Different stuff and good price independent great service too

Do not use this pharmacy!! This is the 3rd time they have call the wrong doctor to get my prescription refilled. The sad part is that I called and spoke with 3 different people (two ladies and a young man) and they still called the wrong provider. How can you even be a pharmacy making this kind of mistake over and over again!!!! You call them and they really could care less!! TERRIBLE!!!

Horrible customer service. I will be contacting corporate in the morning. Pharmacy tech sold me the wrong medicine and now im stuck with it and can not get another dose for 30 days and Walgreen Union City could care less. Dont go here if you want accuracy

Horrible customer service. I asked for assistance 2 times and the associate denied me assistance both times. I got assistance from another associate who appeared to be a manager but she went really slow. I was the only one inside at the time. I only came for 4 items and the whole process took 20 minutes.

Me and my wife are truck drivers and do a lot of disaster relief runs. We just cant drive all over town to get our vaccine. This Walgreens apparently doesnt care about that... Atlanta citizens, sure hope you dont need our services in the future...

Line is so long and cashiers are so slow. They are ridiculously lazy. Doesnt make no sense. Need more workers. I feel sorry for the gentleman in front of me he asked for some assistance. It was like pulling and tugging to get that.

Despicable place that has ALLPOINT ATM that pretends to dispense money but money “gets stuck” (UPDATE: it took 3 weeks for my money to be back in my account) and I will never patronize this store. If u have a bad ATM then get rid of it. It’s that SIMPLE!

Initially I encountered a “hiccup” at the photo shop. Nicole Porter (a Manager) thought enough to call me and rectify what I believed was a problem. As a customer the respect and professionalism was much appreciated. Her resolution renewed my feelings because I had sworn to never shop this store again. Thank you Nicole!!!

Very rude manager on Thursday 09/12 evening shift. Gave everyone an attitude about buying gift cards. Used my credit card and pin to purchase gift cards. AFTER the transaction was done she chastised the employee for not asking for my ID. Yelled from the other register “it’s very simple, why are you making it complicated “. Very unprofessional. I didn’t realize I left my ID at my daughter’s school after picking her up. The manager literally reversed my already approved transaction therefore locking up $600 on my Corporate account. She really left me in a bad place. Ironically I was picking up the gift cards to reward my employees for a job well done. The poor employee was afraid. The manager proceeded to give two additional customers problems and did not allow them to buy their gift cards either even the man paying with cash. Nasty service.

This place is horrible. I waited two days on a prescription to be ordered that was guarantied to be there the next day but wasn’t. Two days later still not there. I presented a coupon from my doctor office that was given to me to cut the cost, Walgreens can’t find out what happened to it. Just plan trifling. I wish there was a star less that a one.

The store manager is rude and impolite. I feel sorry for anyone working under her. The bathrooms are not clean and I saw a mouse running around the store. Walgreens has dropped in its care for customers and the cut backs are really starting to show.

Went and picked of my meds and I was wondering why my meds texture was a little different I have been taking these meds for a extremely long time. They are never Chalky ... My meds were f completelyChalky.... I dropped it in water it automatically started fizzing!! This is not right... Walgreens is a huge Corporation that is trusted by many people and I Know for a fact Walgreens Medications are authentic so someone personally did this to my medication.. And I dont blame the Walgreens Corporation at all... Walgreens has always been one of the trusted pharmacys in the World..😭😭😭😭😭😭

Please dont waste your time going to this Walgreens pharmacy. The pharmacist I spoke with (never got her name) was very rude and came off as if I was bothering her by asking her recommendation on a medicine. I already was not feeling well and she made matters worse by literally not even pretending to care. Again, dont waste your time on the pharmacist here, just go to the pharmacist at Walmart.

I dont usually go into detail about a place unless someone goes above and beyond to help me. Crista, I appreciated your help so much tonight! I had a Western Union problem that Crista helped me get worked out. I had to get money wired so that I could travel 170 miles home. What couldve delayed me for another day, was patiently dealt with so that I could get the transfer. Thank you SO MUCH Crista!! Your boss needs to give you a raise!

This store is a ripoff. Stole 73.00 from me on a green dot card. Got home with the new card and was no money on the card. Call the store manager and they said they can’t help me. I’m not mad because God is going to handle this.

I just had the most horrific customer experience at the photo center. The manager Christina was completely unhelpful, unprofessional, uninformed and very rude. She kept leaving her department and showed no regard or willingness to assist me or resolve my issue. She’s horrible!!!’

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS.. I WAITED IN DRIVE THU FOR 45MIN .. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL.. I DROPPED OF ONE PRESCRIPTION AND WAS TOLD TOLD IT WOULD BE READY IN A HOUR ... I GO BACK TO PICK UP AND THEY SAID OH WE OUT THE MEDICATION AND I NEED TO GO ELSEWHERE...THEY ARE SLOW AND DONT CARE

So I had to go drop off a prescription today and when I get there I get told that the doctor forgot to add something but they had the medicine I needed. I drive 45 minutes back to the doctors office and 45 minutes back. I get back to the pharmacy and they tell me that they dont have the prescription I needed and the doctor needs to initial it on top of their signature. What in the hell!!!!! The pharmacist has the nerve to give me an attitude about it! Never again! Worst customer service! No one does their job at that pharmacy!! 😠

Customer service is very poor! Waited over 20 min for someone to come to the photo department only to have the woman (Nicole) act like she cant talk.. Meaning mumbling under her breath to the point i couldnt hear nothing she said! Very irritating and sad that folks get jobs in the customer service field and dont know how to use good customer service skills smh

There is always a problem when I come here. I get a text my prescription are ready a wait a day or to to pick them up and they still arent actually ready or they have been lost somewhere in the pharmacy smh 1 am🤦🏾‍♀️ I really hate coming here but they are the only Walgreens with in 25 miles... this location is one of the worst.

This store is extremely terrible..i was profiled the minute i walked in the door..maybe because of my dreadlocks or the area where i dont belong..i asked why i was being followed when ive spent $200 in this store in the last 3 days..weve had recent robberies and theft was the response.Yet the only followed me not about race you guys..customer service and morals are insufficient and inadequate.walgreens will NEVER get another penny from me or mine because of this location m

Worst Pharmacy ever!!! They called me to tell me my prescription was ready, went to pick up my Meds 2 days later and was told that they never had a prescription for me. They Lost my DAMN prescription and tried to make me feel as if I was F-ING crazy. Pharmacist was very unconcerned and staff was also not helpful. Walgreens should fire them all..., except Tamara. Shes always nice and helpful when shes there. The Rest needs a Customer service class ASAP!

The pharmacy is the worst!!!! Extremely SLOW I pulled right up at the window in the drive thru. I waited for 5mins with no greeting! I than push the buttom...the lady exact words WE WOULD BE RIGHT WITH YOU Still no hello or anything! Ok another 5mins maybe 10mins goes by still no help. I push the button again for the lady to tell me the same thing. Wth! It took 2 1/2 for my prescription to get filled now its 20-30mins to pick up!!! Awful customer service very rude...telling customers wrong info. I will never come back to this pharmacy!!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I waited in the photo center for 25 minutes while the person in charge of the center was on break. Once he arrived with the manager I had my money tossed at me and I received a nasty attitude from the manager. I do not recommend this location at all.

Please never request to have your package left at the fedex. The driver dropped my package off there and none of the employee know what happened to it. This is a horrible store. They need to hire new people ASAP.
