This exhaust company came referred to me for my exhaust on a Chevy truck (headers, mufflers, and tips).I’m in my mid-40’s, partially disabled, and this truck is my only mode of transportation. I grew up around car guys, some are talkative and more sales oriented, while others are more stoic with yes/no answers, and would rather just do the work, and that’s exactly how Steven was. Not interested in taking, was annoyed that I asked an estimate on when my truck would be completed…since I needed to line up a ride, I didn’t think it was an unfair question. It took one of his “techs” half a day to figure out he had the wrong bolts for the headers he was trying to put on for hours. It should take 1 hour tops to put on headers for this type of truck, smooth…nothing in the way…I would have done myself, but my disability prevented this. I was told to leave it overnight, and I had to call the next afternoon to get any type of update. I was told it would be done by 5, and that they had to work on other cars (mind you I made appt 3 weeks in advance).I had my ride drop me off at 4:30 pm (only time I could get a ride), Steven seemed agitated, rolled his eyes, and said they weren’t done yet. At 5:10pm, they said truck was done, I paid a lot of money for labor only (headers, mufflers, and tips), and when I went to drive off my power steering wasn’t working. I stopped told Steven and his response was “oh shoot, yeah I couldn’t get the bracket to work on the header, but you could leave it for a few more days and I can try and fix it”…so they knew it wasn’t working, made me pay full price, and was hoping I wouldn’t notice??? I could have gotten into an accident. I passed on leaving it there cause who knows what could have happened to my truck, and came home. I looked in back of truck bed under cover, and they didn’t return my original exhaust manifolds either (I had to go back the next day). Popped the hood and header bolt was half in the hole and stripped, and all electrical wires and spark plug wires were rubbed up against the extremely hot headers…train wreck waiting to happen…then didn’t move the trans linkage so it could shift properly. So, needless to say, this is the worst shop in Tucson, they take advantage of disabled people, CUSTOMER BEWARE!

This shop has done outstanding work on my previous vehicle as well as my current mustang. Their team has always done quality work to both my vehicles at a great price. I would recommend this shop to anyone as I have always been satisfied with their work. This shop is a must go to!

I was a victim of catalytic converter theft and these guys did a great job for what seemed to be a reasonable price. However, I hope I never have to go back for another one lol

Great work from these guys here! I called and had my truck in the shop 20 minutes later, other shops were booked out a few days. I didnt know what I wanted, but after speaking with them for a few minutes, they recommended a Magnaflow for my truck.Super quick install (maybe 45 minutes?) and it sounds great. Would highly highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat if I need more work done.

I took my vehicle to this business on 02/12/21. I had the vehicle inspected and received an estimate on cost for labor, repair, and parts.I scheduled the repairs for 02/24/21-03/0/21 as they stated it may take a day or two to complete. I received a a phone call on 02/25/21 stating that they couldnt do the repairs and that they would give me a recommendation for a mechanic who would be able to complete the repairs. I confirmed the vehicle would be available for pickup as agreed on, for 03/01/21. This was confirmed by the shop.On 03/01/21 I arrived at the business to pick up my vehicle and was shocked to hear that it was in pieces and not only was it not capable of running, but that it would need to be towed to another shop. I also was told that they had broken a couple of bolts and cracked the manifold.When told they would charge me for labor already done, I told them that was out of the question. At which point they gave me two choices. Pay to have the vehicle put back together, but incomplete and with broken parts, or have it towed to another shop and pay 2-3 times the cost to have, not only the necessary repairs done, but also the added repairs from the damage they had done to the vehicle.I am now left without a vehicle that I need to commute into town with everyday, but I will now have a very large expense for repairs, as well as the fact that my husband had to take time off work to help deal with this. Which caused him to lose almost a days worth of pay because he lost several hours of work.They also refused to give me a requested work order for work that was done at their shop. This is public information and of which I have a legal right to.

Exhaust Works on Broadway did a fantastic job installing a Gibson exhaust system in my Jeep. They where courteous, professional, and timely. I would highly recommend this team.

I was recommended Exhaust Works by Tim over at Tucks Auto Service. First time here and so far I have been treated with dignity and respect. Within 15 minutes they knew what was wrong. Resonator was cracked and was fixed within 30 minutes. Ill definitely return. The picture is of their waiting room.

Absolutely THE most impressive and expedient process I’ve seen for exhaust repairs. Explained my problem over the telephone, they immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it less than 30 minutes while I waited. Phenomenal team!

Wanted to charge me 65 dollars for a 12 inch long, 2 -1/2 with a 45 degree bend. Not SS tube or installed or welded to the vehicle. I have spent enough money with exhaust works to say Im a great customer for them...unfortunately for me they will always charge the highest price without looking at the vehicle. Avoid this shop unless you like spending needless money that so many other shops can do at 1/3 the cost. FYI the owner Dave...always at front desk...never does his own work/fabrication/welding.

Eric is totally skilled, honest, and helpful. We were visiting Tucson from Colorado, and when our exhaust system failed, Eric fixed it more effectively and at a better cost than we would have found anywhere in town. He also went out of his way to be helpful to us, providing a level of service that totally impressed us. We definitely recommend his well-run shop.

This place blew my mind. I had taken my car to several other places including a dealership where I was told I needed the entire exhaust replaced. They fixed it in less than an hour for 50 bucks. Im so grateful that these experts know what they are doing and have such integrity! Im feeling blessed.

Taken care of my exhaust twice on a highly modified car no problems. Drove in today with a split in half exhaust, and drove out 30 minutes later in time to get to work. Mike runs this facility right no doubt at all.

I had driven over a speed bump which caused the exhaust pipe to break away from the rest of the exhaust system. Exhaust Works repaired my exhaust at a fair price. My car is a 1985 Mercedes Benz Diesel with turbo charger. they extended every courtesy towards me, and didnt try to make excuses to charge me extra because it was a diesel. I would recommend them to anybody that needs exhaust repairs like me, or even customized exhaust. These guys know what they are doing.

I have a distrust of most people who work on vehicles. This is because I work on my own cars and have a certain standard as to how i want things done. Most mechanics etc either dont do the job properly, take a long time, lie, or over charge. Mike is the only person I trust my cars with 100%. Went to the shop with an exhaust leak on my 85 bmw. they diagnosed the problem and suggested a course of action that was affordable and made sense for my vehicle. The work was performed promptly and on budget. I was very pleased with the way I was treated and the cost and quality of their work. I cant say enough great things about Mike and the crew. I scheduled an appointment to take the car in on Saturday (3 May), but had a little free time yesterday (28 Apr) and stopped in to see if they could move me up. I wasnt going to be mad if they couldnt since I had an appointment scheduled, but Mike had some downtime and was more than glad to move things up and accommodate me. Not only do they do great work, but they also do it for very, very reasonable rates, which is why Ive taken now 3 cars there for them to work on. If you have any exhaust related questions or work that needs to be done, I highly, highly recommend them.

You cannot ask for a better shop then this .period! I have taken five of my cars here in the last 7 years, many of them mid to high performance cars.turbo, non turbo,twin turbo u name it I have had them do only custom pipe bending and muffler installs. The welds, bends, and finish rival many 2-4,000$ exhaust kits Ive looked at. Recently I took in my Porsche for some 4 inch tips and new elbow pipes from the mufflers for some better flow and a nicer appearance...Holy cow!..Within one hour it was done ... Perfectly.....My Car looks and sounds amazing! If you want a nice clean look or a whole setup no matter what type of vehicle this is your place! Very nice, professional,and top notch craftsmanship.Customer for life.

Went in for a simple exhaust leak, got a simple pipe replacement in 15 minutes at a much lower price than I expected. The staff is very nice and no one tried to pressure me to replace anything unnecessary like other shops do. I would recommend this place to everyone for any exhaust problems.

Exhaust Works on Broadway is very professional and friendly. The shop is clean and orderly, staff is accommodating, and they provide great recommendations for exhaust repairs. My truck had a broken baffle in my MBRP muffler, and they identified the problem quickly and replace it with a Magnaflow muffler. This preserved the sound I wanted while riding my truck of the terrible rattle. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. I highly recommend Exhaust Works on Broadway.

Had a broken Exhaust manifold bolt on my 1500 Ram Truck - had the leak for nearly a year and grew used to the noise. Finally decided to check in with a family referred mechanic who refused to take on the work and referred me to Exhaust works on Broadway. Dropped the truck off for 24 hours and they fixed it for me. I brought my 280zx here and I could not be happier with their service, I am extremely picky with where I go to get work done on my car so I go by reviews and I have to say they 100% live up to their positive reputation. I had them redo my entire exaughst, pipes, cati, etc, I paid about 170$ which was an amazing price for the service I received. Went to exhust works to get my mini van looked at on a referral from the hobby shop contact mechanic. Had to have the catalytic converter replaced. It was completely clogged

Its very hard to find mechanics i can trust. that said, im more satisfied with the service of this shop than any where else ive ever had work done. i had my catalytic converter changed here with a part i provided. they gave me an estimate to me over the phone at about 150 and 150 was the exact bill later. they said it was all i needed to pass emissions and they were right. plus, free water bottles. ill come back if i ever need other exhaust work done

Paid $80 for them to remove my exhaust and they removed my resonator instead. I never got the dual tip from my original exhaust either.

I feel I got much better service at a much better price than if I had used one of the national chain shops.
