Just bought a 2020 Passport there. DJ Hinton was our sales rep. He is outstanding in all aspects. Very low key and no pressure at all. His knowledge of the car and all the options and features on it was incredible. Every question we had he fully answered and explained. I would highly recommend DJ to anyone looking for a great sales person. If it were not for DJ, I doubt we would have bought the car. Mo in the finance office also did a great job. He is very thorough and fully explains in detail all the paperwork you have to sign at the closing. Chapman Honda seems to have service figured out and every one we talked to there was very helpful. I fully recommend them all.

Make absolutely sure you have another mechanic check over your used car within a week of buying. We purchased a 2006 Scion XB in March 2021 and as of today we have a $1000.00+ plus mechanic bill to fix several broken motor mount. I know that parts wear out over time and so does Chapman, so why werent they checked and repaired? There had to have been cracks at the time of purchase. So bad on us for not getting the car check over by our mechanic and BAD on Chapman for NOT fixing something that was showing wear and tear.

Purchased my car several months ago and also a service package. Went in for my first oil change and service check. Despite the initial long line, I was checked in quickly by Matt. He gave me an estimated time frame for my wait, checked in and let me know status SEVERAL times during my wait and even washed my new car before sending me off ahead of his projected time frame. Highly satisfied and Matt was very nice, friendly and explained everything that was checked and what to expect in any upcoming service checks. Thank you!Oh and ... my scheduled service advisor was out the day I arrived, so Matt took my appointment in addition to whatever else he already had on his plate that day. Very effective and efficient process.

I took my car in for a prepaid oil change. After awhile the car showed up in the yard. Waiting over 20 minutes my husband went across the isle and asked how do we get our car back. The service manager said oh yes it is done! It was late in the afternoon and no other customers were in the office. He then asked if the side mirror had been ordered, no was the answer. He asked why not it has been 1 1/2 hours. The manager said he had to get the correct paint number? Hubby asked do you know what a VIN number is? Just say you forgot and all is forgiven, but no you had to try a little BS. Also, the tire light was lit upon arrival, the maintenance sheet said the tire was checked and light reset. When we arrive home we had a flat. Terrible experience with Chapman Honda Service.

Very Slow service with a lack of communication.I have been here a few times for preventative maintenance on the Accord that I bought from them.Each time I showed up early and checked in online. Even though I was proactive I still had to wait to be seen and they took my car 10 min past my appointment time.On average it has taken them 3 hours to do an oil change and tire pressure check. At the 2 hour mark each time I called for a status update and was told that the service member was dealing with customers. Which then took another 40 minutes for a return callI understand taking your time to do a good job but I can’t justify paying more at the dealership to take double-triple the time out of my day sitting in their lobby.

Made a 10:30 appointment to hansle a recall update, that was supposed to include a ride to my job. Mr R implied that this was going to be quick so I he told me I should just wait. I agreed as my plan had been to wait if was an hour or less wait. Otherwise I had work to do.After an hour of waiting I asked Mr. R how long it would be. 20-30 minutes, was his answer. So I waited another hour and 45 minutes and still nothing.Finally Mr. R decided to come into the main area to talk to another employee and as he was leaving he noticed me, walked past me, and then apparently remembered he had been my contact.About 10 minutes later my car arrived. Mr R had sent someone else to hand it off. When I got in my car the heat was so intense, on an 85 degree day mind you, that I could not touch anything. My guess is Mr. R might have been honest about the 20 -30 minute time period but apparently forgot about me and the car likely sat out in their back parking lot for 2 more hours. I wont be back to Chapman.

Chapman Honda is very clean, nice, spacious building. The retro video games were a bonus. Carlos was very kind, helpful and professional. No pressure, just helpful and understanding. I left a message for a finance manager to return my call and they did within the hour, not days or even ignore message. Adam in Finance was also very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Chapman. I am surprised by the service at Chapman these days. I have purchased from them in the past and went back when I found a used car I wanted to trade in for. I understand what my cars value is and what I wanted for trade in and it is a fair price to both parties. I made three different offers and three different times I was rejected. The part that bothers me is that a counter offer was never made by the manager. After my last attempt I said goodbye and left. No attempt was made to work with me on pricing, never even started looking at financing. Test drive and the door. The worst part, we were only $600 apart in the one sided discussions. I guess I dont understand how it works anymore.

When I made my appointment for a recall issue, I was told it would take about 45 to 90 minutes. The day of my appointment, when I arrived, the service coordinator said it would take 90 -120 minutes. It ended up taking almost 4 hours. To get a loaner vehicle took almost an hour. I dont think that Chapman Honda values their customers time.

Walked in front door, waited there 20 min. And no one assisted me. Went outside and stood next to the SUV I wanted to buy and had to call the dealer requesting a sales person. Waited another 20 min. Roman came to assist finally but lacked good customer service. May be he thought I couldnt afford a suburban, who knows. So I left, empty handed. Later I looked into purchasing a car and somehow stumbled upon Moises at Chapman Porshe. He had great customer service, even picked up the car from the other dealer so I could test drive. Because of his great customer service, not only did I buy the car but also the suburban I first went to see at the Honda dealership. Listen Honda, dont judge a person by the way they look and while youre at it, get rid of Roman. He just cost you 2 sales!

I had an 8am Saturday appointment to get a leaky windshield checked on my Pilot. My service was performed by Ricky, who decided to call me Jess when I introduced myself as Jessica, and to call me dear when he wasnt using the wrong name.I got a call at 3:45 Saturday afternoon (the shop closes at 4) with no voicemail and wound up having no car all weekend because a windshield leak apparently took 8 hours to check?When I called on Monday to find out what was happening with my car, Ricky asked me twice if he should talk to my husband about how to fix my car. I told him no, that it was my car and he needed to speak with me. He told me that if I had them fix the leak itd be about $300 and theyd probably break the glass in the process.Today I had Safelite re-seal the windshield. It would have been $75 had my insurance not covered it. And shockingly, the glass didnt break!I cant recommend the service center for any other female car owners. Calling me by the wrong name, calling me dear, and being asked if I needed my husband is blatantly disrespectful. This combined with the garbage quote of $300 for a seal really makes it seem like they try to prey on those who may not know any better.

My parents needed a new car so I went to Chapman Honda to look at Honda CRVs. The saleswoman Jozette was very helpful. She let me test drive the CRV and suggested the HRV as well. The HRV had better rear window vision and was simpler than the CRV to operate. It is difficult for my parents to shop so Jozette let me take the car to my parents. I told Jozette to give me her best deal. They loved the car! We made a deal, the next day Jozette delivered the car herself to my parents and did the paperwork in less than an hour. Jozette was professional, courteous, and gets my highest rating! The same goes for the Chapman Honda staff.

I called Wednesday about a vehicle. I told the salesman I wanted to buy it over the phone. He told me to just show up on Friday. I showed up on Friday and they had sold the vehicle. When I confronted the salesman he said I should have left a deposit. I did not even know that was possible. I guess I should have read his mind. I drove 3 hours for this. Incredible lack of professionalism. I wouldn’t buy a sandwich from this dealership much less a car.

Watch out when signing paperwork when buying, If you see a page that says First Automotive (Complete Vehicle Theft Protection), dont sign it. Its useless insurance that youre supposed to be told about (they didnt tell me) and theyll slip it in the slew of paperwork you have to sign. Its a way they clip you for another $229.00 and even though its a pretty Honda Dealership, car salesman & women will try to add on all kinds of expenses that are basically a ripoff, its just the sleazy nature of the car business, even at what seems to be a more professional operation. So, read closely every page they want you to sign. I was a bit tired the day I purchased and I slipped up.

The repair shop here has no integrity. I spent $1500 on brakes, rotors and bushings. My vehicle had no issues with actually running. On the way home as Im driving through an intersection the car just dies. I call them back to see if they can fix it as this has never happened before. They give me the run around and eventually forward my call to a voicemail. I will never trust this establishment again. Dont bring your vehicle here for repair. Youll leave worse off than before they fixed it.

I got a recall notice on my Honda Accord. The letter said to take it to an authorized Honda dealer to get it fixed for free (software update needed). I called Chapman Honda and made an appointment with a friendly lady. I took it in at the appointment time. and was met by a courteous service agent who said it would take about 1 to 1.5 hours. The customer lounge is spacious with free coffee. After less than an hour the work was done. I would recommend Chapman Honda for your car service needs.

Recently bought the car I was leasing from them. They opened a chase auto account for my cars balance without even mentioning it, after I specifically asked if I would still be paying through Honda’s finance like normal. Did not receive paperwork from chase until it was too late. No emails or anything because they didn’t even give chase my email. I noticed the account seemed messed up, called multiple times, left voicemail. No return call. What a joke.

I’m so upset, I brought my 1990 Honda Civic to simply have the ignition switch replaced. The mechanic on the phone told me the total cost would be 500$. Before taking it I went to autozone myself to see how much the ignition switch cost since I do a lot of work myself. They quoted me 250$ So I assumed the other 250$ would be for labor. I gave the permission to change the switch. Meanwhile I go to my fathers funeral and I received a call from the mechanic telling me the car is complete and the total amount owed to Honda would come out to 895$...I could go on and on how outrageous this is. If he had told me that price before, I swear to God I would’ve gone back picked my car up and handled it my self. Close to a thousand dollars for an ignition switch? I HIGHLY doubt that.

Was told, is better to just show up. Why even have scheduling system if its first come/ first serve. Currently 1 hour and 45 minutes past appt and oil still isnt changed.

Awful, awful, and awful. Arrived early and had to wait 10 min as the line was as far as the entrance. No one moved until I called stating a safety issue (15 min wait). Used Lyft cause i did not want to wait and was told an hour...took three hours. Tried to get a lyft back but no one to answer my call. No one called regarding my vehicle being done. The service man, Carlos, knew nothing of my issues and failed to give me my key faub. So upset that I did not ensure I got it back. Called again to report and every one was too busy...even the manager for service. Plan not to buy my future vehicle from Honda again.

The estimator was not accurate when providing information to me or the adjuster. The time for the repair has been extended many time without a plausible explanation. I don’t think the estimator has been honest and fair in dealing with me it has been almost two months and I still don’t have the car back. I’m very concerned about the quality of the repairs given the online reviews. I have been a Chapman customer for years. But, I won’t even maintain my cars there anymore.

After a month in Tucson we were out doing errands on a Friday getting ready for our return trip to Boise where we had an appointment for ourCovid vaccine when an emissions warning light came on. Called our dealer in Boise and they said we couldn’t safely make the trip home. We immediately drove to Chapman Honda and explained our situation and our need to make it home to get our vaccine Tuesday morning.They were so understanding and caring ran tests on our car told us the problem checked for parts and told us it would be fixed 2:30-3:00 Saturday and then arranged a loaner for us. Buyer Beware! I took my Honda Odyssey into Chapman service to have them find what was draining my battery. They told me that it was the sliding door latches and the actuator. They charged me $1800 to fix the problem. Three days later, the battery was dead again. That was a repeating story. Over the next four months, I had to keep bringing the van back to Chapman as the battery kept dying. The “new” latch failed and the sliding door would swing open while I was driving! I was told to turn off the overhead lamp and the power doors—“It would work as long as I didn’t use it”. After returning home from the shop one of the times, I realized that the power on the passenger side was totally cut off. It was fine when I brought it in, but it “failed” in the shop. No admission of guilt; no apology from Chapman. In the end, I spent over $2700, but I left yesterday with the power to the passenger side sliding door disconnected because now, that was the problem. They wanted to charge me another $2000 to see if that would fix it.

I used to hate everything to do with cars, especially buying. But thanks to Bryan Knight, our salesman, I had a really great experience at Chapman Honda. We just bought a new Odyssey, and like any minivan shoppers, we had our two lively little boys with us. (Ages 3 and 1.5) They loved the free popcorn, my husband loved the free coffee drinks, but what I loved most was the kindness and patience everyone (especially Bryan) showed towards my kids. He helped us get the car seats in for a test drive and was very understanding that everything takes longer with kids who need to go to the bathroom or make frequent trips to fill up popcorn and water. Bryan was never pushy and was always interested in getting us what we needed. He never seemed like he was just trying to sell a car, he seemed more like he was trying to help us get what we wanted. When he explained things to me I never felt like he was talking down to me. That means a lot to me as a woman because so many people in the car business are impatient towards women who dont make cars their passion. My husband had lots of questions because he pays attention to and is interested in every detail of the vehicle, technology and the money involved in the sale. Bryan made sure he had all the information he needed and was always willing to call or go get the answers when it was an unusual bit of information.We are not the easiest customers, Im usually suspicious of salesmen in general, my husband asks a million questions, and my kids are busy little kids... but Bryan never faltered. He was patient and low pressure the whole time. He made us all feel comfortable with making such a large and important purchase. I will come here first for any future purchases and will absolutely recommend Bryan to friends, family or anyone who wants to have a relaxed and easy experience car shopping. Thank you so much!

First time here and not impressed!!. no one ever greeted me as I cam in, Angel in the service department needs to learn what customer service is. he never offered a ride home evening knowing I asked for one when I set up my appointment. lack of communication from the first person I spoke too. its even on my paperwork I needed a ride home.employees in the service department should wear mask as you make the customer wear them. I have a picture of one employee not even wearing a mask and one of them had the mask under their chin. so if it required for customers to wear a mask coming into your establishment but your employees dont have too. either customers dont have to wear mask or everyone in your location needs to wear a mask. The picture I have are to to be filed with the health department. cant stand hypocrites!!

My experience at Chapman Honda was 5 star. Not only did i get the car I had been looking for, for 2 months (an 2013 Audi A5 Convertible) but my salesman Roman Todorivich delivered it up to Phoenix for me. He was always responsive in answering my questions and was professional and polite in all aspects of the sales process. Just the other day I needed his assistance, due to my plates not arriving and my temporary expired (MVD is behind) and he had another temporary tag emailed to me. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Chapman Honda and Roman Todorivich. I would recomend anyone to purchase there next car here, even if youre not looking for a Honda. And ask for Roman Todorivich if you want honest, 5 star service.

First off I want to say there is no way it takes two full days to replace two radiator hoses and run some tests. I should have just spent the $40 for the two hoses and attempted to fix it myself. I took my car in yesterday to diagnose an overheating problem with my vehicle and it took them about 3 hours to tell me that there was a leak in the hoses and that they needed to be replaced. I was told to come in around noon today to check the status on my car; however, the link I was provided with said it was still being serviced. When I finally did get a call from the service department, I was told there was some specialty parts that I needed to approve and I had to come in and it would take about 2 hours according to the Paula. I was unsure how replacing a few hoses would require specialty parts so I attempted to get in contact with my advisor. After getting in contact with him, he was unable to update me of the status of my vehicle because it was still being looked at, and said he would call me back in no more than 10 minutes. I decided to take it upon myself to walk in after waiting almost an hour and a half for a call back, only to find out that it wont be done until tomorrow AND he had no knowledge of why I received a phone call about needing to come in for two hours to discuss specialty parts. I need my car for work and to be able to get around, so you can believe my disappointment. I expected it to take no more than a day to replace. After already waiting almost two full days and having to pay over $450, I am still without a car. I wouldnt be surprised if they told me it would take longer to fix, or charge me extra. I had high hopes for the service at this dealership considering it was recommended to me, but I am absolutely appalled at the lack of communication at this dealership.

Attempting to use my navigation (have to plug my phone in, in order to use it????, to cheap to build in navigation) stopped working in the middle of travel. Went directly to Honda to see what the problem was. Was told by service is a problem between Apple and Honda?????.... was also told by service, should read my owner’s manual. “It’s right there!” “If still can’t get it to work, should just go back to using my smartphone.” Wondering what my $30K+ has bought me. Had plenty of cash to purchase the “upgraded” model, explained what I needed, but was not sold the car that would have fit my needs. So far Honda dropped the ball on everything involved with this purchase. Take your money elsewhere, know in the future I will. Was also told would receive a call the very next day, never did....

Would Not Buy UsedThey sold me a car with a failing fuel pump and trash breaks but after getting those fixed it drives like new.When I confronted them about the car not starting correctly just a day after buying it they said Its just an older car. They do that 😂 so take that how you will.Other than that my experience was actually good compared to some dealerships Ive been to.
