I had been searching for a 2019 Ford Flex for awhile online and finally found a great deal at Royal, so I took my family to go check it out. Weve purchased many vehicles over the past 4+ decades, typically by way of very demeaning experiences with often arrogant and disrespectful car dealership consultants. All I can say is WOW. I never need to go to another dealership, ever. This place is amazing, from the building to the people. The showroom is absolutely stunning! I purchased a vehicle and needed to briefly wait in the lounge area while paperwork was being done. Talk about beautiful! There was water, snacks, a gourmet coffee maker and super comfy leather chairs to lounge in with a big screen TV for entertainment. It is obvious they put much thought into this new building. Also importantly, every person who walked by greeted me with sincerity. The process was so smooth and easy, with only one contact person doing the entire deal. I never felt any pressure and was not ushered from one person to the next, as most dealerships do. From sales to service and every little detail in between, Royal knows customer service and has gained a customer for life!

In February we bought a used 2019 Nissan Armada, with only 40k miles.. The salesman was very high pressure and pushed the Warranty Forever bonus giving us a feeling of comfort and reassurance that if anything were to go wrong with the vehicle,  it would be taken care of. One month after purchasing, we replaced the battery at our own expense because that isnt covered by the warranty, nor the dealership.  However, just a few months after that, the same problem began and we confidently called the warranty forever people and got approval to take it to a certified mechanic and get it fixed. Upon discovery that the alternator was in fact the problem all along, as well as the engine control module,  the warranty people informed us that such a problem is NOT COVERED. I am not educated in all the vehicle terms and when I happily agreed to purchase the vehicle, in part due to the generous warranty the dealership offered, I did not know that only covered lubricated parts making it pretty USELESS. Especially useless to me now with an estimate of over $2600 to get it in good working condition.  I am very dissatisfied with Royal and the false advertising for a warranty that doesnt cover a part that is failing prematurely and only months after purchasing. Shame on me for not reading the fine print and expecting a working vehicle.

I recently purchased a WRX from Zeke at Royal. Even though it wasn’t a new Range Rover I was treated with a high level of care and attention that one would expect from Land Rover. Their showroom was modern and beautiful. Zeke said they recently rebuilt the entire facility. After I was done signing paperwork they even put my car in their delivery room. I can’t say enough good things about that dealership and will definitely be returning when it’s time for my next car.

Buying a vehicle from Royal Land Rover was definitely a different experience. I pre ordered my vehicle. The entire sales team that took care of me were very courteous and knowledgeable. I was kept informed of my vehicle progress regularly. The vehicle delivery process was outstanding.

So a couple of years ago we went to Royal Land-Rover and met a young salesman named Ezekiel “Zeke” Catanach. We ended up buying a car from him that day. Fast forward a couple years, we went back and ended up buying a new one today.Zeke is definitely NOT your stereotypical car salesman. He has worked himself up from the bottom and know his cars very well. He is a no pressure kind of guy with a great sense of humor. My car Salesman was Tommy. He did a really great job thruout the whole buying process. I came down from Phoenix to purchase my vehicle and he kept me in the loop with the status of the vehicle as I drove down. Only thing negative I have to say about the outcome of the purchase is I think the vehicle could’ve been cleaned a lot more than it was. After their “detail” it still had dead bugs on the front of the vehicle and mirrors. I had to go and get it fully detailed again to remove all that along with the inside detailed again. I understand I should’ve pressed the situation more but me living in Phoenix, I really didn’t want to drive back and fourth to do this so I took care of it myself. Now back to Tommy. Really personable and easy to work with. Buy from him.

We had the opportunity to test various vehicles and came down to the basics. Who was truly interested in helping us decide and who would be there after the sale? Royal, who we have been with for 16 years, stepped up as usual. Tim Taylor helped us once again even with a credit reporting agency blockage and the patience to deal with it and bring it to a positive conclusion. We have always been more than satisfied with Royals Service and their level of assistance, which other dealerships could not match. I have to admit history with Royal and Tim played a major role in our decision. You cant go wrong with experience.

First, the vehicle we bought is absolutely wonderful. It is a used 5 year old Range Rover, yet looks practically new. They did a great job detailing it. We also had some changes made to it and they did an amazing job of that. Looks like factory installed, not after-market. There were some issues when we first got started. We had no idea how much money would be added for taxes and assorted fees. Krysta was fantastic as we worked through all that. She worked with finance to get the numbers to work for our budget. We felt the car was a little bland and Krysta came up with a wonderful idea to change trim colors and powder coat the wheel rims. Both turned out great. Krysta and the finance department went to great lengths to locate a credit union that matched our needs (and wants). They went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Royal is a wonderful dealership that truly stands behind their vehicles. We received a full warranty on the main components and we were able to add a few more warranty items like paint and wheels. Its a great relief knowing we can count on them to meet our expectations. We did have one small issue and when reported to Bobby, the manager, he responded quickly and positively. Excellent customer service. We look forward to a continuing relationship with Royal for all our maintenance.
