This is definitely one of the larger WalMart supercenters, which comes with an added selection of grocery and other home products, and a garden center area. However, the general feel of the store is a little less refined, reflecting the clientele and cleanliness -- therefore a little less than average star rating. Offers a curbside pick-up for online orders and several other smaller businesses (Subway, nails etc.) opposite to the registers.

The La Cholla store was okay during pandemic, we paid for delivery and when the staff screwed it up, they were good about credit and refunds online. By September 2021, they have reduced available food to choose from and now require you to physically bring in item for a refund, even when they are the ones in error. Nope. After 30 years, Im now done with Walmart.

Beware the self checkout. Loss Prevention has a quota for catching shoplifters. Therefore, if you screw something up on the machine, instead of helping you they will move you to a new register to confuse you even more then accuse you of theft and call the cops. They will not let you just pay for your items that didnt get scanned properly. Even when the cops find no evidence you stole anything, staff then threatens to have you trespassed from the store even though theyre falsely accusing you of theft. Order online. Do NOT use the self checkout.

Its hard to run in for just one thing! I ended up with the spray starch i came for but left with a new sweater and some other little things. How awesome to have it all in one place!

3 Year Free Replacement Warranty is a scam.Brought in my 3 year warranty free replacement car battery last week, for an exchange.Turns out the 3 Year free replacement warranty is a scam since I had to pay $30 to get the free replacement due to the higher prices.I paid premium for the 3 year warranty so I could get a free replacement, not to pay another $30 (which is 30% of the price originally). Guess I was lied to.

I went in to returned a product for my mom using her receipt. The parking access was easy. There was one person before me. The line moved very quick. The returning money goes back on to my moms card without her or the card present needed.

Always friendly and helpful employees! Amanda the Newest Pharmacist in charge is making improvements to insure the pharmacy runs a lot more smoothly! Chester the Newest Store Manager is doing his best to make sure that the Sierra Vista Walmart stays stocked with the essentials and provides a safe, sanitary environment for all his employees and customers during these uncertain time were still in!

Well the floor workers today were very very rude nasty to us!!! The only one that was nice was the cashier. We shop there when we cant find things at oro valleys store.

All kinds employees, everywhere, none speak or move out the way, the girls at sco were rude and laughing at an elderly lady who was trying to check herself out. I only went looking for specific item, otherwise I do NOT shop at what I call crapmart!! Highly do not recommend!!

This location is by far better than the other locations. The way its organized makes sense, the shelves are well stocked, and they often have more types of items than the other nearby Walmart locations. I always travel the extra distance to go to this one over the others

This store is so crowded to shop in unless you go at the right time. The pharmacy is incredible, the most friendly people work there.

Employees are less than enthusiastic, pleasant, or helpful, with the exception of the pharmacy staff. No one shows name tags, make eye contact, smile, never mind help with anything in there job description, the very least of which is finding someone to give you a price check, or heaven forbid you should need a carry out, be prepared to W A I T ....!

I wish they would have the grocery clerks stocking the shelves during off hours or while customers arent shopping. Pallets and 6 wheeler carts everywhere and in the way a lot, and it doesnt help that the workers that are gathering stuff for pick up orders are everywhere practically mowing you down. I know they are just trying to do their jobs though.

If you need bicycle stuff. Dont go.here. your treated as a thief. Your much better off going to a bicycle shop.

I tried to place an order online. I had a question about the availability of a product. When I called Walmart customer service it rang forever and when they finally answered they just instantly hung up on me. I called them back and it just rings with no answer. Pretty much they could care less about helping me. Theyre so cheap they wont hire someone to answer their phones, it might cut into their profits. The only option I have now is to drive there, stand in line just to ask them a question about a box of protein drinks. Thats the whole point of ordering stuff online. What if you have a question about an online order?

ONLY SELF CHECKOUT. The person directing self checkers doesnt know whats happening. Disorganized. Huge mess. Stay away. The pharmacy is GREAT. Go to the drive thru. One star because of the great service at the pharmacy. Negative five stars for the rest of the store.

No staff pulling carts, shoppers had to go find one in the parking lot. Couldnt find an employee to assist with items on top shelf and with only 1 cashier, you get to be your own yet there is no discount for you doing the job of 3 employees. Not a positive trip to say the least.

Its Walmart....lol...huge, sprawling space, packed with a masive quantity of often messy merchandise on the lower end of the quality spectrum, and also price spectrum. Some staff is friendly, others are not. Mostly self-checkout now, pretty full parking lot, took me quite a while to find the 3 things I was looking for in 3 different departments.

I like Walmart but because of a lot of stuff currently going on they have very little DVD movies of shelves right now. And there was other things I was shopping for that was not available at the moment. Other then that I would have gave it 5 stars

This Walmart is definitely one of the better Walmarts; Having bright, sociable checkers and even a friendly, helpful stocking-crew. This particular Walmart has always been one with pleasantly, clean bathrooms and an extremely tidy parking lot; especially for how large of a lot, as it is.I am always amazed at how many of the employees are so knowledgeable and can tell you where to find even the most unusual and odd-objects’ almost exact locations, anywhere throughout this massive supercenter. With everything from milk and cookies, to deodorant, and even batteries for vehicles, This Walmart supercenter has everything you need, and -chances are- almost every employee knows precisely where to find every darn thing within it.

Always good. I always spend more than I intend to but they usually have about everything I need.

Just your regular Walmart supercenter. Its laid out with food side is to your right and pharmacy to your left and electronics are in the back. Havent had an issue with this place.

Not really understanding the point of closing all the self checkouts 10 minutes before closing and expecting just 1 register to get a whole line of customers out with carts full of groceries. I wouldve been able to leave minutes before closing if you had kept at least 1 or 2 self checkouts open. Instead Im leaving way after closing and feel bad for the cashier.

Some things were too far apart. I needed a few groceries and pet food. Had to go from one end of the store to the other

Went in to pick up some groceries and some bod body spray was told I had to pay for the bod first before I finished shopping. I have never had to pay first for bod .so I left everything there and went to cortero farms to that Walmart and did my shopping there and got the bod right off the shelf.and finished my shopping 🛍️ with no problems.i will not ever go back to the Walmart on la cholla foothills mall area. I guess they have alot of thefts there.so sad that they will lose alot of good people shopping there if you treat them like a theif.I will go out of my way to shop some other walmart

When it comes to price match they had no idea what to do stoking. 3 lead name Joshua that says he is a manager disrespectful at the fullest aggravating me telling me to call corporate or to come back and talk to a manager named Sergio clearly says on the website it has to be sold and fulfilled by one of stores on site it does and I showed it but then all of a sudden upc has to match clearly he has no clue each pallet of item comes with a different upc so you know when and where it wade he has no idea what he is talking lol

I always get grocery pick-up here and it is so convenient! I usually get really big orders and they are always so friendly about loading my car. My grocery order is always right, they have never messed it up. I will probably always go here for grocery pick-up Its the best!

The clerks are friendly and the store help are pleasantly helpful. Even when I returned an item, the clerk was understanding and supportive.

As much as I love to shop here I was not ok tonight when I went to cook my food. I bought a spaghetti squash yesterday around 6pm so tonight I got ready to cook it and went to peal the sticker off and it was covering a molded hole in the squash. I cut it open and the entire squash was full of mold. You would have been able to tell from the outside but the fact that the sticker was covering mold was BS

I was so glad I found another review of a customer who had also been racially profiled, because I honestly wasnt entirely sure with what happened to me here. Im not saying that that is what happened, but you can be the judge.Came in with my dad (2 Asian guys) to get some moving supplies and didnt know where the boxes were (dont come to Walmart often); the first employee (a middle-aged white lady) I asked, Excuse me, do you know where the cardboard boxes are? just stared widely at me for a good 5 seconds before muttering and gesturing. I ended up getting information from another friendly customer and left her. As we walked away, my dad noticed that she kept turning her head back to stare at us.My dad found the boxes eventually, but I still needed to find some plastic bins. I asked a different employee (another middle aged white lady) who was working some shelves nearby, Hi there, have you seen the clear plastic bins? (Mind you, Im very courteous. Ive worked retail, my friends work retail, and I understand the struggle. This was not that.) She paused, before replying like Im a five-year-old, Ooooohhhh, you mean, Do I know where the plastic bins are? Yes of COURSE I can take you there!She leads me to the bins, I find them, and I thank her for it. I had to thank her three times before she stepped away, because I dont want to say anything else.I go to check out, and Im relieved to see a very friendly employee working the register who is happily talking to the customer shes checking out. I join the line, she finishes up with that customer, and the moment she turns to look at me the smile just completely drops. The tone is completely gone, and she checks me out flat-faced. She was at least friendly enough to attempt some small talk once, and Id completely understand, too, if the customer in front of me was just a friend she knew. But, Im willing to stake a chance that it was something else much worse, especially considering what I just saw with the last two employees.I think that the worst part of it all was that I interacted with a genuinely sweet and kind employee (a younger black lady) at the entrance when she checked my receipt, and it made me realize just how strangely the other women were behaving. It also made me realize that the greeter was the only nonwhite employee that Id seen so far. Like damn, did I get sucked into Get Out? Maybe this was all a terrible coincidence. But boy, did yall manage to make two Asian men very, VERY uncomfortable.Dont shop here, a disgusting vibe lives here. I think its very interesting, too, to see such a huge disparity in the recent customer reviews in how differently the employees treat different customers. They sure like to pick and choose who theyre friendly to.

This Walmart has really turned itself around; it doesnt have that disgusting fishy smell and its cleanliness is amazing. I would recommend checking out this Walmart.

I had made a $70 pickup order, that they gave away to a lady supposedly that had my order number when I got there to pick up my order I was informed that it was too late that I would have to come back to speak with a manager in the morning now its morning and I have a manager telling me that there is no way to fill my order or give me a refund that I have to contact somebody at a 1-800 number Walmart

I ordered online for curbside pickup. Everything I ordered was included and the frozen foods were indeed frozen upon entering my vehicle. The associate was pleasant and I didnt wait long at all. Overall, very pleased with the experience, will order curbside pickup again. Its such a godsend for people with autoimmune conditions that cannot safely shop in Walmart until we receive our vaccine (which I hope to soon!).

I hate self checkout. They need lower prices if I half to check myself out. Pay me $15 per hour just for shopping and checking out

Very upset that Walmart is trying to force people to use the self checkout, even in their super stores by only having one regular checkstand open and line 10 to 15 deep. Self checkout does not accept cash. No additional cashiers to help with checkout. All extra employees have shifted to call in orders and these employees crowd aisles and do not look where they are pushing carts. NO MANAGERS AVAILABLE TO HANDLE ISSUES. Management shoves problems onto employees. Also, also covid restrictions have been removed; no one cleans carts and minimal sanitizer stations available.

Its Walmart. The employees are nice, over worked, and under paid. Most registers are self-service at this point and they seem to have forgotten their roots as items are now more pricey than most other places in the area.But, its not the worst place and you can wear what you want - if you care about that type of thing.

Worst Walmart in Tucson. Staff is rude and unfriendly. Cashier was super slow. And they are the only Walmart that wants to check receipts because they believe all their customers are thieves. The one on Speedway and Kolb is a much better and friendlier place.

Ive never had a bad experience shopping at Walmart and this location is very convenient and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. On my most recent visit, I needed new tires for my car and found the best price at Walmart. I dropped my vehicle off at 9am on a Saturday and even though there were several vehicles ahead of me, my car was done by noon.

This place saved my skin during covid-19. I shopped on line and did curbside pickup. I predict this will continue long after covid-19 is just a memory. What a convenience. The people who picked my orders are to be commended for the care with which items were chosen. And the curbside delivery people were always polite and friendly. It was all very much appreciated during the bleak time when I was cut off from so many of the people in my life. Thank you walmart.

My husband and I went in yesterday and saw the front door greeter literally scoff at a young lady with an oxygen tank! She had done nothing wrong she just asked if she could get another shopping cart because some other walmart employee had taken hers while she was shopping. I usually dont leave reviews or get Involved but, this situation truly disgusted us. I wont support this company especially this location any longer. and shane on that middle aged woman for scoffing at a young disabled person.

I had to wait 25 minutes to try shirts on because the associate with the key was on break. So I decided to get a video game, but couldnt because now they wont lock it in the alarm case to let you take it to the front. I had to pay for it separately right then or wait until I was done shopping. So I waited and went back to the fitting room where she was 5 minutes past her hand written sign, so I waited. Finally got to try on my shirts and went back to electronics to only have to wait again for another 10 or 15 minutes because the associate was very busy, but he was the only one. So in all I had to WAIT for 45 minutes to get what I came for.HIRE MORE PEOPLE, WALMART CAN AFFORD IT!

Awful service. Rude greeter at the entry way. Gave my disabled wife that is reliant on oxygen a snarky look and comment under her breath.Finally get my cart and begin to shop in the clothes aisle. One of the floor employees takes my shopping cart as I am turned away from it looking at bathing suits. My wife noticed and proceeds to try and catch up to the employee that is racing away with our cart. The employee straight up I ignored us and took our cart!So now we have to make our way back to the front of the store which is very difficult for my wife considering that she is reliant on oxygen. And once again we are forced to face the rude and judgmental greeter they had at the door. Who preceded again to make a very rude face at my wife as we were just trying to get another shopping cart.Been through all of this we finally make it to the checkout. We are sure that we have over $100 on our food stamp card. But of course Walmarts registers deny our transaction. We even call the company to verify our funds. So we had to use cash in order to get our necessities because Walmart did not facilitate what they should have and what they claim to facilitate. We went down the street to another store and the food stamp card work just fine. Walmart treats disabled people terribly.Putting us through absolute hell and then not even being set up to accept EBT payment. I looked it up online and apparently this is an issue at Walmart all around the country and the company does not even care enough to fix their payment processing system
