I am new to Tuscaloosa and that means moving all of my medical coverages here and locating new providers. What a blessing to find my Optometrist in Dr. Green. The staff was very friendly and thorough. Dr. Green spent the time to get to know me and learn of any of my eyesight concerns. I recommend Visual Eyes and Dr. Green to anyone who is looking for superior care.

Staff is very sarcastic, rude rather than informing! Merideth is part of the staff there. Smart mouth, over talks you and will send long texts if you miss phone calls! Crazy part! They get attitudes with you when youre trying to get a understanding about billing. I guess they want you to just pay and ask questions later. Check your invoice it will be different from the insurance claim! My family WONT be back! And I DONT recommend! -0 STARS! ALSO be prepared to be there 4hours!

They were amazing! Definitely worth the extra money to not have your eyes dilated. This was the best eye doctor experience that I have ever had! I cant wait to get my new glasses!!!

I have worn eyeglasses since the 5th grade so have seen MANY eye docs over the years. VisualEyes has state of the art testing equipment and performed eye tests that no other doctor has administered. They also have an excellent in-store selection of frames. Their office is clean, bright and contemporary.

The staff greets you by name as you enter the door, and are extremely helpful throughout the exam. Dr. Green is very knowledgeable and ready to answer every question and explain all options. I felt completely confident in the professionalism and expertise of Dr. Green and his staff. The office is beautiful and has the most current technology and equipment. I received my first eye appointment ever here. The technology and friendly staff will definitely have you wanting to come back. They are amazing. They offer better imaging services so I had the option to not get my eyes dilated which is a plus. You should definitely check them out!

Visual Eyes is very professional and accommodating. The are a little pricey but have a huge selection of frames and seem to have the latest technology compared to other Optometrist.

Had a comprehensive eye-exam done at VisualEyes recently. The staff was very helpful with the exam and navigating their extensive glasses selection! They have a huge selection from a lot of designers and brands. Dr. Green was very helpful in the exam and helped me easily understand what he was doing and why he was doing it. It was nice to have a doctor actually explain things to me about my eye health and vision. I will be recommending VisualEyes and Dr. Green from now on. Excited about my new glasses as well!

Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. Your entire process is explained and they give you an opportunity to ask as many questions you need for complete understanding. Only cons are 1) the location may a bit remote for some 2) the cost of buying glasses in-house is rather steep; more affordable options are needed.

They use high technology equipment to evaluate your vision. I think it makes your exam more efficient and accurate. The only thing I found that wasn’t so great for me was their prices were high on frames. They have very friendly and helpful staff there.

My husband and I traveled from Charleston, SC to see Dr Green. We heard of his reputation as a very thorough and knowledgeable doctor. We were not disappointed. We had the most thorough exam we have ever had. After having cancer of my lower eyelid and almost loosing my eye, I take my eye care very seriously. Also, I have experienced flashing lights in my peripheral vision. Dr Greens office uses cutting edge equipment. Therefore, he was able to use a CT scan of my eye to show and explain in great detail what happened, when I had these episodes.The staff at VisualEyes are efficient and friendly. The atmosphere in the office is one of caring. The office is comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The selection of eyeware is the best I have ever seen. There are so many beautiful frames you will be challenged to just pick one frame. Great care is given by the staff to assist you in finding the perfect pair of glasses. There knowledge of the perfect shape and color for your individual face is unprecedented.

The office staff are all so incredibly nice and they always remember me by name. Both they and the doctor give so much personalized attention and spend as much time with me as I need. The office is in a great location, extremely clean, and upscale, and all of their equipment is state-of-the-art. They have a great selection of frames already, but I have a huge head and have a hard time finding frames that fit comfortably and look good, so they were more than happy to order a bunch of additional demos for me to try, which was such a great convenience! I have have already referred all of my friends and coworkers because I really do just believe this place is the best!
