Unfortunately Ive had several car accidents - thankfully I found this shop!! Its a small ma & pop shop WHICH I LOVE!! When I call and say my name they know who I am, if I walk in the door they know my name by my face. Theyve always done outstanding work on my car and gone the extra mile. They take the time to do all the little details that make all the difference.

I recently had two Vehicles repaired at Desert Ent. One a major rear end hit, the other a minor bumper and touch up. I am in the auto business and am very particular about my vehicles. I will only let a few shops perform work for me. The damage on my 2013 Pilot was repaired perfectly. Not only is there no external signs of damage, but underneath and structurally the repairs are perfect. John made sure the insurance company only used the best parts available and kept me in the loop as the repair progressed. Having known there people for over 25 years I can assure everyone that they are not only good at wheat they do but communicate and conduct themselves with the highest degree of integrity.

I had the pleasure of meeting John and Jennifer while I was staying in my RV in Bisbee. The damage to my 2016 Tundra was bad, including the frame.A few weeks later I left the Truck with them while on Holiday at The Grand Canyon.First off, the communication from them was spot on!Secondly, they were very fair on their pricing, as I had to pay out of my pocket. (Still fighting Safeco on this, but Jennifer tried to file a claim.)Finally, my Truck not only looks brand new, but it drives the same as before my accident.Thank you both for your professional andfriendly service!!!DJ

Do NOT bring your business here. No not return phone calls and do try to run up the price thinking people are stupid and don’t get other quotes.

Fake review. DrPaul seems to be in disagreement with the owner of a repair he felt necessary to comment about. The post of A is the actual customer. There was NO damage or repair done to the door he believes should have been repaired free. 2003 door locks do stop working. A has been a long time and valued customer.

Good paint and body repairs. Not fair priced on Returned work. He charged the Customer instead of taking the bill to Insurance company. We paid 250 deductable and was told that if we noticed anything to let him know! When we did he charged us over 120 dollars more for repair that i feel should have been caught before retuning car back to my FIANCÉ!The car had extensive repairs done to drivers side and the car door did not lock after accident when car was returned to us. When we took it back the Owner recharged her additional price for the repair.I felt it should have been caught during the insurances adjusters and Shop repairman initial imspection for repairs. How do u miss a car door not locking when the alarm was mentioned by shop owner being a pain because it was always going off while he was doing repairs on her Silver Honda.I felt he took advantage of a female because she trusted him because of his demeanor and past services provided by the shop. I dont recommend taking a car back to this man for return or incomplete repairs!!👎👎👎👎
