Store manager Roliner Fernandez is unprofessional and arrogant to both customers and his employees. I have been there several times in the last 2 months, just to find myself asking for a store manager and he hides in his office not wanting to deal with customers. For the most part, I was seeking help and advice where to locate items as well to provide a consumer’s input of how to improve checkout among other details. He was approached by a team member and shook his head as if he was too busy and important to talk to me. I waited to speak with him and he never came out of his office. I’d like to be contacted so that I can detail my several awful experiences and attempts with him prior to posting. Thank you.

I went to this CVS for the first dosage of the Moderna covid19 vaccine. The pharmacist who attended me was very professional, friendly and attentive. I look forward to my second dosage in a few weeks, and hopefully he shall be there on that day, too.

Store is dirty and unorganizedEmployees, including Manager were extremely rude and disrespectful. One female employee with yellowish hair (definitely wasnt blond) in particular working behind the counter at the pharmacy section. Employees that are handling customer medications, are on their phones and having personal conversations. I wouldnt trust someone not focused and unprofessional handling my medication; be careful. The fact that this location has rude Employees who have no care for their customers, shows theres a big problem at this CVS

Called an they never picked up phon rang for 37 mins went there waited 30 mins on line only for them to tell me to come back 20 in mins. Couldn’t they prepare my prescription then tell me to go in 20 mins over the phone? Frustrating.unexceptable. Not the first time.

Worst place ever for meds. Calling is a nightmare because they never pick up the phone and if you go in person your wait is VERY long. They will see you waiting on line and will not assist you fast, they keep working on the meds while they talk to each other.

Worst customer service. Staff take forever to assist you. Pharmacy staff are unfriendly, take forever to assist you and get mad if they have to refill your prescriptions. You know, things happen sometimes and customers are unable to pick up meds on time. They lack empathy and they need to improve their culture. Im disgusted by their damn attitude.

I love this CVS because it’s near where I live, but I didn’t give it 5 stars because I think they should stock up on more menstrual cups, and get different brands because they only have like three different brands. Besides that they are great.

Out of all the CVS that i have been to, this one is the most ghetto I have seen. They need a camera in the “cards” section...for some reason, people take the envelopes, and you can’t even buy a card there. And no one is around to help you inside the store. This place has gone completely downhill in the past 10 years. So close to home, yet I have to go uptown to the CVS in North Bergen. Shaking my head.

This place has gone down hill. It takes about 20 minutes for the pharmacy to answer or other times like today when you will call 10 times go through the machine just for them to constantly hanging up on you. I have never been so upset with this place like I am recently.

This CVS has by far the worst pharmacy probably in the whole Hudson County. My wife had a terrible experience with pharmacy staff when she tried to get some prescribed medicine for our twins. The lack of professionalism is tremendous let alone customer service that is non existence in this location. Don’t waste your time, money and energy going there. It is very simple they don’t care about their customer needs and do not want to work. Today one pharmacy employee even said to my wife’s stepfather that they can’t communicate with others CVS. We are talking here about a terminal ill patient who was waiting for more than a week for his medicine to keep under control his condition. Stay away!!!

This CVS Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Terrible service from the entire staff. To get on the phone with them, I’ve literally waited 40 min to speak to a pharmacist. As I am typing this review, I’ve been waiting on the phone for 32 minutes to speak to a pharmacist. And it’s never a short wait on the phone...expect to wait more than 20 min ALL THE TIME. It is absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced this with any other CVS pharmacy.

I think the pharmacists genuinely care, some reps do too. The store itself they try to keep clean and organized but I feel they can do a better job. Most of all the employees of the store dont really know much of anything and if you need help it always seems like theyre looking for a manager thats never there, once I got a manager (Spanish chick that looked miserably) her attitude was horrible and so was her service. Other then at, you should be fine there if you dont need any management assistance.

As an Practice manager, this is the worse pharmacy. Today 12/27/19 Me, n my staff been trying to get in touch with the pharmacists. NOBODY ever picked up the phone. One of is was on the phone for 50 mins. I called and I was on the phone for 35 mins, and the Doctor called as well and he was 20 mins on the phone. I will not send my patients here anymore. And they never receive E-Scripts for such reason. We have to refax it 2 more times for them to see it. I personally think they dont review their E-Rx continuously. Pharmacy doesnt care.

Ive only dealt with their pharmacy and Im no fan of corporate chains but their pharmacists are the most professional ones Ive ever dealt with.I get monthly fish oil tablets that my doctor prescribes for my cholesterol and they make it very simple to get it.I place my order via the CVS app each month and a day or two later I get an automated call that its ready. I show up, bing bang boom! Im out the door in 5 minutes! Very efficient.

My grandmother is trying to call the pharmacy for her medicines and a machine is what pops up. She doesnt know English so when I try calling no one picks up the phone and the machine doesnt even pop up. I called multiple times and no one answered. In order to find out what the situation is on my grandmothers medicine, she has to go to the pharmacy herself and she is not in conditions to be going out alone. I grew up going to this pharmacy and seeing how theyve replaced the staff with useless machines is sad. Theres always a problem, whether its with the pharmacy or the self checkout.

I rarely ever write reviews on restaurants, stores, etc but after leaving my local Cvs i could not helP but write a review on it! First of all the fact they have a do it yourself checkout machine is awesome. Not only are the workers Friendly,they are also helpful when it comes to answering your questions,helping you find what you need. When its time for me to pay they help me bag my items,and provide me with their extra care card that helps me get a discount! Amazing. :-)

I am very disappointed with this pharmacy, my medications have been pending for over a week, each time I call to follow up NO ONE answers the phone, phone rings over 20 mins, when I go to the pharmacy they are all chatting and I can hear all the phones ringing. Also when I call my insurance to find out why they have not been approved my medications. I was told they call but they were on hold for too long so they had to hang up.I will not be going back to them again!

Horrible store! Two self-checkout machines open and no actual registers with humans. Half the people that use the self-checkout machines dont even know how to use them. You wait in line forever to pay. I usually end up leaving everything right there and just leaving, I dont have the patience for such nonsense. Just have actual registers with humans open damnit!
