Im leaving one star because they had everything we went for on this visit but the cashier was extremely rude and told us that she couldnt ring us up for 30 minutes, and that she told us this when we walked in 6 minutes earlier, which she, in fact, did not! Two other customers entered immediately after we did and nothing was said to them regarding it taking 30 minutes to check them out as well due to a register change. This is complete bulls*$! and mapco will never, ever again get any business from this local guide!!! I would recommend the Shell Station right up the street on skyland across from Ollies. Theyre locally owned and they have everything that Mapco has except theyre always willing to ring up your purchase anytime day or night.

Just bootleg... pay at the pump is not a thing. Plus the cashier had an attitude when I told her I just wanted to fill up.

By far the most disgusting bathroom Ive ever visited and Ive seen gross ones. I dont ever bother with reviews of places, but felt like I couldnt pass on sharing how disappointing and unsettling the ladies restroom was -- beyond trash on the floor, there was a good amount of urine on the seats and toilet bases as well as used feminine products on the floor.The store itself is fine, but if the bathrooms are any indication of how the rest of the business is run then I probably will avoid this particular location from now on.

This place could use some cleaning. Specifically the bathrooms. But the pumps work snd they had what I need on the inside.

Customer service here is horrible, the lady working has worst attitude to customers. We are always traveling through here but will definitely find a new place to stop 👎🏼

I love this location. The employees always make me feel welcomed with warm smiles, greetings and salutations. The coffee is always A1.

We drove from MS on the way back to Atlanta, so we stopped at the KKC in Tuscaloosa. My husband went in and one lady told him to come order from her at the counter. He asked for 12 pieces of chicken. That woman told another lady and she came over to tell him she wasnt frying more than 8 PCs of chicken. WHAT??? She then told him she wasnt frying more than 8 pcs because the store was short staffed and shed been working 16 hrs and didnt care what we wanted. We left w/o giving her any attitude back because there was no point. Plus we wouldnt trust her w/ our order after that even if it WAS an 8 pc. Id given friends/travelers good feedback on this spot EVERYTIME we come through Alabama. We wont be stopping here anymore. This isnt to bash anyone, but please consider what you tell customers before you say it. The store dropped the ball, and I see the other reviews so travelers, PAY ATTENTION.

Horrible management of this location. Every single time Ive stopped here, panhandlers are allowed to harass customers for cash while theyre getting fuel.

Just plain out rude and disrespectful service. Cashier wouldnt even speak to my wife when she went in there unless spoken to. She bought 4 drinks and he wouldnt even offer her a bag even after she asked for one, just sat there and stared at her! Ridiculous and will make sure that neither one of us visit this store again!

The chicken was so over cooked (or left over from lunch) and the biscuit was so dry it could have been used as a rock! My husband could barely eat it and fried chicken, especially Krispy Krunchy, is (or was now) his favorite food! I gave one star only bc thats the only way I could do a review!!
