Car was turned in with half a tank of gas and they left just 7 miles left in the tank talked to the front desk and they just pointed us to the nearest gas station like nothing was wrong. The check engine light is still on and flashing

One of the best shops I have ever been too. Shelby at the front desk was super helpful and Randy went way out of his way to help me out. My heads lights had a cheap tint covering them and eventually caked over so I couldn’t see my headlights. Randy found a work around to get new lenses instead of paying for an $800 headlight. Not only that he rushed to finish the car three days in advance so I can take it on a road trip. Shelby and Randy both went a few extra miles to help me out and save me some cash. I can’t say enough good things about this shop and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Central Collision center did an excellent job painting and replacing the front bumper on my Passat a few years ago. Family owned and operated, the owners are friendly and transparent. Great place to go to for a cash repair too, if I remember correctly I got a discount.

Ive been to Central Collision Center for both collision repair and paint restoration and their work has always been excellent. But they also stand behind their work. I had my hood repainted to restore beauty and clear coat a couple of years ago. When the paint began to dull again, I took it back and they repainted it. I highly recommend them!

Best shop Ive ever dealt with. After 26 years of driving and restoring cars Ive had a couple opportunities to work with shops all over the country. These folks are hands down the best Ive had the chance to work with. Their work is top notch and their customer service is untouchable. They did some insurance work for some rear end damage plus a repaint for the rest of my truck. Its a 2003 F-150 and Im constantly getting comments about how new it looks. They also do restoration work and I wouldnt hesitate to take my classic car to them. Its a family owned and run business and Kevin does it right. My sister and I both had our vehicles repaired there and both are extremely happy at the speed of service, ease of coordination and workmanship. If the Air Force didnt make me move every few years, I would be a lifetime customer here. Stop looking around now and take your car to Kevin, youll be glad you did. I cant say enough positive things about Central Collision Center.

I highly recommend taking your vehicle to get it painted there. I had roof oxidation and it was starting to get bad. They fixed it all up and it looks great. They also did a fantastic job in matching my paint so it doesnt look like one part of the car is lighter or darker. Very happy with the results, the ride back to my home and the time frame.

Amazing customer service. Brought a used vehicle in to inspect for signs of structural damage or repair. Our vehicle was visually inspected and we were shown where some damage was repaired. A diagnostic was run on the vehicle to determine if the TPS was faulty. When they were finished we asked how much we owed them. We were told nothing, with a smile, and to have a nice day. I am extremely impressed with this business customer service and have already recommended them to a couple of people. I have not seen customer appreciation on this level in quite some time. My daughter was involved in a minor accident which did damage to her beloved 2001 Toyota Tacoma truck. The truck was towed to a repair facility chosen by the insurance company. It is a good company, but the estimated cost of repairs caused the insurance company to total the truck. My daughter was still paying for the vehicle and loved it. She had the truck towed to Central Collision. They did their own estimate, worked with the insurance company and my daughter and saved her truck!!!! She is so thankful. From the office personnel to the repair staff, they made me feel valued and not just another number to be crossed off an appointment list.Even though my repair entailed more work than the initial quote I received by phone, they charged me the original price and refused to accept additional compensation for the additional work.When I spoke with the owner, he said that after working with auto dealerships for 30 years, he opened this shop to provide the type of individualized service that he felt was lacking in larger shops.This is the type of service that is all too rare these days and it was very nice to find it still exists.

These guys are fantastic!!!! I came to them about a year ago with a break in repair. They were quick, and worked hard to find me the best deal on replacement parts. They were knowledgeable and answered every question that I had. They had worked so hard for me that when other issues came up (mechanical issues) I wanted to go to them but they do not do that kind of work. At this point they were the only people I trusted with my car.Then the accident happened. My Nellies front end was crunched....and I had gotten into it on the way to the emissions testing site. I was so upset!Who did I take my car to? The only place in Tucson that I trust. They went over her with a fine tooth comb and when I came in for the estimate, they showed me every place the car was damaged and again, answered every question that I had.Of course, any damage that you have to pay for out of pocket makes you cringe, but again they worked hard to find the best deal on replacement parts. They even allowed me to pay increments since I did not have all the money up front. Every time I would come to pay, the Ms. at the desk knew my name (darn that I cant remember hers!) and knew my cars name too! She made me feel so welcome! They would show me the progress of my car each time, so I got to see Nellie progress to her old self! I will also say this, although they may not want me to, I asked for a couple of extra minor problems that I had had with the car (windshield wipers and battery) and without the blink of an eye the gentleman said no problem.So when the day came to pick up my Nellie, I was shocked at how beautiful she was. Clean inside and out....she looked like a new car!!!! They took care of all the issues, small and large! I cant say enough good things!Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

My husband and I moved to Arizona from New Mexico. On moving day I backed my car into the garage hitting a piece of wood sitting on the bench. Being new to Arizona I was not familiar with body shops in Tucson so I began with an internet search and found great reviews on Meyers now Central Collision Center. I went to Central Collision and was immediately greeted by receptionist and Michael H. They were both very friendly and made you feel right at home. They told me to bring my dog in while I waited. Michael was very friendly and quick to provide me with an estimate for damages and a time frame the work could be completed.After I left Central Collision I went to the collision company referred by my insurance company this was not the same experience I had at Central Collision Center. I knew based on my experience at each of the companies I felt more comfortable with Central Collision.I called Michael and set up my appointment with Central Collision Center. They gave me a max estimate of three days and my car was competed after two days. The car was delivered back to me clean and all work completed as promised.It was a pleasure working with Central Collision Center, excellent customer service and auto repair. Had a small scratch on the tailgate of a brand new car. The bid I received from Kevin at Central Collision was $140 lower than the other bid I received. They suggested it might take three days to repaint the tailgate, but they called me the same day I took it in to tell me it was finished. I suspect it was in part due to dumb luck that the paint booth had nothing else in it that day, but the work they did was excellent and reasonably priced. I was very pleased with the staff and the workmanship. Thanks Kevin and Central Collision. Great Job!!

I was beyond impressed with the customer service/auto service from Central Collision Center. I was having problems with my rear window, which would not roll up or down and was stuck halfway open. I spoke to Kevin on the phone and he told me to come on down and theyll take a look at it. While there, Kevin closed my window and taped it so that it wouldnt roll down anymore and gave me an estimate of the regulator part/labor that I would need! It was the cheapest estimate Ive gotten from any other place. He also did not charge me for the diagnostics! A couple weeks later, I called back to order the part and it came the same day. Jill, the receptionist, was super helpful and kind when making the arrangements to have my car fixed and even asked if I would need a ride home from the shop! When dropping my car off for the day, I mentioned there was a part of my inside roof that hangs down and if they had time, could they glue it back up as well. When I went to pick my car up, I barely recognized it! It was so clean and shiny, I questioned whether or not it was my car! They also glued the inside roof for me, for no additional charge!These guys went above and beyond the service I expected! This is officially my go to place and I definitely recommend Central Collision Center for anyones auto needs.

All I can say is Mike and his crew are amazing I brought my dodge in here to get fixed I got in a front end collision and there quote was reasonable, work was done before quoted time, there customer service was great I felt right at home. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that my car looked better than it did from the factory and drove perfect. So you guys know I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else...Mike you have a customer for life! I know this review is long overdue, but I had to come back and leave it.

This shop has a great family-and-friends feel to it; everyone there seems genuinely glad to help and the mood in the office is nice. I feel obligated to shout-out Jill, she is everything a repair shop receptionist should be.Work on my car was done well and seamlessly. Repairs took a little longer than estimated, but costs were in-line and the work done looks great so no complaints here. Id rather have it done right the first time than get a sub-par rush job elsewhere.Ive (unfortunately for me) used the shop twice in the past year, once when I left my car there last summer in what was eventually deemed a total loss. Even though I wasnt technically a client of theirs (since no repairs were done in the end) the staff were very attentive and kind.More recently, I needed a door replacement, and was happy to return to CCC. As stated above, the job they did didnt disappoint. Mike was upfront and informative during my initial estimate, and seemed very honest about trying to accommodate doing the repairs as inexpensively as possible without sacrificing a quality result. I feel lucky to have a shop like theirs in my neighborhood.

The staff is courteous, professional, and friendly, and they enjoy providing high quality repairs at a fair price. Their shop is much bigger than it looks from the street and is state of the art, clean, green, and well organized. I needed the rear bumper repaired on my new Accord and it was completed on time, at a fair price, and it looks good as new. Hands down the best body shop ever! From the moment I arrived everyone there was extremely helpful and informative. They had my truck fixed in less than a day. The insurance company of the person who hit my truck tried to jerk me around saying it would take months, but Kevin and Jill personally called around and had the part ordered that day. They also handled the rental arrangements. Overall, just a really nice family and really good quality work. They dont try to squeeze you for all your worth, and they take the time to explain things in a way that makes everything easy to understand.

In the middle of an 8000 mile road trip, damaged my front bumper and air dam about 3 hours from Tucson. Called these folks at 4:30 in the afternoon and asked if they could help. They had me in at 8:00 am the next morning, and repaired and on my way by 9:30. And, as a bonus, the price was extremely reasonable. Oh, and did I mention that they also reattached my sunroof shield?Great job Kevin, and kudos to your staff.

AMAZING auto body repair work topped with outstanding customer service! I have been in 4 auto accidents in my lifetime(none my fault) and have never had a good auto body repair experience until now. I was side swiped by a 98 yr old woman and needed work done to both my driver side doors and rear panel. I took my car to CCC after a fender bender. They handled the insurance communication and paperwork and worked with insurance when more damage was discovered. Car came back looking nicer than it has in awhile. CCC is definitely a customer-oriented and quality-oriented business. Im glad I took my car there.

Very professional, friendly, and courteous staff. I brought an older vehicle in to have the roof and hood repainted as the Arizona heat had done some damage over the last 7 years. I entertained having the whole vehicle repainted, but that didnt fit my budget. Since there were some ugly marks left by the sun on the rear quarter panels they went ahead and painted both rear quarters so it wouldnt look so bad and honored the original quote. I basically got half the car painted for a great deal. The quality of the job was top notch. Along the way they fixed a couple other things with the car free of charge.Dont bother looking anywhere else. Go see these guys!

Kudos and hosanas to Central Collision. Had to return recently after three years to repair new, self-inflicted wounds to both rear doors of my Ford Flex. Once again, the body and paint work was impeccable: damage was completely undetectable. And the price was reasonable. While I hope I wont have to return again myself anytime soon, if the need arises do yourself a favor and dont fail to get an estimate from Central Collision.

I took my Mustang here to repair some front-end damage. They were very friendly and helpful through the entire experience. After dropping off my car, one of the owners even drove me to Enterprise in his own vehicle upon learning that I was in a hurry to get to work and it was going to take a bit for Enterprise to pick me up.As for the work... It really does look like nothing ever happened. Perfect match. They also called me to give me updates and let me know when it was ready, so I didnt have to call them like you so often do at auto repair shops.Great job guys. Ill definitely be returning here if my car ever gets damaged again.

After shopping around for a paint job, the cheapest estimate, Central Collision Center gave me. Since a discounted job means a worthless job, my opinion quickly changed as the finished service of painting just a finder and top, bottom of the hood was excellent. They even cleaned my tires to look like new. For quality work at a good price one should just get an estimate from Central Collision Center.

I put new headlights in my vehicle and couldnt adjust the aim of the lights. Even though I had never been to this shop before, Frank stopped what he was doing and had my headlights adjusted within minutes and didnt charge me. Seems like a professional business owned by a nice family.

My Dodge Caliber had pretty bad damage to my passenger side doors, When I was researching auto repair shops I came across their shop. When I went in to get my estimate, they were very friendly from the start! Super personable and helpful, they listened to my situation and needs and were able to come up with a great plan to help me out. Every time I went in they greeted me warmly and even remembered who I was. I was extremely pleased with the job they did and when I came to pick it up they had washed and vacuumed out my whole car!! It looked amazing!! You couldnt even tell there was any damage to begin with!! When I came to CCC I had two problems. My front bumper was severely damaged from a collision. And water was leaking into the car on the drivers side door. Expecting to get an estimate for both, too my surprise, mike opted to fix the door right there on the spot, and without even me committing to do the rest of the job with him. At first I was suspicious, but mike said not to worry about it, and that he has seen these cases time and time again, and its no big deal.To my surprise mike, like a magician fixed the door in about 10 seconds, and refused to get paid for something so insubstantial. He was great, and so I knew I was dealing with someone who was honest and had mastered their craft.So now, my door is fixed, and they also fixed my bumper, which looks like it came brand new out of the factory. The workmanship is seamless, and their color matching is superb. They did the job in a timely manner, and their price was comparable and fair.You gotta love good local business. I know I do.
