My 6 month old Outback was backed into & crumpled the left front fender. Formula 1 is an authorized Subaru Repair Center and they replaced the fender, painted it & blended it with the existing paint. It looks as good as new & I am very pleased with the repair. Todd managed the job start to finish & I had the car back in a week!!! We had a trip planned & would have had to postpone it without the quick turnaround.I strongly recommend Formula 1 if you should have need of body work

Yeshua blessed me with this place today!I live in a place that has very narrow parking spaces and my rear bumper on the rear driver side was clipped and pulled apart on my dirt colored Lexus 2013 that I just bought in MarchMy estimator Todd noticed a clip was ripped off. He took some tools and laid on the asphalt and proceeded to work on my bumper. With precision with a rachet and larger washer and strong fingers Todd put my bumper back into place! He didnt charge but asked me to write this review.I am old school so I asked him for business cards to pass out to Ladies like me Single Moms Young or Well Seasoned needing car services and have no idea where to go.This is the place and very easy to find! Took my car here for an estimate last week. They were super helpful and even went as far as trying to buff out some of the damage after just taking a quick look at my car. I felt at ease as they were not pushy or condescending at all. The staff was incredibly helpful!I’d definitely come back if my car needed major body work!

I think they only deal with insurance work. They quoted me an estimate of $10000. for my Camry (no body damage just sun exposure on top & front). This was not an insurance job. I got it done elsewhere for $1000. an excellent paint job!

If you live in Tucson and you have a Subaru or you care deeply about your car Formula 1 Collision center is going to have your back and get you back on the road and make you happy about the work they do. I have used them two times so far and its nothing but top quality work. Not to mention the customer service you get with these guys brings you back. Overall great customer service, but I’d just say to inspect your car thoroughly before leaving. I noticed that the top of my bumper already has a small ding in the paint (which one of the reasons why it was being repaired) and the roof of my car has small dabs of what appears to be paint all over it. I also asked how long my car was out in the sun before it was going to be repaired because it developed some air bubbles on my dashboard because of the heat. I’m paying for a great clean service and unfortunately formula 1 came up a little short.

We had damage to the gate area of our Subaru! Formula 1 was highly recommended by others and now we know why! Our first impressions of both Kevin & Tyler were very positive! They wanted us to know they will do everything they can to restore our car and will work closely with us and with our Insurance agent! They sure did! By far one of the best paint and body shops in Tucson, Tyler Sewell has been in body and paint his whole life and it shows. His crew just did a complete paint job on my 2012 Mercedes e550 Black with metallic. Formula 1s paint is nicer than the original Mercedes paint. Formula 1 Automotive Arts was great with my car when it was hit. I love my car and I am really picky when it comes to it. Formula 1 Automotive Arts not only took great care of my car, they were also very meticulous when it came to the details. Tyler and Kevin were so helpful. I brought my car in to fix a dent and after taking it home one day later somebody hit it again. They fixed it for second time at no cost, something they really didnt have to do but were insistent. The first work was impeccable you couldnt even tell something had happened. the second time was just as good. They were fast, thorough, professional and very honest. Whether your car is high end or not do not take your car anywhere else!! When my first Porsche was rear ended I had Beaudry’s body shop repair my Carrera. The paint had an orange peel look amongst other issues. From then on any repairs needed Formula 1 has excelled in every way possible. I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a guard rail on Mt.Lemmon in my, literally, brand new car. I obtained 3 estimates to repair it and Formula 1 had the most detailed and well laid out proposal. They came highly recommended and because of Tyler’s very friendly and helpful attitude I picked them to do my repairs. I picked my car up today and it is flawless just as I asked! One of the best customer experiences Ive ever had for any service. I can see why Formula 1 has been in business since 1979 and why they receive such strong reviews. My Lexus GX470 was hit on the passenger side and had extensive body damage. This was the first time I ever brought my car in for body repair so I explained my situation to Tyler and he took the time to hear my concerns. He very thoroughly explained the process and how it worked.The work was exceptional, my car hasnt looked this good since it rolled off the lot! His guys even took the time to do an outstanding detail job, going above and beyond.If youre in the market for body work or an insurance claim, these guys are far and away the best choice.

I waited to write this. I had the back of my car smashed on the back quarter panel. the person that hit me bend the unibody of my Prius. OH MY HELL THANK YOU FORMULA ONE......I got the best service from them arranging my rental car...text message updates on repair....I took her (my Prius). My husband is super pick-ee when it comes to the vehicles. I drive ALOT 200,000 miles on a 2014 Prius. I waited to write this because I needed to make sure that the work lasted. I continues to be perfect.I have hit a deer in the same vehicle, my husband likes the work from there so much that I will be returning to get that front bumper/body work repaired. There are 84 paint and body shops in metro Tucson. One of the best is formula 1 near 22nd St. and 4th Ave. They are the preferred shop for work done on cars insured by USAA (the military group). My car was hit by a member covered by USAA. Their claims dept. sent me to Formula 1 for the work. This shop is a 5 star business. They do superb work.They do a common thing uncommonly well.When I arrived, Tyler Sewell the manager called the USAA agent with the claim number and got the go ahead. He inspected the car. Said he would need 5 days and may he call Enterprise Rental Car to pick me up and arrange for a paid for rental car. Twenty minutes later I am going to the Enterprise store on North Stone.The car was done on time. It looked new. I asked how can you get the paint to blend perfectly with a car that may have faded a little from time in the sun. He said they make all their own paint on site. To them there is no such thing as a correct factory color. They match the exact color of the car, be it new or ten years old. Impressive.When I picked it up, I asked would they be able to remove what looked like tar from the bottom of the drivers door. He rubbed it and said it was gum from the roads. He took the finished car for ten minutes to the detail shop and had the gum removed. No charge.If you have the ability to choose who does your paint and body work call Formula 1. I have known John Sewell for 35 years, so when my BMW, with 4500 miles on it, was rear ended to the tune of $22k, it was a no brainer where it was going.
