Came today to do tire rotation and I was told wait time 1- 1/2 hr, was here patiently for 2 hrs and had to leave because they had not even started on my car

I love the job they did on my wheels. It came out much better than anticipated. The car feels it has much better traction and grip. As well the ride is much smoother compared to the old wheels.

Fast and friendly service. I personally think they have the best prices on tires.

They do a good job. They check alot of stuff but does take long for a oil change. Drop your car off or have a shopping spree waiting.

I bought a battery there 8 months ago when it wouldnt start and wouldnt even take a jump I tried to take it back and they had no record of me having bought it there even though it was obviously a Walmart battery and I have my receipt I dont know what kind of service they think is acceptable but this definitely was not I have to get the store manager involved!!

I came in here for a new tire to be replaced on my rim. It took them about 2 hrs to get it done. They need more mechanics or they need to move a little faster. The front desk customer service was good.. They went and told the mechanic to get it done twice...

Unbelievable brand name tire prices and the service to go with it. My Goodyears were $110 here vs. $150 at any other tire shop. Ill never shop tires anywhere else again. Service people were friendly and efficient.

Worst experienced ever. 4 hours wait for oil change when they said it would take 2 hours. When I was there they damaged another customers tire. I was nervous for my own car. Not coming back or recommending this place.

This is the only place that makes you wait 3 hours for an oil change. Its as if theyre taking their sweet time and as if we dont have anything better to do than sit in the store for 3 hours. My last time coming here!

They didnt have what i needed in stock....but all in all....good

Walmart on Fulkurth Turlock, CA. Thursday, July 25 at 6:15pm DONT GO THERE! Female department manager in Automotive department was extremely rude. The Male Shop technicians (2) were extremely rude. I took my vehicle in to have a front right tire repaired which was purchased at this store and under warranty. I was denied service. I was told to drive my car home (8 miles) & repair it some other day. The tire was rapidly losing air and they wanted me to take it out on 99 & drive the vehicle home. It was not safe. Im an older, disabled woman. What would have happened if I had a blow-out. The repair shop was open for another 45 minutes & business was slow as they sent 2 male workers home. Yet they couldnt fix my tire. We asked for the main store manager and was denied the opportunity to speak with them. They need customer service training. I was furious in being treated so rudely.

ONE HOUR, FOR A 35MIN OIL CHANGE...?!?!?! FOGETTABOUT IT!!! Unknowledgeable SO CALLED MECHANICS/TECHNICIANS... MY OPINION: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, or LEARN HOW TO DO IT YOURSELF!!!!

Good afternoon Future Customers Turlock automotive center Please if you don’t mind rude service worker by all means go to this establishment as this is the treatment that I have witnessed. Wow I guess Walmart does not need the customers or the money. We called to see if we could get a battery replaced in our vehicle they said yes if we got there by 4:30 pm as the AAA truck was out so we headed over and it was by 4:00 so we drove up it looked quiet and my husband open the car door and a bearded man appeared my husband told him we needed a battery. The bearded man Immediately said” Not going to happen” my husband told him that we just called and they said to be there by 4:30. The man just walked off laughing. So I am not sure if it takes more than 2 hr to put in a battery or if he is so poorly paid that he needed a two hour break. maybe he does not have to behave professionally at this job. So if I could of given them a 0 stars I would of but I guess a 1 really is giving them the benefit of not sure if they know how to act professionally.Coughran’s 🤔👎

Worst service,it took them almost 2 hours to fix my flat tire,there were 3 cars in front of me but they pay them by the hour so I guess why should they hurry up if they were having a good time, unbelievable

Ok for batteries but not much else.

I showed up at 9: 30. They only had two technicians. with the car they were working on I was a third in line and they told me it was going to take 3 hours. I wouldnt say this service is a goodI have had service theyre done before and I probably would have waited that higher.
