The negative is its a bit pricier than Albertsons or Frys. But it is a smaller store, well laid out, easy to find what you need. Staff is helpful. I am not a fan of grocery shopping (who is?) but Bashas makes it a much more pleasant experience. We live near the Frys but use Bashasas our weekly grocery shop.

I would give 3.5 stars if it was an option, but anyway...Bashas is a little pricey. They have quite a few top shelf products, so the prices are not a big surprise. The store is always very clean and the perimeter departments display their products beautifully. My biggest issue is with the Bashas receipt. I use self checkout every time I shop there, and it seems every time I end up having to find an employee to look at my screen and tell me how much Im paying for certain sale items. The way the register rings the item at the regular price then subtracts the difference, then shows coupon savings, etc. is very confusing. I would rather know at the time I check out if there is a discrepancy, than have to wait at the service counter trying to get a refund. But that tends to be a hard goal to achieve. Overall, its almost always an ok experience.

Beautiful inside and out. Publ8c restroom and very nice customer service. They also had a lot 9f products that I was surprised to see there & reasonably priced.

Staff are not very helpful,I had to wait 15_20 minutes to get a locked up product!Who locks up shaving razors ??? Frys doesnt. It appears the store us not staffed properly 😐The florist was awesome they didnt have a floral arrangement I needed and she made one,how awesome was that ?

A well enough grocery store with one of the best deli and meat sections Ive seen. Always well kept and never dirty this bashas is the safe, and sanitary way to get groceries in this day and age.

Bashas is a great supermarket store. This location is big, clean, and stocks a large assortment of brands & items. It has a hometown feel, as it is an Arizona original. That means it also sells University of Arizona mugs, etc., and other Arizona paraphernalia. It is a pleasure to shop here, and I especially like the efficient & user-friendly self-checkout machines. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Price. A bit high. Probably because they dont have the buying power of a Kroger or Safeway. But it is an overall nice shopping experience. PS There is a Starbucks on premises.

Bashas has some of the best donuts in town. Its on the way from preschool to home and is a weekly treat for the preschooler.

This store is EXTREMELY expensive, not at all a good place to shop if your trying to save money. However, they make FABULOUS FRESH sushi, and the store Mgr. Nicky is the nicest and most professional Mgr on the Planet. Occasionally you can find good prices on meat, but youll have to get there early.

They have an ice cream counter, a sushi bar, a pizza oven, a bakery, a Starbucks, a pharmacy, and more! Its a great one stop shopping for food!

They go above & beyond for people & are the nicest, most friendly & welcoming group of people that you will ever have the privilege to meet! Youre made to feel like family! Weve used the bigger pharmacy chain outlets but after using Bashas we will never go back. At Bashas Pharmacy they make a point to get to know you! They know us so well & they know every medication we take. Plus they immediately alert us if a new prescription is given that may cause unwanted interactions or side effects with anything we already take! I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! I WOULD give 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend them, especially the people that work there at Camp Lowell & Swan Rd! Again, I highly recommend them!! If youre looking for that personal touch, people who go above & beyond for you....ten Bashas Pharmacy is definitely for you!!! I wont go anywhere else. Well there are almost NO strawberries so forget finding much of those here. 🍓 only found a few containers of organic ones which is what I wanted but thats all they have!!! .....weirrrrrd.Alcohol is pricey here.One thing about this store is I like how they decorate around and put need little extra and alternative items around. Some local stuff Tucson themed. I really like that. It matches the desert we live in here.Staff pretty nice as opposed to other stores. That alone makes me want to come back.

Somehow, I missed out on Bashas until recently. Their deli and fresh meat counters are helpful, fast, and kind. The selection of items is impressive for a local chain, and the prices are competitive as well.

This local Chain has top quty products. Some not available elsewhere.

Was happy to walk into a grocery store and find them stocked up on...groceries! Yup, its a rare sight these days. Bashas had coke, AND Dr. Pepper. The price was the same as Frys empty shelves. There was ZERO wait to check out, and the staff that I spoke with were both friendly and helpful. I will be returning to Bashas.

Good products clean store

One of the only two places in metro Tucson to have AFC brand sushi, in my opinion and experience the best quality to find in grocery stores outside of Snow Fox. The selection of deli goods and the pizza oven are very inviting and you can truly feel the elevated quality of product and selection. Truth be told, my favorite store in Tucson to do my weekly groceries, but I do admit that limited selection and the price difference overall have me filling in the gaps between major trips at Safeway. I must say they are quite refreshing when it comes to quality!

Bashas has many foods you wont find at Safeway, but Safeway has many you wont find at Bashas. I go there mainly for the Fruit, which is very good, and the reduced price protein bars, but its also good for many other things.

I bought some T-bone steaks that were on sale they were so fresh. Also bought a cantaloupe it was so sweet and delicious. Bought a watermelon huge now Im never very good at picking out watermelons but this one was sweet as sugar..... All came from local farmers which made me feel good about supporting the little especially in these times

FIRST good selection, although there are markets nearby with better selection. Usually not crowded, so during Covid, a good choice. Deli & meat depts probably the best. Fairly extensive liquor dept. Employees friendly, yet businesslike.

This is a great grocery store! I live down the street from this location and I go here at least once a month. The store has always had great customer service and a great selection of items with great prices. I would recommend this grocery store to anybody.

Everything you need. Just one cashier most of the time. Get your snacks( snickers bars, soda bottle, chips) before you go to the register. There is nothing but gum by the register.

I went to the McDonalds in this shopping center but Google called this visit as Bashas. Having said that this is a good Micky Ds as that goes. I had a sausage and egg biscuit and coffee and I liked it.

Its just ok. Staff is not so nice and security is average at best. They close at 10pm but if you go at 9pm its pretty empty of people.

Your cashier tried to short change me. I dont know what his problem is but all your female cashiers either count my change back to me or give me the correct change.For someone who gets paid to give correct change he should probably stock shelves.

Bashas is a very nice store. Its always clean and well organized. They have a good bakery. There is a good selection of regular groceries and organic, whole foods style groceries! This big issue is the pricing. I bought 5 staple items here than later the same week bought the same 5 items from a Safeway down the road. This Safeway is known for having slightly steeper prices that are worth it because of the quality of the bakery and produce. Yet Safeway was still 40% cheaper than the Bashas!!! Safeway cost $21.54 and Bashas was $49 and change for the same 5 items! So, go there, its a great store! Just expect to pay a very large luxury tax for the convenience and cleanliness of the store.

I generally like this bashas. The employees keep it clean, most of the employees are very friendly, and helpful. The prices are reasonable, and that below is not the highest.
