This is by far one of my favorite hair stores. Their customer service is great. The prices are reasonable. They social distancing was on point. I was a customer in this store on a weekday evening 10 minutes before closing. I needed assistance and the young ladies were behind the counter. I politely said excuse me... no answer. I then directed my attention to the gentleman who was very prompt in assisting me with the items I wanted to purchase. I understand children need the experience of having a job but maybe teaching them manners and side talking is a big no no!! Other than that the store is pretty cool. I won’t come from Dallas and go here anymore, I’ll make sure to get everything before I leave!

Love this place! On my first visit there was a clerk that was so helpful. I was able to find exactly what I needed, and I will definitely be back.

They helped me and my wife perfectly. Even gave me tips on how to even glue the tracts so it looks like her natural hair and not a cheap 70 wig.

Got the hair done for a wedding party. Not only did she get us done early, we looked FABULOUS! She edits on the fly for any suggestions you might have in such a manner that it looks like it was planned to begin with. My hair lasted all night.

I will NEVER go back there again. I saw/heard/know what all happened. This little kid was grabbing/taking things off the shelf and putting them in my friends purse. I told the mother, and the mother took the kid to another isle. I thought my friend would/could be able to feel the weight difference, but she didnt. I grabbed the last thing I had on my list and before I got the chance to tell her, she was walking out the door when the alarm went off. I tried to tell them she wasnt trying to steal, but they were gonna call the police on her, so I called them first and told them what happened, so instead, they banned both of us, and I left over $200 worth of things there. They just lost about $5000 a year.

Plus they a few really great deals on Bundles and they last pretty long as well as a good grade. I would have gave them 5 stars but their customer service sucks! Theyre not friendly. Seem to get annoyed if your indecisive and if you want a closer look or feel of the hair behind the counter! Be a little nicer and welcoming and youll have a new loyal customer

Pretty cool little place.. they have lots of hair accessories from wigs to headbands. Lots of cheap jewelry and hair bow accessories. Decent variety of makeup as well. Very reasonably priced.

They only give the 10% off discounts to people they like. Not honest. They stay in that video camera watching us. if it wasnt for us African Americans. They would not have the business to generate them paychecks that we the public pay. They should be nicer to people. They lost me as a customer. ill start ordering online. my money good anywhere.

My friend and I stopped by for the first time. It was an ok experience, just not a great one. There was two guys pretending to put items in the right place. However, we were being followed by them. Every where we went, they were there. It was funny, but sad at the same time. NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE STEAL! But we knew what we were getting into before we arrived. Ill go back because the prices arent that bad. The people that run that business intimidated us. It felt like we were in the Soup Nazi restaurant from that Seinfeld episode.

I first went into Max Beauty Supply...the lady didnt want to get off her @$$ to help me match my hair color to the hair behind the counter, she didnt even take the extensions out of the bag to show me how they looked, the selection was small and prices were high as the lady told me herself. This place was like the Wal-Mart of hair stores. Big selection, great prices, and nice people to assist you if you need it. Hair everywhere! Go here first.

This store has everything. It has a vast selection of hair, hair products, cosmetics and so much more. The employees there are friendly and eager to help. If you are a stylist, barber, or makeup artist this is the place to come for sure.

The men that work there are pretty good about helping you find what you need if you ask them something. However the women at the front will not and automatically redirect you because they are not willing to help. Hopefully this will help someone for future reference.

Right price and a great selection

They were very helpful. One of the ladies was a blessing. I wish I would have gotten her name. But you can bet I will on next visit. Having alopecia is no joke. She helped me find wig that looks just like me. And it was inexspensive. This young lady was professional and caring. I will go back to this store.

The store itself is great nice selection, but the staff needs A LOT of improvement. the management staff is VERY unprofessional every time i go in there they’re arguing with a customer. The Last time I was in there the manager was asking for a young girls phone number in front of the customers.#smh

Once I was in the store shopping around and my son sees this phone that he wants, so I bought it. The lady that checked us out opened the box like she was checking to make sure it was the correct phone etc, cool beans. When we got home, as my son began to set the phone up, we realize it is NOT the right phone. We take it back the next day and instead of the owner questioning the EMPLOYEE, he asks me why I bought the wrong phone and used it.😕😐 After I informed him that he should question his employee as to why SHE SOLD us the wrong phone, we were able to get a refund. The whole situation made me feel some type of way. The owner didn’t just ask why I bought and used the wrong phone, he yelled it with a store full of customers. UNPROFESSIONAL. I haven’t had any more issues and I still shop there occasionally. They’re ok, large product selection is the reason I continue to go.

I was charged twice for a transaction. I have been in the store and called a total of 4x and the owner/manager/cashier is still refusing to refund it, though stating that the machines were not working properly. He refused to look at the online transaction, statement, and the email sent from my banking agency verifying it. He stated that he needed his book keeper to review it before refunding the amount that was taken. I discourage anyone from doing business with them, and check your bank account/statements to make sure that you are not charged twice for the same transactions.

Bad Service, the cashiers are very racist and never really let you shop. Ive heard a couple stories about the employees falsely accusing customers of stealing & arguments.They have decent prices I guess but that doesnt make up for the terrible service. I dont recommend. Convience doesnt make up for decency.

Clean place...great place....my husband hates for me to buy hair he stands there with his hands cross. Thats means hurry up..this day the man that was checking us out told my husband...listen sir i hate when my wife go shopping i just wait in the car..my husband was so happy he said i will wait in the car for u next time...i was so happy.thank you so much u solved our problem....

I love the variety of items in the store, BUT THE OLDER MAN YELLED AT ME continuously and Im only a 16 year old that was obviously going to pay.He accused me of trying to steal. I know I was in the wrong by trying to exchange and item without my reciept but he continued to yell at me after I said Ok.I repeatedly told him he could check the cameras to show that I came in 45 mins earlier to buy hair and came to exchange it cause I grabbed the wrong color & I even said he could rewind it 3 minutes before the altercation to see that I had sped in and went ahead to get the hair since no one was at the counter.
