Visited here with my two daughters. Was not greeted upon entry. It was my first time here. I decided to visit after reluctantly running into the store stopping by the Little Cesars a few doors down. There is a lot of selection to choose from. I was beyond frustrated that I wasnt asked if I needed any assistance as my kids and I were wondering around the store. I found what I was looking for. Was very hesitant to purchase anything but did because my daughter really wanted me to do her hair. Very interesting to have a place sell primarily black products but not offer the adequate customer service to properly accommodate the market their benefiting off of? Im new to town, and very hesitant on returning from this experience. Will look for another similar store even though this one is convenient for my errands. The only reason Im giving my review two stars is because the PRODUCTS I purchased were good. Customer service is huge to me bottom line. There were 2-3 employees working at the time we came in. I like to spend my dollar where I know its appreciated and through this experience that Im not sure of. Buyer beware.

So my review from a month ago I’ve decided to change it the owner you guys is definitely paying attention to his customers because they’re beginning to be much nicer now when I go in there it’s not a young lady behind the register on her cell phone not saying one word to you now it’s two young ladies and they’re very nice they will help you if you don’t have to ask me twice I don’t get an attitude with you I would say over all to The owner thank you I’m getting some girls in there that are more respectful and I don’t mind work or be nice to customers thank you how much better

Nice collection of wigs, hair pieces, bags of hair, and prices are fairly reasonable. I will give them a thumb and ½.

. . . I literally own HUNDREDS of pieces of jewelry (rings, bracelets, etc;) false eyelashes, body shimmer, etc; from this lovely little store. Very reasonable prices and never overpriced.(They do have a no refund, no exchange policy so, this might present a problem for/with some customers. So, be absolutely sure and definite before making your purchase, as all sales are final.). . . Sweet, elderly owners and at least one bilingual employee/staff member to cater to those who speak fluent Spanish. Never a disappointment - not once! Forever a customer. ;-)

They don’t greet you, but watch you. There will be 2 at the register when you walk in, but one goes to the back to watch. Piss poor customer service.

Go there alot because It’s up the street from my school. Rated a 3/5 because they tried to cheat me out of my money one time and not give me the correct change but when I brung it to their attention, it was no problem with then giving me the right amount of money.

This is the last beauty store in Tyler that i resort to. Please hire some people of color since you guys dont know what the hell you are selling!!! Too many damn rules for a cheap store.

Alot of synthetic hair for real hair prices. Never show happiness and they are always standing behind the counter and act like thwy dont know their products
