I called to make an appointment, got through quickly, and had everything set in less than 10 minutes. When i arrived, they opened on time, knew what was to be serviced and confirmed with me. Work was done quickly, correctly and within the quoted timeframe. There was no attempt to sell me unneeded services or parts and the service manager was both friendly and knowledgeable. There’s really not much more a person can ask for. Great experience.

We were forced into purchasing a new vehicle after an insurance loss of a car. We purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue SL and couldnt be happier. Kendra, our salesperson, treated us like family. She also had a complete understanding of all the safety tech features on the vehicle. David in Finance whipped us through all the paperwork to finish our transaction and get us on the road. We were also looking at a 2022 Hyundai Tucson from Click Hyundai. Click tacked on a 2000 dollar market adjustment fee on top of the dealer-installed options. This added nearly FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS to the MSRP! I will never give Click Insert-Brand-Here our business. Let them gouge other buyers.We didnt feel that was right and knew wed be treated right at Thoroughbred. Never once did we feel pressured to purchase anything. This makes for 3 new vehicle purchases for us in 6 years from Thoroughbred. We wouldnt keep going back if they ever mistreated us!

Thoroughbred Nissan is a place you can trust and the customer service by Alejandro is well above and beyond any dealership I have experienced. I had an issue with my sons car and had to bring it in for repairs. I had to head out of town on a trip before my appointment. I called them up to see if I could go early and they said, no problem. When they discovered the problem, they called me and provided me options that saved me almost $400. They also completed the recall work that was issued while they had the car and took care of my battery when they noticed it was low. They even went back into the records to see it was purchased from them and they replaced it free of charge. Since my trip was extended, they had no problem holding onto the car until I returned. This No problem and we care about you as a person service is why I trust them and will return to this shop even though there are other places closer. Thank you.

We discovered a leak in our Rogue. Turns out three CV boots needed to be replaced and we were quoted over 800 from an honest company that said they could do all the work that day. Called Nissan and they said it was under warranty and to bring it in. SCORE! We took it in on a Wednesday. They initially wanted $150 to diagnose the problem. They then recommended $800 worth of work considered standard maintenance (we have always had all required maintenance done elsewhere. ALL OF IT)! They did politely tell us we could get that done anywhere and we didnt have to make a decision right then and there, but that we did have a bad battery that was leaking acid and said we should have that taken care of immediately... for about $350.00 I told them to proceed with the warranty work only. We were then told the car would be ready by the end of the day, or possibly Thursday or Friday. Friday came and no word. So we called and they said it would be ready Monday. I spoke to the service manager who listened to my whole professionally worded complaint, checked into it, and got back to me promptly (THANK YOU SIR!). He assured me when our vehicle would be ready and it was ( an hour early even). We got the car home and I looked at the battery. NOTHING WRONG. The sticker on it said 1/19 (2 1/2 years old) and came with a 84 month warranty. The battery was purchased at Nissan before and I found the original paper work which means they have a record of it also! This should have been caught and if it was leaking acid, should have been replaced free of charge (again I see nothing wrong with it). Also, when we picked up the vehicle a worker told us if it hadnt been under warranty that the price tag would have been close to 5K! SERIOUSLY! Another place quoted us $800. Additionally they charged us $110 for a 4 wheel alignment which we were told was necessary but not covered. I get this, but honestly only the front end work required the alignment, not all 4.I gave two stars because the service manager came through in the end and was very professional and attentive to what I told him. He does not know about all of this. Also, they did do the warranty work which would have cost us over $80 elsewhere.

I came here 2 yrs ago to buy a car and experience was great. Been coming here for the service department to keep car well maintained. Always a pleasure coming to this location. I wont ever deal with anyone else when it comes to car care. I went in to get a dashboard cover for the car and I was greeted by Elizabeth Cota and I asked her best time to trade in car. I had Sentra and felt little low to the road. Want to sit little higher and see more of road when I drive. She answered all my questions and I did walk out with a newNissan Kicks. I do love the car. My son bought a Nissan from here as well. We enjoy the friendly service and staff. Highly recommend

Serviced my car 3 times for the SAME ISSUE; Eventually had to take it to a different Nissan because they said there was nothing wrong with my car- even though it was still making a noise! Terrible with communication and blames of course, it being busyAnd yes the OTHER NISSAN (Jim Click) fixed the issue with NO PROBLEM. Way better service at that location with mechanics who actually know what they are doing.

Hoping that they had a way to trade in the car I just bought for something newer. These people (Troy and Ricardo) helped me to do this. I now have a new car and I love it. Helpful, friendly staff. They explain well what they do and apologize if it takes longer than they thought. Their waiting area had many safely distanced clusters of seating, from tables to couches . My only concern was that the cars on the showroom were extremely dusty. I had to resist the urge to write in the dust of the red one!

So I expected as dealerships go that prices would be higher than taking it to say a mom and pop shop but saying that my vehicle is new and I wanted to make sure its being maintained properly I opted for going to Thoroughbred Nissan words 40,000 miles service. I had some concerns when I was speaking with the receptionist and I was and she asked what I was there for and I said the 40,000 miles check up and she said oh just oil then not knowing that vehicles get a full look down. I utilize the courtesy shuttle was home and within about an hour received an email from thoroughbred with a rundown of the bill of what I could add on to it if I wanted or decline some of the prices were outrageous so I declined some of the options but I selected it two options and the estimate came out to $141.00 in the email you also supposed to sign as you would in agreement that the price would be in my eyes 141 when I got two for Thoroughbred and was ready to pay the reception is informed me that the bill is going to be 216 just a little more than what I had expected costs extra cost work cost that would never listed on the manifest and on the bill they were labor and parts and it just was a very unprofessional like contract and my biggest heads up to anyone is double check your prices and double check that you arent being gouged for simple things like an air filter I hope they can Im in the process of trying to get a reimbursement with some sort and I hope they understand and follow through.

I called and Paul Haines answered the phone. He was so very helpful. I needed a new battery in my 2018 Nissan Rogue. I had maintenance for life with Jim Click but they never answered their phones in service. Paul got me right in to get a new battery. While I was waiting I talked to Paul about trading in my rogue. I ended up buying a new Rogue. Paul went above and beyond. He stayed late the night I purchased it. He text me to make sure that I got home safely. I definitely will be sending him business. You can tell he really cares about his customers.

I was having an issue regarding my tire scensor a week after I purchased my car, I walked in for service after a month and the guy told me to call since my car is chevrolet that I just bought a month ago and Im gonna have to leave my car he said coz they dont know they might need to order parts or whaveter, and so I called after few days, and this lady almost yelled at me and kept telling me that I dont need an appointment and that I can just walk in and I told her few times that the guy told me to make an appointment. I was being polite and I said Ok, Ill just go back and said thank you, and she almost dont wNt to say youre welcome and hung up on me hard. Bad service, and rude employee. !!!

Didnt call me to let me know my vehicle was done. I called to check on it and was told it was being worked on and the person working on it was in a meeting. Told me when they got out of the meeting they would call me but they didnt. They vehicle was ready and they scheduled me for the shuttle but didnt call to tell me. I have a toddler so would not have been ready but luckily I called them back when I hadnt heard from them and found out that my car was ready and that the shuttle was coming for us. So it took them all day to fix a loose wire and then I got no communication from them at all. Will never take my vehicle back.

I went to thoroughbred nissan just wanting to look at a truck that had been catching my eye for days while driving by the dealership, my boyfriend got me scheduled for an appointment, we were immediately greeted by Carlos who gave us all the details that were asked, i thought i wasn’t going to walk out of there with the truck even though i fell in love, we went inside he ran the numbers and i ended up walking out with the truck a couple hours later. Mike in finance was awesome also he was quick and thorough about everything and made sure i got the best APR possible with the credit union. i don’t plan on getting a new vehicle anytime soon since i’m now in love with the one i have but for anybody looking to purchase a car/truck i 10/10 recommend Carlos for helping through the process.

They completed the work far sooner than I expected which was great. One disappointment. Follow up email I received listed things checked and found ok, this included windshield wipers. Already knew they were bad and meant to have them replaced, but forgot to mention them. One is even losing rubber, dont see how anyone could have checked them and missed that.

I must say this was my first experience with Thoroughbred Nissan and it will not be my last, the entire team they have here are excellent, as a Rv dealership owner I am always critical of the sales staff and how they present themselves to the public and then how they present the product and the buying process to a customer. I must say that Tim did an excellent job and Robert was beyond great to deal with as the sales manager, it would also be unfair not to mention Ricardo in finance as he did a great job to finalize all paperwork. I know I have given great praise to the sales staff and the absolute Anchor to all of this is Dave Anderson the service manager who made it his responsibility to make sure that the vehicle was absolutely perfect and ready to be delivered before the promised date. I don’t like to give bad reviews but I can’t let this go. I have had a great experience with taking my car to be checked for a road trip the process was smooth. Issues were pointed out and I paid to get them addressed. The issue now came in when after they got addressed new problems that were previously fine before I took the car for repairs came up. I didn’t even use the car for the road trip because when I went over a bump and my whole family was in the car it swerved very badly and scared everyone - so we took another car. I took the car twice for two whole days after addressing issues that were brought up with my complaints and now I feel like the problem I brought has been blanketed over a bigger bill. To make matters worse when I expressed my frustration the lady on one of the repairs tables was rude to me. My frustration comes from this being a safety issue which I was trying to express and was cut off. **the repairs done were almost 2000 dollars worth and the new request is for more than 900 dollars

Ill never go there again. The salesperson was never honest. He told me vehicle was a 3.6l, it was a 2.4l. The salesperson said he ordered touch up paint for my vehicle and texted me on two different occasions. I left from work twice. The 1st time the parts department had no clue of what I was talking about.

Went in for an oil change. The gentleman that first helped me acted as if i was an inconvenience. I have purchased 2 cars from your dealership. I live 45 minutes away and there is a JIm Click 20 minutes from my home but i choose to use you. Dont need to be treated as an inconvenience. 2nd gentleman treaded me with respect. Got in car and it was not washed and no sticker telling me when to do my next oil change. Also my car freshener was thrown on the floor in the backseat. Not sure what happen to the customer service here. I can save time go to Jim Click and be treated the same.

Ive gone here many times and up until my last visit had been pleased with the service Ive received. Unfortunately this time though, which was on Saturday May 15th I was greatly disappointed on so many levels. I arrived shortly after 11am and the week before I learned they no longer take appointments for oil changes, I personally preferred being able to make an appointment in the past. I sat in the kids room with my son, but the lights would not turn on, asked and the woman proceeded to give me a large umbrella so when the sensor for the lights turned off I could then hold the umbrella and reach up to the ceiling to turn the back light on. The light turned off on us roughly 30 times, so each time I had to stand and poke the sensor on the ceiling with the umbrella. Beyond being a bit annoying, my immediate thought was, this is Nissan, they have money and Im pretty positive maintenance people who could fix this sensor or even install a regular light switch. Then when I had been there roughly an hour I got a text and an email stating the inspection on my vehicle was complete, but it also didnt give further instructions so after waiting about 15 minutes I asked a gentleman in the service area and he looked me up and said it was done and that they just needed to do the paper work and someone would be out to get me when it was finished. When it was exactly 1 hour since I received the text I inquired again as I had been there now for 2 hours and also knew that an hour ago my vehicle had been serviced and I assumed was just sitting there. I spoke to the same gentleman and let him know it had been an hour since the original email and text and that I wanted to pay and go. He then sent me to the person who checked me in and I paid. Never once did I get an apology or anything explaining why it had taken so long for anyone to come and get me. I proceeded to leave, I immediately noticed my windows werent cleaned, which usually they clean the outside windows, the interior wasnt vacuumed, my sticker in my window wasnt replaced to reflect when I should get my next oil change, and my maintenance light wasnt turned off either. So basically I sat there for an hour after my vehicle was finished, but in that hour no one did anything to my car, and it was very obvious. I will not be returning for any future services either and will be going right back to Grease Monkey as they have never kept me there more than 30 minutes let alone over 2 hours. They always clean my windows and vacuum and I am sorely disappointed in the service I got at Thoroughbred Nissans Service department.

Worst experience ever. They overcharged me for titles and tags. I received my plates 90 days later but no refund for the extra 450$ they charge you. Now they are taking their time getting my money. They don’t listen, they don’t know everything even though they claim to. They just reassure you until your out the door and the sale is complete. Then when you call back for something, if your not trading or purchasing a car, they give you the old “we will have a manager call you back” card. Read the fine print, demand excellent service from beginning to end and don’t fall for Thoroughbreds empty promises.I wish I never would’ve went their. Car purchased Oct 2020 and still no refund of the overcharge. The whole place is rotten. Trust no body.

Servicing on my car was fine. I also asked for a wash and wax. The car had multiple areas of water spots, the mirrors were streaked from not being fully dried, the front windshield was streaked, looked as though it was greasy. Paid for the wash and wax to have my car look good and I ended up having to go back and take care of all the details. Waste of money.

Love love love Krystal. So above and beyond with getting us up and running after 120,000 mile maintenance. Twice I have thought that I may need new tires...almost 81,000 on mine...Bridgestone. Nope, not yet...so twice Thoroughbred has not pushed tires when not necessary. She, however, gave me a printout on comparable tires, and also the option of buying Bridgestone again...just need to order them. Thank you, Krystal and Thoroughbred.

Horrible experience this time around. I’ve purchased 2 cars at this dealership before with a great experience. I went in this morning to purchase a car at a price they had given me last night when I went in as well. Since I didn’t have the paperwork from last night I was told it was my word against theirs . Even though we spoke to the same sales representative again and of course he forgets ever giving us that price. I will no longer be a customer here.

My back passenger tire was punctured by a screw on New Year’s Day. I was working that Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I had AAA put my donut on, so I could drive it to work on Monday. I’m a nurse at TMC. I called the service department to see if someone could pick up my car and leave a loaner. I was told no. My next day off was Thursday. I had to drive to the airport Tuesday after work, so that wasn’t going to work. I asked them to please check about the loaner car, and that I would leave work if that was possible. I was called back and told yes they could do that. When I got there, I asked if I could give them my credit card number because when I got off work at 8:30 pm, I would swing by to drop off the loaner because I had brought my spare keys. They could leave the keys I had given them in my glove compartment box. I was told they couldn’t do that. They would need my signature. I had to leave work a second time to pick up my car. I had bought 3 tires and had an oil change that day. When asked if they did an alignment, I was told no. If I wanted that done, I could schedule that appointment, and it would cost $100. I’m disgusted. My previous dealership would always do an alignment when buying new tires. I think this is disgraceful. I have all my work done at this dealership. I’m seriously considering going elsewhere with my business if not trading my vehicle to a different automobile company.There’s a lot of money made from the routine maintenance of a vehicle; not just the purchase of a new car.They were very busy that day, and I definitely felt like a faceless name. I was just a number.

I was traveling cross country and had car issues. Alejandro was able to get my car looked at within half an hour of me calling. It got fixed the same day and I was back on the road. If I’m ever in the area again and need my car looked at, I will return! Great customer service!

When my vehicle was unexpectedly totaled from a minor accident I looked to Thoroughbred Nissan in getting a replacement. Ricardo helped me every step of the way and answered all of my many questions with a great knowledge of his craft. This was my 4th vehicle Ive purchased from Thoroughbred and will keep going back with any vehicle needs especially with the great customer service I receive there.

Jim Clicks representative Michael K. was the most professional, friendly and helpful- far and beyond the other two dealers, so it was very easy to choose Jim Click thanks to Michaels excellent service
