I had the most amazing experience here getting my glasses. The assistant manager, Camy, was super nice and helped me carefully while I was picking the frames and lenses. If you don’t know where to get glasses in Tuscaloosa, I definitely recommend here.

I’ve been to this location several times to just get my glasses readjusted that I had bought from somewhere else. They were more than happy to adjust them for me and even replaced my broken nose pads free of charge. Really great customer service!

Dr. Patel was very thorough without wasting time in the exam. And the retail associates were all very educated on their own products and deals as well. They made sure to offer me the best deal on my frames and lenses.

The staff and the doctor were all very professional. Dr. Patel was awesome; she was not only very professional, but personable as well. My 11 yr old daughter even enjoyed her exam. She said I really like the doctor and the eye tech they were very sweet. Dr. Patel definitely has a genuine sweet spirit. My daughter and I both enjoyed our eye exam this year.

Very professional and were eager to work me in as a walk-in. The doctor is very knowledgeable and took time to take questions. Chelsea was very patient with assisting in choosing frames and I was very glad to see they clean each frame after trying them on. Its a shame its not a full service lab anymore but most places have you order nowadays but you can still get most of your basic glasses within an hour as I did.

I started doing business with this company in 2011. I ended my and my familys loyalty last year/2018. From start to end almost every single appointment I was given, Ive had to wait over an hour to see the optometrist. Why set an appointment time when the customer has to constantly hear time after time Im so sorry for the wait, but we are running a little behind today After over looking the lack of professionalism from the optometrists staff to the sales associates trying to push unnecessary products off on me, the final for me was when I had to call and cancel an appointment due to death in my family. I spoke with two different employees and neither offered their condolences. I was given conflicting information from the both of them regarding rescheduling. So I decided to spend my money with an establishment that is both professional and customer service oriented. LensCrafters in University Mall, heres some advice from an ex loyal customer. 1. Hire and train your employees to operate with courtesy and professionalism. 2. Set appointment times and actually use them. Stop trying to sell unnecessary overpriced products to your customers, youre already getting a nice profit from the overpriced glasses you sell.

I went to two different optometrists in the area and they both got my prescription wrong and I had to wait weeks to get new contacts in.The people at lenscrafters were nice, patient and made sure I got my right prescription and the assistant manager was very very helpfull with the choosing of my frames and lenses I wont be going anywhere else and the deals thru my insurance were fantastic, transition lenses with high end frames for 260 bucks with a protection plan.

Thankyou for your care and concern after finding problems with my daughters eye. She would have went blind in that eye if it hadnt been for your finding. We cant thankyou enough. Thankyou!
