Had A Check Engine Light On My 2011 Range Rover Sport. Took About 6 Shops And Even Dealer Couldn’t Or Didnt Want To Touch The Car. Took It To Adrian And Even Though He Was Busy He Took On The Car. Been In And Out Of Shops For 5 Months. 3 Weeks In His Shop He Fixed The Range Rover And Drives Like A Champ. Been Flooring It For About 6 Months Now And Need To Go Back For An Oil Change! 😂 Much Appreciated!!!!

I took my car in on a Monday and they finished on Tuesday. Valve cover Gaskets and spark plugs replaced on my 2007 Honda. Great service! Very Reasonably Priced! Very friendly And I have to give a shout out to the owners, Jose and son Adrian. They were both awesome! I got the call close to or after closing and waited for me to pick the car up. They Explained everything in detail to me what they did to my car. They were never in a hurry to get me out of there. They went over and beyond I thought. I have been recommending them to everyone I know.

I called and made an appt for a break and light inspection. Everywhere I had previously called were booked out at least 2 weeks to one month, they got me in the same week. I didnt pass but they showed me exactly why it didnt pass and offered to fix the problems and retest. I passed the same day.

My car has had lots of problems and no other place seemed like they knew how to fix it. When i brought it to broadway auto, they seemed to know what was exactly wrong with my car. My car wouldnt even start.. They got it up and running, and they even fixed the AC. Anytime my car has any problems i bring it straight to them, and they always fix the issue!

I had a lights and brake inspection cause I was in a accident and the insurance company totalled my car and I bought it back and the D.M.V. needed the inspection certificate. I stopped by for an estimate only but Adrian was so nice and reassuring and took the time to explain what would be done, no one at the other shops did that! Adrian and his crew were beyond fabulous. He worked directly with insurance to revise original estimate of repairs, and my truck with a destroyed front left corner and more now looks like new. He kept me informed all along the way on the repairs and time needed. On the last day, the last part was delivered to the shop late, and he and his guys stayed overtime until 7:30 pm to get it done as he had promised. I cant say enough good things about his honesty, integrity, and good work.

Fuel pump went out on thanksgiving night. The very next day broadway was at the office at 8 am and had my car repair done in 3 hours by 12pm. After spending an hour on the phone trying to get quotes broadway worked with me and had the best price and hands down the best service I’ve received. A customer for life!

I was leaving the grocery store and my truck would keep dying. I had AAA tow it to Broadway. They found out it was the fuel pump. A new pump was ordered and I had my truck the next day.

I had a great experience with Broadway Auto. He didnt pressure me into fixing it right away worked with me due to the high cost of the repair. I tell my friends to go see them for any repairs they have also.

I had my car worked on it twice now and I would recommend this place...

Friendly and prompt knowledgeable service. Helped me the same day change my radiator in my truck. I went in with it leaking a gallon of water a day and they put a pressure tester on it and found a few leaks. Then they called one of their parts providers and had the part delivered in 30 minutes. It was a 3 to 4 hour job to complete, so I waited at a local coffee shop. When they were finished they called me to let me know I could come and pick it up within 20 minutes, which gave me time to get back to their shop. When I got back, they talked to me about my old radiator and the reason that it had a leak. We then went in the office and they typed up a receipt for me detailing the labor it took to replace the parts and the coolant that was added. They were very friendly and went over some of the other stories they had where they saw similar radiator problems. Their shop and all their tools appeared to be clean and in order. They did the work themselves and also did the office work to finish up the job. Their office also had 2 flat screen Tvs with all of their pricing, which is pretty modern.

They were professional and got things done quickly.

I have been coming to broadway auto for the last few years and have always been pleased with the results. The mechanics are extremely well organized and willing to assist in any way possible. They fix what is broken without trying to upsale. I highly recommend them.

Waisted my time. Called Friday made an appointment for 9:30 am Saturday morning. Arrived before they did when he opened up he told me that my problem engine light and high idle was why people did not bring them to the shop because to much labor. And could not look at it. Really? Left the shop went home and found the problem myself vacume leak. Dont make an appointment with someone if you dont want to look at this car.

Best prices in town . excellent service .. Open on saturdays is a plus. For all ur automotive needs I highly recomend this place....

I use to live here and have regular service done and they always treated me very well . I recently had a major leak and engine problems so i drove from Folsom to have them work on my car. They showed us the issues and repaired them all with in 1 day. Im very pleased with there work my engine is working very well, my car is running fine and no longer haveing any issues.All the workers here are very nice and treat you like family. Thats why i love it here.

I knew he was telling me the right thing nd he had my best interest at heart. He was very patient. He took the time to explain things to me. My car was never fixed the right way. They just took my money and my car was never fixed. When I went back to try to get it fixed for the second time they wanted more money. Im only giving them one star because I cant give them 0. I really dont recommend them for me theyre just a fraud.

These are the most honest mechanics I ever met. Took my car in for loss of power steering, and a weird noise in the front driver-side axle. They diagnosed a dry set of bearings in the axle, which would have made my return drive to San Diego dangerous. Adrian did everything he could to keep the cost of repair down, even checking nearby salvage yards for the parts he needed. When I picked up the car, he explained everything they had done, making sure I understood what the problem had been, in case anything else went wrong. He pulled out an old axle, showing me how it moved, and brought up a diagram on his computer, so I would know how he and his team had repaired my vehicle. Simply the best auto service I have ever received!
