Galaxy Automotive is as the name proclaims. Just that of a endless dark place that that breaks halfway through. I recommend a better place, because if I want to have doubt driving to make it home ill just drive back into a tree before they touch my car again.

This place rocks! I called in about my car as my brakes were grinding, they told me to just bring it by. I did and left it with them to inspect, thinking theyd have it for a few days. They called me a few hours later with a diagnosis and told me they could have it fixed in a few more hours if I wanted to go ahead with the work! They worked fast and Adrian who helped me was so kind! They found a few other issues but didnt try to push me into doing it, they just wanted to make me aware. Very honest and very considerate plus incredible rates! I will most definitely be taking my business here from now on!

I had a great experience at this auto shop. John provided great customer service. They were extremely fast at delivering the service. In less than an hour they changed my battery and did the oil change. And they dont overcharge! Extremely happy with this place. Will definitely use it again if needed.

Adrian was fantastic! He is honest and trustworthy. I was told by the dealership my power steering pump was leaking. I touched the fluid and it was watery. Power steering fluid is red and oily. I declined the dealerships sale of a new power steering pump and took it to Galaxy. Referred by friends. He let me know it was the windshield wash reservoir leaking. Hence the watery texture. I appreciate his integrity.

Not only do they remember you, your family and your vehicle but they are friendly, priced honestly and they take time to explain in non-mechanic terms what is wrong. They also help you when you are in a time crunch and need your vehicle back!

Have been taking my two Toyota cars to Galaxy since 2000 for all services that they are able to provide. Very satisfied with the combination of the service and price. Daniel, Cesar, and Adrian always greet me by name and whenever the service is for replacement or fixing, they always provide upfront explanation of the service required, estimated time to complete, and estimated cost.

These guys took the time to help me out. Their staff is extremely courteous and do not try to oversell you on anything you dont need. They helped me out with an over heating problem that a handful of previous mechanics could not figure out. Im definitely coming back to these guys and you should check them out if you need a good mechanic for your vehicle.

Went in for a smog check at 3:00 and they promised it would be ready before 4:00. At 4:00 they still havent taken the car in but they will start it in just a minute. Again at 4:30, Were almost ready and it will be done in 15 minutes once we get it back there. They close at 5:00. At 4:45, Sorry, were not going to be able to get it done today.Thats ridiculous. All he had to say at 3:00 is it might not be able to be done today rather than promissing the car. Id have gone somewhere else and been done with it instead of having to take off work again on another day and go somewhere else.The worst part, they werent even apologetic about the inconenience and lost wages theyd caused me.Also, FYI, many unhappy people coming in while I sat there and waited for 2 hours. I should have walked way earlier, so I guess its partly my fault.

Great! I just had my blazer fixed by these guys and they did a great job! I had to have my water pump replaced and a belt and thankfully it was all finished in one day.
