Had a very pleasant experience when I went into the store today! I was helping my mom find an anniversary gift for my dad and was helped by very nice employee named Anika. Anika greeted me when I walked in the door with a very friendly attitude and helped me find just what my mom and I were looking for and even helped me show my mom the size of the buckles we were considering as I was having to FaceTime my mom while she was at work. Anika was a tremendous help and very nice the entire time!! Will definitely be going back soon to Christmas shop!

Looks like a nice place, but not as good as the old baskins. Not much for the big and tall guy. Son is 6.5 a 46x32. Plus not one clerk even tried to help.

Remember back in the day when you would go to the shoe store and they actually helped you find shoes that truly fit your feet!?! This store offers that type of exceptional customer service. I actually like going to Boot Barn a little more than going to Cavenders, the employees are always nice when you come in looking for specific items or things you have no clue about just that you need it. I just purchased a hat for my husband while he was out of town and had no idea what I was looking for just had a brand a few details and barely a size to go off of. The gentlemen was able to help me make sure I picked the right size and he helped me look for the hats through a few other ones to make sure I got the right one. I will be going here more for my hat purchases.

Their online store cant be beat. Store is tiny. Lots of clearance items.

Be Leary when making a pickup in store online order. I wanted in waited in the checkout line for about 30 seconds then saw a shelf by the front door with packages on it. I then see one with my name. I pick it up open it confirm whats inside. A lady goes behinds the counter looks at me for a sec then I ask is there anything I need to do and she said, not if its yours. So I left. Was never IDd nothing. I could go in there and take all the planks packages and not be caught if that is how their process works.

I have purchased boot for over 3 yrs now. My grandson always love his boots for Christmas.

I went in with my parents (dad was looking for a band for his hat) both my husband and I walked out with something. They had great sales prices. I really wish it wasnt so expensive because they do have some of the cutest clothes and prettiest boots. The sales girls were very nice. We needed a price check on something and she ran back no problem.

Just left the Boot Barn in Tyler a very satisfied customer. Since moving to Tyler a couple years ago, I have bought many articles of clothing and a pair of boots at this store. Last week, a liner in the boots that I bought about a year ago came lose. I went to the store to ask what I could do about it. Brittany, the manager, after hearing my explanation and inspecting the boot offered me an exchange. I felt very appreciated and will remain an even more loyal customer after this great customer service experience. I appreciate a company that stands behind the products they sell. I will be continuing to spend my money at and do business with the Boot Barn in Tyler in the future and I highly recommend the Boot Barn in Tyler as a place to buy your western gear and work wear. Walked in this afternoon and 4 girls just standing around the front with out a single word. I guess to busy in their own conversations to greet the customer. Went to look at boots and found a pair I would have loved to buy but couldn’t get help even though two workers looked right at me and just continued to walk away?? Decided not even worth it if customer service is going to be that awful!!

Could use more of a womans selection of boots

Stopped into this Boot Barn after flying in from Utah to look for a specific pair of boots. I didnt find them, but this location seemed relatively smaller than the other locations Id visited. We didnt recieve any assistance from any of the employees which was unusual, but not a problem since I knew what I was after. I did find another pair of boots that Ive got my heart set on currently but decided Id sleep on and buy towards the end of the month when I fly out if I still want them at that time. They are having a slightly discounted sale at the moment which would be great if anyone wanted to get in on some great deals for the holiday season!

They definitely dont care about their customers. Was ready to buy all four of my kids boots and couldnt get any help. As soon as we came in the lady looked at us and didnt say a word. But the next customer that came in was greeted and helped. The next customer was helped. Wont step back in that store again.

I will never order from boot barn again. Went into the store to find a new pair of boots, but had to order online through their kiosk which the woman was very helpful and I was able to have them shipped 2 day air. Next morning the huge Cyber Monday sale goes on and I call to ask if they can pull back my order so I can reorder to get the discount. I was told it was already in transit and I would have to wait until it was shipped to return it and reorder. Funny thing was I finally received an email Wednesday night saying its just being shipped. So for one my 2 day air shipping has now turned in to 4 days and my boots were not actually in transit when I called. They refused to help refund me with the 25 off of the boots. The online employees were rude and not helpful whatsoever. I will buy my boots from every other place except here now.

I will start this rating off with this store is filthyDirt trash and even pins in clothing left over from shipment the staff is always busy in the back leaving only one up front to check you out and to say anything about costumer service means there actually has to be some first an to top it all off it been herd that the manager has said some less than appropriate things about the female work staff in whitch we wont get into for the sake of everyone reading this but let it be know it had to do with sertain body parts and thats not the only incidentI was in there and recall a woman working the cash register and who i asum is the maneger matt walkes up and stated that everyone in the store was a f$$$ idiot and he had to do their gd job for them while I an another older lady was no more than 4 feet from him with no regards for the older lady that was standing next to me or the one he was talking toI hope that anyone who values there selves and there loved ones will surely stay clear
