I always have great service here! Yes service to checkout is sometimes slow, like 1-2 associates and you have to wait a while! Thats normal in any auto store. We get it, everyone wants parts so why not wait to be helped and dont come in a rush?I usually research the part I need and show them and they get it right away and Im done!Always search for the part you need before you come and autozone will double check the part and make sure it fits! If it doesnt bring it, back sheeeeesh.Takes a while to earn the $20 bonus after shopping 5-6 times but when its available, its like. Yaaaaaa buddddy!

Now I really have yo leave some high marks for Autozone. They seem to fit most auto parts emergencies. I use them a great deal for oil & batteries. Of course this is only a small part of what they have to offer. If you need a part fast visit this place.

My go to for any automotive needs. Friendly staff and always helpful. Only down side is they have 20 people working but only 3 of them to help the customer at their counter and heaven forbid the phone rings because one of the 3 will answer and its really frustrating when there are 15 customers in line and all these employees running around filling orders for other businesses

Recently went in, made my selection, and stood in front of the counter to be checked out. The only employee there (short buff guy) finishes a call he was on, looks at me, and just when I think hes going to waive me up to the counter, another call comes in. He answers it, but instead of putting the caller on hold so he could check me out first, he actually spends about 5 minutes helping the caller, while Im STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM. WTAF?!Edit/Update: So get this, following my above review, heres what happens on the same day (May 2, 2021). First, corporate responds with the below request for me to contact them via email. I do as requested and email corporate. And corporate emails me back saying the local area management team will reach out to me within 24 hrs. Then the next day (May 3), Erik Orozco (the Central California District Manager) emails me asking for my phone number and a good time he could call me. I reply several minutes later giving him my phone number and saying he was free to call anytime. Erik waits two days (until May 5), calls me from a name I dont recognize on my caller ID, and leaves me a voice message at 4:05 p.m., saying hes going on vacation starting right away on that same day! Despite this, I immediately return his call, but it goes straight to voicemail. I didnt bother leaving a message.You know, when someone waits until the last possible moment to invite you to a party, they dont really want you there. Thanks AutoZone. Message received loud and clear.

Love this place. The staff is outstanding. So helpful and knowledgeable. And if they dont know, they do everything they can to try to find the answers even if that means losing your business and sending you elsewhere. I go here for all my auto needs. You can sign up for there savings membership for free to earn discounts and rewards. They keep a record of everything you buy and year and makes /models of cars. Highly recommend. They also have those things if you have a check engine light on, they can tell you for free what might be the problem. Very cool.

I always shop AutoZone first. All the dudes that work at other parts stores always asking hellla questions with returns. Its like you sold me the wrong part dude now you need to return it. I went in to Gear store in turlock purchase oil, and filter for an oil change.They had a deal on STP 27.99 for 5qts Stp high mileage, a stp oil filter, and a stp cabin or air filter (up to 15.99)* purchasing an air, oil or cabin or cabin filter priced above the up to price the difference will be applied to your purchase.I grabbed the STP high mileage 5w30 oil, a stp oil filter and a premium stp air filter (14.99)At checkout the Kid at the counter told me I couldnt buy it because the premium air filter isnt included in the deal, I argued that there is nothing in the deal that says what air filter you can get. Just that it has to be less than 15.99. And ig it is above that price the customer pages the difference.I argued with the Kid at the checkout counter shortly, showed him the promo, gave up.Went to walmart and bought everything for $23.99$4 cheaper than AutoZone.

This place does have a decent stock of items. Of all the places in town to get auto parts, I usually end up here for harder to find things. However, the advice and knowledge are hit and miss. Sometime the associate is very knowledgeable and sometime they dont know what a basic part is. If I go to a place and they use the phrase Im not sure AFTER checking the computer or cant check because they have no idea what it is, that is a problem. But, like I said, often times, too, the service is stellar.

The place is ran like a group of teenagers employees constantly park there personal cars as well as the autozone delivery vehicles in the handicap parking as well as the fire lanes some employees don’t wear a mask some wear a mask wrapped around there chin instead of on there face the place is overall a joke

Carlos was extremely helpful in helping me make a decision in choosing my items for my vehicle and making suggestions. Even though they were pretty busy he was kind enough to install my low beam headlight. Which seemed difficult since it had to be done near the tire. Pretty tight spot to reach and required a special tool to get to it but he still continued to help. Thank you so much Carlos for all your help and tolerating my 3 kids in your way while you did your job! You sure did make this girl feel comfortable to go back in to this Autozone.

Last Thursday I got the best customer service from Cori. I came to auto zone because I was in desperate need of a battery. I came to you guys because of your installation program. When I got there a gentleman looked at my make and model and sold me a battery(it ended up not being the same one that was in my car😡). He agreed to help me install it if I purchased the grease and felt rings. We walked outside and he decided he was not up for the challenge with my battery. He told me he was not able to help me. So did another employee. I asked to borrow the tools and get started on it myself. I needed to get my car running and my 2 children home. Once starting I figured I should have the battery tested just to be sure that was the problem. I walked back into the store and Cori was eager to help test it. The battery was bad. I explained the situation and she jumped right in to help me when no one else would. Cori was amazing! It was over a 102゚ and she had a cold but was right there helping me. I am so appreciative of you Cori! Thank you so much for rising to the occasion and helping me out of the kindness of your heart. I could not have done it without her.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Willing to go the extra mile to get your car back on the road. I will go there for my auto needs cause I know I can count on them. They even do a check engine light test for free. They are willing to install my car battery when even Walmart turned me away and wouldnt install it. Plus Walmart was $20 more expensive then AutoZone. Always clean and well stocked. Friendly and well staffed. Highly recommend for all your auto needs. Even if you just have a question, they are here to help. Try to them out, you will not be disappointed.

AutoZone on geer is a reputable place. Helping people out on the spectrum of DIYers and commercial accounts. Most parts are in stock. People here are great, most have great attitudes with the exception of a few. Store is kept clean and the rental tools / borrow tools are a great implement to actually help a customer out. They replace batteries and most light bulbs for free. 4 out of 5 stars is because if you own a diesel truck, they will not have most parts on hand.

Lots of auto repair and accessories in stock. There are some experienced, knowledgeable staff who can explain things and help you. They can look up which part you need for your specific vehicle and if they dont have one they can tell you if another store in the area has it or they can order it for you.

This store needs to be training new hires alot better and in detail. Now I understand why DIYs prefer NAPA or OReilly over AutoZone. I will now do the same.Called AutoZone to make sure the part I wanted was in stock. They said they did have it. When I arrived part was not on the shelf. OReilly and Napa can physically check for you before you make a trip to the store and are alot more professional then AutoZone is, not to mention the attitude customers sometimes receive by AutoZone employees on the phone or in person.

We came here and the associate we were dealing with was Grizelda. I gave her some gallons of oil to drain and she said she would do it as soon as another sales associate would come to the front desk. Well when two associates came to the front desk she still didnt help us. She was just walking around joking with the sales associate. Then another customer of Mexican descent came in and she helped them. Then another customer of Mexican descent came and she helped them before us too. At this point I felt like she was just racist and didnt want to help us because we were not of Mexican descent. Finally we waited patiently for 25 mins and then someone helped us, but it wasnt Grizelda. When we were buying oil we asked Grizelda if she would price match and she didnt even stop and talk to us she just walked buy and said no rudely. The other sales associate went ahead said he could do it once we told him about getting prices matched at another location. Well when he price matched the oil he still charged us an extra 5 bucks and he didnt even tell us. I felt like he was trying to be sneaky with us. We didnt see this until we came home and calculated the tax. Good thing theres an oriley right next door to this location because I plan to shop there only. Ive been shopping at this location since 2005 I believe and I loved this store, but its going downhill. Ive had a couple issues here, but this was the by far the worst issue ever and I had to let people know on here about this. Now if your Mexican youll do fine as it seems like they get VIP service.

TERRIBLE experience! Idk if the staff here is racist but the WORST autozone I have ever been to. Staff is standing around and no one wants to help you. They lie about price matching and make an issue of it. Youre better going to OReillys next door for customer service. This was my first time at this location and will never go here again, even if it means driving farther to a different Autozone location. Hope this will help someone from having a bad experience and being charged a higher pric .
