For my oil change on my 2019 Versa Note it went smoothly for the 20k service. I went in for my 5k oil change on my 2021 Nissan Sentra (booked on line) but was told service was changed to 6 months or 7.5k. I feel like I should have been informed about that change.

In for oil change, rotating tires and inspection of a recalled bracket (bracket was good) Estimated wait 2 hours. Excellent Service, All Employees wore Mask and are Polite, Friendly and Helpful. My car was ready in 1hour & 15 minutes.They washed and vacuumed my car. 5 ⭐

I went in for some car repairs. The service rep that I had spoken to on the phone (Jeff) took care of me. He remembered the details of things that needed to be fixed. The staff were masked. I felt well cared for. The repairs were completed in a timely way and I was notified promptly that the car was ready. I appreciated that they had washed the car. I would go back if I have repairs that need a dealerships attention.

The worst service they make you buy the lifetime service at purchase and when you call for service they asked for your phone number first then they come back with a month or more to scheduled your service. Last week my daughter called for out if pocket service they gave her a next day appointment. I bought a new 2020 Nissan a year ago and I have been able to get in one time the rest gone to other Nissan in town and have paid out of pocket. Thanks sales lady Rosa Scheopflin for upselling me and financing me the service knowing that when you have the maintenance service your are the last priority. Never Again Jim Click Nissan THE WORST SERVICE EVER

3.5 stars. They are friendly and accommodating. But they didnt wash my car during the annual fee maintenance. Even tho they said they would and the service person insisted it was going thru the wash right now. It wasnt washed. Im not picky, I dont care if my car is clean but if you offer a service and insist is being done, make sure its is actually getting done!

I was there for a routine maintenance. The process of scheduling the appointment was very quick and effortless with confirmation by text message plus a reminder a couple of days before the date in question. The appointment itself was kept punctually and the check-in was quick, professional, and friendly with all the necessary distancing and security. After a bit more of an hour everything was done and as courtesy my car has been washed. 😊

So far so good. 1st time having to take my car in for car accident repairs. Communication could DEFINITELY be better. Theyve had my car over a week and spoke to 1 gentleman when my car was brought in. Spoke to 1 gentleman when I went through personal belongings in car.....that is IT! Never knew when estimate was done or how much, NO IDEA when car gets worked on...or how long my car will be there.

I had came in previously for my brakes and they said there was nothing wrong with them and after I had heard the noise. I just had gotten it a couple week’s not even a full month and I had to go back because my AC compressor gave out. All with in a couple weeks. I had mentioned the brakes again and spoke with the manager and he confirmed that there was a previous complaint on the brakes with the last owner. It just gets me upset that they didn’t bother to check the brakes in the beginning and made me feel like what I was trying to explain to them was wrong when in reality they where just lazy to check what is really wrong and the fact that my compressor gave out in two weeks after purchasing the car is ridiculous.

I normally have a very good experience at this location. However, the last time I went, there were multiple people not wearing masks and despite telling 2 employees, they chose to look other way. I have very little patience these days with businesses that dont care enough about their employees or customers to require that everybody follow the local mask ordinance. Frustrating.

We took our car in for oil change appointment was at 3:00 they didnt get done till 4:30 they washed the car the car looked worse than it did before we took it in spots everywhere we were pretty disappointed we saw our car sitting there done and it was another 40 minutes before they brought our car to us

I had an issue on a car that was still covered under warranty. I called to set up an appointment. There soonest opening was 3 weeks out. It wasnt a major issue, so I waited till then. At the appointment, they were supposed to have a rental car for me (I previously confirmed this with them.), but they couldnt give me one as I wasnt the insured driver. It would have been nice for them to included that stipulation when they told me they would have a car available, but I assume that it will only affect a small number of drivers.They turned me away and told me to set up another appointment in the future. I waited another week and went in. Again, they didnt give me a rental, but they said theyd look at my car. They said they werent exactly sure when they would be able to finish it by, but that they would call me around noon with an update. I called them at 1 and they didnt answer. I left a message. They called me at 3 to tell me it was done.When I got there, they had fixed the part (for free under the warranty), washed my car, and performed a software update on the computer.
