Excellent experience. They are very good at helping to select what you really want. We are very pleased with the quality of the carpet and the pad. The installation team they sent was fantastic. They came when they said they were going to come. They worked really hard. They were very careful with our furniture and they did not damage the house or the furniture during all of the moving around. We highly recommend them.

We had an issue with grout color used, and Ryan made sure it was corrected instantly, which speaks to their desire to do the job right and exceed customer expectations. Amazing company to do business with. I found Bert Henry when searching for best tile company Tulsa - I called on a Monday and Rob Driscoll showed up Tuesday morning for an estimate. He was on time, courteous, and informative. He also gave me a few price estimates up front for the work I was wanting to do. I went in on that Thursday to pick up a few samples. The owner came out and greeted me. He was very kind and thanked me for giving them the opportunity to quote the job. After talking to Rob and Mr. Henry, I knew I could trust them and their advise. I purchased the new flooring and had the install completed a few weeks later. My installers were Ben Martin and Sean with American Tile Crew. You always have hesitation having strangers in your home, but these guys were great and always communicated with me. When I called or texted, they were quick to respond and always had patience with my many questions.
