Floor team was very helpful. Was asked often if I need help. Very observant young man noticed I was walking around with a new pair I was trying on and alerted others by tele to make sure I wasnt going to try to walk out with them on... Great Job!!!

Chased me and my asthmatic daughter down in an aisle where we were completely alone, and demanded that we wear masks or leave...easy choice. We were going to buy 3 pairs of shoes today. We will shop at Academy today and from now on. You lost a family of customers for life today.

Customer experience here was awful yesterday. Wont be going back. Went down to Academy and got what I was looking for. When you work in retail your supposed to check on your customers. No one ever said anything.

Initially no one offered help, but when I asked for help a very knowledgeable young man was a great help. I wear EEEE shoes, which are HARD to find, and he showed me exactly where they have several brands plus that its buy one and get the 2nd for 1/2 price.

This store is very unprofessional and the employee was very rude in front of the manager who said nothing. Her name is Isabella and my order was not ready. I ordered online and never received the email that one pair was canceled until that night after it was supposed to be ready. I was very unhappy with her rudeness and will never spend my hard earned money there again. The manager tells me he hopes I have a better day in a very sarcastic way. Wow! Never again.

Took my three daughters for new school shoes on tax-free weekend. Managed to buy all three pairs from the clearance rack. With coupons from the mail and the buy-one get-one half off, I only spent $53. Place was crazy busy, but the store was well-staffed and everything was smooth.

I love Shoe Carnival! Ive been going there as long as I can remember, even as a child. I love their shoe specials and brands, and have found great clearance items as well. Customer service is always great.

Kinda pricey especially for a.growing boy of 5 .but he needed blue shoes and we found them here. The people working were very pleasant and very helpful at locating said blue shoes.. we will shop here again when hes a little older.

Only a few stored carry wide width shoes in Tyler and I desperately needed a pair.Lots of help available to find what I couldnt locate on my own.

Itd be fine if it was ever NOT totally packed. Also, maybe its different for womens shoes, but for mens shoes its still generally much cheaper to just buy online.

Horrible service I was to wait for a cashier and have been standing there for about 5 minutes but when a white customer got in line behind me she was helped first and I was left standing there waiting for another two minutes for another cashier. Absolutely ridiculous.

Best place to get size 11 womens shoes for my daughter. Pick out the shoes she wants, they will order her size if they dont have in stock and ship it to her.

For several of the shoes I liked, they didnt have any in my size. However, they were nice enough to always allow free shipping if I wanted another size.

I will probably never go into this store again. I saw about 20 people working through the store yet only 1-2 cashiers assisting customer. I stood in line over 15 minutes because a woman In front of me didnt have her hotness together. I moved over to the other line after waiting for ever and the person in front of me just so happens to have a return that we then have to wait for the manager to come up front to approve. It was my first time In there getting shoes for my twins and will absolutely be my last. Extremely slow service.I did however encounter a very helpful friendly associates who went to grab the brannack device for measuring feet and helped measure my childrens correct size. Kudos to him.
