Dealership door dinged my car and had me take it to Finish Line for repair. They did an excellent job on the dent, however, when I got the car home the paint clearly didnt match. I took it back and they agreed with me, that it wasnt right. I was very pleased with their professional approach to the situation. The second time the paint was perfect. I greatly appreciate their attention to detail and they way the handled my whole experience. Thanks Finish Line!

I oopsed a curb in my truck and tore the front spoiler off. Finishline not only took a look at a moments notice, they also ordered the part right away and got me squeezed in the same day that it arrived to get replaced and fixed up my headlight too!New part looks great, I have two working headlights now, and they were super nice and easy to work with! I will most definitely recommend them and continue to bring my truck there for anymore oopsies!

Excellent customer service. We were referred here by the Fiat dealer and couldnt be happier. This shop went above and beyond our expectations! They worked with the insurance company and made sure all the work was done well and in a timely manner. We also feel at ease that the car is safe due to new parts. I cant say enough about this company and crew. If we ever find ourselves needing auto body work we will go here.

My brand new Dodge Ram got rear ended by a young lady who was texting and driving. Her insurance company wanted to put used aftermarket parts on my brand new truck. Finishline automotive was recommended by the Dodge dealership here in town, I couldn’t be more happy. My truck looks brand new again, I can’t tell where the damage was by just looking at my truck. They advocated for me with the insurance company, put Dodge parts on my truck and even detailed the interior for me; which after a cross country move with three dogs was looking a bit tired. I’m not sure my truck looked this good coming out of the showroom! I am looking forward to taking her back for her bedliner and a few other trinkets. I couldn’t be happier!!

I had my car towed to Finishline Collision Repair this week. Customer service has been great. I talked to Tracey,she was so very polite and helpful. Tracey explained the process of steps taken before repairs could begin. I felt very comfortable with leaving my car in their care after our accident.

I brought my Dodge Dart in to have the rear bumper cover replaced after a coworker backed into me at work. The guys at Finishline went above and beyond for me. The initial estimate only took 10 minutes. I didnt feel pressured into doing the work here; I felt comfortable making the decision based on the realistic information I received in terms of pricing and ETA for completion. My car was ready when they said it would be. And whats more, they detailed my car. Not just an exterior wash, but a full on detail. The work was done to my rear bumper and they buffed out some tire marks on my front bumper (5+mo old from running over a piece of tire on the freeway). When I got inside, my whole car had beeb vacuumed and wiped down. It smelled brand new again! I didnt expect anything like this. Needless to say, I am one happy customer.

This place has the worst communication ever. Biggest issues I have with them is the communication sucks. Tracey is very friendly but she is terrible about responding back. Sent email about a part that they supposedly have on order and waited several days for a response. Never got one. Sent Tracey email stating I was checking status on that part and I expect email back. She stated that she was out of the office that Friday and would touch base Monday morning. That was almost two weeks ago and guess what. No response still. They did some repairs on my truck. After having to take truck back multiple times due to repairs were not satisfactory they finally got them acceptable. Still having a couple issues with vehicle but cannot get a response back from Tracey over there. Basically the way I see it is they got paid and that’s all they care about. Very unfortunate that this is how this business runs because there is potential there but lots of things do need to change. Customer service is ok but communication sucks. I would recommend looking into other body shops around town and doing research on them before taking vehicle to this shop. I wish I would’ve done that before I had taken it there but they were recommended by someone so figured I would give them a shot. That was a mistake on my part. They make you feel good while your vehicle is there but once you pay them they basically wash their hands of it and ignore you. I have given them plenty of time to call me back and sent numerous emails about a emblem that they supposedly have on order to try and get update but again no response. Therefore I feel they deserve a poor review and have lost my recommendation to anyone for repairs. Take your vehicle elsewhere for any repairs.

The staff was caring and professional. My dealer suggested Finishline. My car looks like new. I was skeptical to take my car to an small shop. I am glad I listened to the dealer. I wont go anywhere else again.If you want it right, go see these guys. Joesph

Whatever you do, do not take your vehicle to this company they did the worst job possible on my vehicle and better yet I was forced to pay for something that was not completed. Even better they gave me my truck initially the first time with missing bolts that caused my truck hitch to bend into the street and nearly cause a major accident. Yet they still demanded being paid for work not completed and damages not repaired. The sheriffs department was involved and if anybody reads this read it several times and pass it on that this company is fly by night and will take your money . I will be suing this company for all that I can to make sure this never happens to another customer again!!!!!!!

I just had them fix my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. I was in a pretty bad accident & was worried as to how my car would look when i got it back. Well i cant even tell it was in an accident! The color is perfect & they even detailed my car! The staff was very nice and called me a few times to up date me on the repair process. If i should ever need my car fixed again i will definitely use them!
