The exact carpet I was looking for was available at Mill Creek. The salesman was knowledgeable and kind and very helpful. The carpet installers were experts. Their work was precise. They were tidy and very careful with my furniture and personal items. They were prompt each day of the project and worked tirelessly to get the project done as quickly as possible. Laying carpet is very physically demanding. The installers were strong and very careful. I recommend you shop here. You will love their products and service.

The whole experience from shopping to installation was great with one exception. We left the store thinking our order was good. Someone came out and measured and we thought we would be contacted for down payment and installation scheduling. When I hadnt heard from any one in 6 weeks (which is how long we were told it would take), I called to check. They said they had not scheduled us since they had not received a down payment. I was disappointed that no one had contacted us. They got us in the schedule within a week.

I’m not sure where to begin. Writing a review is unusual for me. I own a business and I like customers to come to me with concerns so I can fix them. Inevitably, things happen. A company with the right morals and values will make the customer at ease within reason. I did try to work out my issues with MillCreek. I’ll begin and only touch on the major points to be as brief as possible. I ordered flooring, tile, and granite from MillCreek that was installed by their subs. The granite went in fine. The flooring is still not repaired but I believe it will be an easy fix *if they will just do it*. The tile has been an absolute circus from step one. I never ordered metal edge pieces. Can you believe something would be installed that wasn’t requested or discussed? There were other issues early on. They were sidestepped and fixed pretty easily. But what can you do when everything’s installed already? I decided to be agreeable and keep the ones in the master shower with the understanding that other issues like oddly cut tile, hazardous metal edges and thick grout lines would be corrected. Seemed ok. I accepted the metal edge pieces on the backsplash because they were thin and what’s done is done. They did have to remove and replace pieces on my backsplash. The “correction” looks trashy with thick white grout lines around the corrected areas and tight tiles that met right originally. They kept saying “we’ll see how it looks”. Well, it doesn’t look that great. The worst problem of all is the shower in the jack & jill bathroom. I could go on and on. My builder and I even had top officials of the company over to look and they said they thought it looked fine. It’s within “tolerance”. And my walls aren’t straight? I ask them to make certain changes to get around issues and it gets danced around because they SAY they want to. But they don’t really WANT to. So I say ok. I’m conceding to be agreeable (we would have been there all day dancing around it if I hadn’t)... just replace the square metal with the rounded edge and we’ll be done with it. Please understand I never ordered metal trim I actually specifically ordered black TILE trim pieces for this bathroom that never came. The correction that was made that I looked over this evening is hardly any improvement. I left exhausted. If this was a Utica remodel I think a little more effort would’ve been given if it wasn’t a PERFECT situation. But again. Nothing was said until after the fact. I was told the liaison would be supervising the correction work. He did not. In fact, he came very late yesterday, work hadn’t begun by 11:30. He said they were waiting on product. It was only the backsplash? There are two other issues being worked on and all of them drive separately? I walk in, he’s on a personal call in my bedroom to his internet company. He said he wasn’t pleased with their service and he’d be canceling. I wish this debacle was that easy for me but unfortunately I’ll still have to pay the bill for unfinished flooring and a tile design that isn’t mine. My home is not my own. It was hijacked by MillCreek and even though I tried to be reasonable, the liaison told my builder I was hostile. Nothing about my interaction with the company has been anything like that. I was serious when I asked him a question, he was immediately arrogant. You bet I let him know right away that wasn’t acceptable. I have every right to ask questions. I’ve been kind the whole time. Until that point. I feel like there’s so much more to it and much more to say. I would just suggest to anyone interested, hire someone else. I will be sending folders of information and pictures to all of my builder friends. Angry is an understatement. The phots are just a few hours old, this is the corrected work.

Employee did a good job of directing me to a product that is supposed to take care of my needs. The installers did an awesome job. I chose a water proof laminate. I wish I had gone with ceramic tile. There was a lack of knowledge in how to care for the laminate after the install. I would recommend contacting the manufacturer directly before cleaning. Cleaning product recommended by Millcreek was highly NOT recommended by the manufacturer.

I’ve been remodeling in the Tulsa area for 20 years. It’s been tough to find some materials through the years and at a reasonable price. Mostly because things get standardized and when something doesn’t sell enough it’s hard to get locally. That’s totally understandable. But after connecting with Millcreek Carpet and Tile on a recent job. I’m glad to no there’s a place to be able to get tile that otherwise may be hard to get and at a reasonable price. Also, everyone I’ve connected with there were knowledgeable, helpful people.

We were very disappointed with our experience with Mill Creek. Particularly their employee Gary Tallant. We had a flood in our home and had to have our engineered wood floors replaced which we just purchased from Mill Creek less than a year ago. Basically all Gary had to do was reorder what we ordered last year. He brought out a sample and I found it a lot lighter than what last years dye lot was. We had boxes left from last year to compare. He did say there would be dark and light in the order we would be receiving. When the installers came and opened boxes the panels appeared very light and yellow in color. I called Gary with my concerns and he basically told me that is what we picked and we knew from the sample it was a different dye lot. Rather than saying I’m sorry maybe we can help you find something you would be happy with he basically hung up on me when I said I would have to talk to my husband on how to proceed. I immediately called him back and asked why he hung up on me. He said now you need to listen to me instead of talking over me (his words). So I listened. He basically repeated the same thing this is what you ordered and I’m not sure if I can return it. The installer, Martin Blanco and his crew were great. They helped me lay a box out inside and he did look better indoors, although much lighter. We decided to have them go ahead and install. During this stressful process of having a flood and all the work in getting our house back to normal, I didn’t not feel like I was dealt with on a personal level as I was with Alex last year during our remodel. I understand Alex has left the company. Mill Creeks’ loss for sure. We will never do business with Mill Creek again.

Has a great selection and the turn around was faster than other shops we were looking at. Then, we were told the tile was ready. No communication happened after that, but when we went to pick it up, the level of service was vastly different than expected.Upon showing my receipt, I was just pointed to the end of the parking lot. There was no contact to confirm the warehouse was open, probably because It was still an hour before they were supposed to close.Drove down to find no door open, walked back up to let them know and was just told the warehouse might have closed early. There was no apology, no level of concern that Labor Day weekend might have been when we planned on doing the work. Just a flat response. When I asked for a manager, I was pointed to a gentleman that had headphones in and just lifted a finger and said I’m calling and then walked off. He seemed upset that I was asking to pick up tile during normal business hours. He disappeared and then I was told by the other associate that I can go pick up the tile about 5-10 minutes later. Walked back down to find that manager, who still appeared upset, and had been rude to my friend that had his truck down by the bay doors.Left a really bad feeling about an otherwise solid store. It felt like the manager was trying to make me feel bad about picking up an order that they told me was available during the hours they told me it was available. Upset me enough that I made sure to grab his business card in case anyone ever reached out about the experience, which no one did until they sent this review request.

If I could give a higher star rating I would. Simply put, there is no comparison to other flooring companies, from when you walk in the showroom door to when the installers walk out of your home - the experience throughout the process is all 5 Stars and above! All winter we had issues with smoke coming into our new house while burning wood in the fireplace. Mill Creek tried several things, hoping to fix the problem, making multiple trips to Cookson, Oklahoma. Dustin and Brandon worked hard, but the most recent fix— a vacu-stack chimney cap seems to have worked! They could have given up, telling us “too bad,” but were willing to try and try again. I’d have given 10 stars if possible. Thank you Mill Creek!

Ann Murphy helped me with the process and told me about all the sales and even though I was indecisive, she was patient and helped me through the entire process. We recently remodeled our home from ceilings to floors, and the ONLY problem we had was with the carpet. Immediately after installation of the carpet, I used our vacuum and the attachment to clean up the extra strands of carpet that were left. After this was done, I looked down and saw that the carpet had frayed in three places where the vacuum had sat while using the attachment. It should be noted that I have used this vacuum in three different homes on varying kinds of carpets and this has never happened before. I called at exactly 10:00 the next morning to report the problem. They sent out the salesperson who told us that it definitely should not have happened, and then they sent out her supervisor, Gary Gray, who also said that he had never seen anything like this, but they (Mill Creek) would make it right. He also said that he uses the same kind of vacuum we did at his home. Mr. Gray explained that they would contact the carpet manufacturer and get the resolution process started. That is when the prompt service ended. I had to call multiple times and e-mail to get the next step of scheduling an independent carpet inspector to come, and then I had to call Mill Creek to get the results. During this time, I was confident that everything would turn out OK, relying on Mr. Grays promise of making it right. After almost two months, it turns out that Mill Creek is not going to do anything about the carpet, saying that it was our fault and coverage of this is not in the warranty. A warranty that Mr. Gary offered to print for us AFTER his refusal to discuss a resolution to this problem. Mr. Gray refused to answer many of my questions as to whether or not it was a logical expectation that the carpet should hold up to using a vacuum and its attachments. He refused to answer my question as to whether or not he felt he was making it right like he had previously said, and when I asked him if he felt there should be some prior warning that this could happen to a new carpet, he gave me an analogy about putting oil in a car. Exhausting! Finally, although the salesperson and installation people were kind and professional, we would NEVER use Mill Creek Carpets again. This was our first time to purchase carpet, and the last time we will use Mill Creek.

BEWARE, BEWARE!!! Had apprx 700 sq feet of laminate wood installed by a MIll Creek contractor. Was told the job would take 2 days. I got off work for three days to allow an extra day to get things back in order. The contractor showed up 6 hours late the first day, only dropped off the material, removed the old carpet and left. Was told they would be back by 9 a.m. the next day. They meaning the contractor owner and his helpers. No one showed up till 11 a.m. and the Jez, owner was not with them. The two young men who came did not have a clue on what to do. Proceeded to lay my flooring butting up to the bases, when inquired about them suppose to be under they replied it would be alright each time. They acted like I was bothering them every time I asked a question. All they spoke was Spanish in my home which was very rude. One room was not even finished before they left and no owner showed up till 1 hour before they left. He found his helpers did in fact not pull the bases up first and had to shimmy the bases out between the walls and the flooring now. What a mess! 3 rd day rolls around and again they show up late, NO OWNER again!. Really should of not even let them back in my home at this point but I was to be back at work the next day so wanted to get this done.I had to have them go back and replace many boards due to them beating them with the hammers and leaving hammer indents on many, many boards, boards sticking up higher than others, chipped and broken over edges. They still did not fix all the problems such as where they cut out for the floor registers and cut them too large. The registers do not even cover up the bare material.Called and spoke with many managers, including the person I bought floor from and no help at all. Fianlly got the installation manger come to my home from Tulsa and he tells me its not that bad and they will make it right. Wanted to come the next day but I was back at work then and I will not allow them back without me being there. Finally thought...... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR FLOORING NEEDS.
