They overcharged me and never fixed the problem I brought the car in for. They also just wouldnt be honest and say they didnt know what the issue was. Be very careful here and know what you need done before you go there. Nice people, subpar work.

Rillito was referred to me by another shop that was just to busy to help me. When I walked in the were friendly and welcoming. I was desperate, I was going out of town and my car wasn’t running right. Within minutes my car was being looked at and diagnosed! They started work immediately and within a few hours my car was fixed! They allowed me to see what was wrong and what needed to be fixed.Joe was excellent and I would highly recommend Rillito to anyone! Great work and honest advice from trust worthy mechanics

Albert quoted me over $800 to perform work on my car. I also got 2 additional quotes from other mechanics and priced and purchased the parts myself. The two other quotes were less then $200 parts $230. This does not add up for me, that’s a huge markup. Rillito Automotive is way to expensive for me.

Rillito did an excellent job on my trucks alignment. I am very picky and hard to please and rarely let anyone work on my vehicles. This job stands out as one of the very few alignments that I am 100% happy with.

Nicest guy around! Had to rent a Uhaul last minute. I couldnt have asked for a better place to go. Very accomodating and great to work with. He explained how everything works in a way that was easy to understand. I ran into some extreme unforseen situations and they were awesome about it. It gave me one less thing to worry about. Id definitely use this place, again. I never noticed the Automotive shop, although its easy to see from the street. I would definitely give this place a chance if I needed work done on my vehicle, as well. While in the office getting paperwork out of the way I took in what was going on around us. Every single person seemed to be having a positive interaction. GREAT VIBES. HAPPY CUSTOMERS. HAPPY EMPLOYEES. How can you go wrong?!

I have a 1978 Chevy Van. It had a vibration in the rear end. We thought It was the driveshaft. Took it in to have him pull it out and take a look. While they were looking they found a few other things that needed to be fixed. This was on a Friday. We got there at 11 am. By 330 they had everything done. I was expecting a large bill. I was shocked because he not only did a Fast job but a great one. And he even took a little off. More than a little. Now were ready to go back down to Guaymas Mexico and start our adventures of sailing around the Sea Of Cortez. Thanks Tony you Rock. Come down anytime and go sailing with us. Vicki & Mike westphal
