Well let me start off by stating that this shop is super cool. Ive never gone shopping at a cowboy/cow girl store...but I was shocked at how charismatic and friendly the staff is. Willing to help and engage in historical conversation. I loved this experience!!!!!

Cool store. Huge selection of men’s boots, women’s section was a bit smaller but I found some really nice turquoise boots. Cool hats. They even provide real socks for you to try on boots. Good prices too.

Like in Casa Grande about an hour away. Called ahead and asked if they had a certain size and type of boots explain to them how far we were coming so please check and make sure they had them in stock, they told us they had a couple of pairs of the type and size we wanted. When we got there they didnt have any thing close to what they told us. Will not return again.

Well, looking at the glowing reviews maybe I got there on a bad day.The store is well stocked and the prices seem reasonable. Im just not sure what is reasonable since I had never shopped in a western wear store. I recently moved to the area and wanted to look into maybe getting a hat to embrace the local culture. My size requirements are a little unusual and this is a new world to me. My questions were answered but that was all. Talking with them on my way out was tepid as well.Again, maybe it was a bad day. Regardless, Im looking elsewhere for my western wear gateway drug.

Friendly and informative staff. Good pricing. I had little knowledge on proper fit for a pair of riding boots. They explained fit and break in period and I feel I made an informed purchase. Also offers a 10% military/veteran discount.

I havent bought a pair of Cowboys or even put on a pair since I was 6 years old, I came to Cowtown boots and the guy who helped me was super happy, he showed me a wide range of Boots and to make sure I had the right fit and I was comfortable in the boots.He helped me from when I first walked into the store and all the way to door when I finally found a pair that worked for me.I different will be going back for further Boots.

This is like Disneyland for cowboys and cowgirls. They have one of the largest selections of all styles of boots including regular and extra wide types. They have shirts, jeans, belts and accessories. All are reasonable prices and helpful staff. I love it here.

I have begun my cowboy action shooting journey and I am in need of many items to complete my personas costume. I remembered being brought to Cowtown Boots many many years ago when I was just a child. I walked in on 2/7/2019 and was blown away by the selections. So many boots. Too many for me to have made my decision that day. So I purchased a beautiful Gambler style black cowboy hat for a very decent price instead and walked out happy. I will absolutely be back for more.

Big place. Pretty good selection. Fair prices. A lot of off brands. Dan Post and Tony Lama are the only real well-known brands. Other accessories shirts belts boot bags. Inspect merchandise carefully. Found quite a few damaged boots.

There was a large selection of boots (lots of different sizes) but for each size there was only one row for most. 7.5 mens D had almost 1 row but not quite. If youre a 7 womens (tennis shoe) you have both youth and womens to choose from which is nice.

A nicely stocked store for Western wear and boots. Clothing for men is the largest of the inventory with a modest offering for women. There is a wide variety of boots, both color and style, for both. Child sizes and styles may be limited.

Although staff is quite friendly and helpful; selection of womens clothing is very limited. Most of the womens clothing was also limited to sizes small and extra small. 😑

Decent selection of boots and apparel. However, I was in there looking and trying on boots for about 30-45 min (as the ONLY customer in the store) and wasnt acknowledged ONCE by any of the 3 employees working at the time to ask if I needed any assistance or had any questions. So I decided not to make a purchase. Very poor customer service in my opinion and wont be returning.

No common sense for costumer service - bought some boots, walked in them about 10 minutes, wore them for a total of 2 hours. Went to exchange them for the next side up a few days later and was told I couldnt because the soles were worn down. I advise all to go somewhere else where customer service and common sense arent completely lacking.
