see out of one lens and smears just by putting the glasses on without touching it. I need my money back and I am going to get.

The staff is friendly but the doctor is unreliable. My appointment was cancelled twice at the last minute because the doctor had to leave early. That is very unprofessional. Will look for a new eye doctor.

Went in on 11/7/17 and on 11/17/17 i finally called them to see if was my glasses ready after being told it would only take a week.Only to be told that oh they came in with the lens scratched and that it could take 2-3 more day, i guess i will be blind another week Thanks Maria
