Right as I came in, after getting rear ended, the staff here was very sweet and welcoming. They give you the option to get text updates, letting you know when your car is getting worked on, when they estimate your car will be done, etc. They got my car done 3 days early!! Highly recommend!!!

Ernesto is extremely friendly and went the extra mile with my service, and even finished ahead of the estimated time (I get that this is usually situational depending on the service). Absolutely the worst I have seen to date, and that says a lot. The previous review was correct about this place and I guess Im not surprised. Called in to ask where the pepcock was on a Chrysler 200 (the valve where you drain the fluid from the radiator) and Brian said that I had to take the lower radiator hose off and that there wasnt one on there. Glad that I had enough sense to call the dealership and ask them or else I would have had to spend another two hours completing the job. You cant trust the dealership, but I put this shop below the dealership in level of quality. Im not impressed, and in all seriousness, management should fire Brian for giving wrong information and for not taking the time to look the information up and better educate himself. Obviously only paying customers are important to him, and even then (based on the previous review) the quality of this establishment is lacking. Please do yourself a favor, please take your vehicle somewhere else. By the way, Brian, here is a picture of what I was talking about and where it is located, stop giving out wrong information.

Took my brand new truck here for some painting and custom work. I called to receive a quote and was asked to send pictures of my vehicle. It was a relatively simple job, so they were able to get me a quote that same day (without seeing the vehicle in person) and scheduled me for the following Monday. They were communicative while doing the work, they shared in my enthusiasm for the project. They got my truck done a day sooner than I had expected, and it turned out great. Highly recommend this body shop.

I came in to Carstar to get an estimate on replacing and painting my tailgate and to repair the rocker panel on my 17 Ram Rebel after an 4 wheeling accident, Ernesto came out and gave me a GREAT price on doing everything. Overall great professional people and an awesome job on the quality of the repairs, they got the truck back to me in the time they had estimated. Definitely will be bringing my other truck in to get body work and an entire paint job.

Management is everything! Shannon is running a well oiled machine at Carstar. From estimate to completion everything was smooth, I was well informed of progress and the final product was perfect. Quality work and professional experience. They were also very competitively priced. They were 25% to 30% less than the other estimates I got, and they had the vehicle back to me in only three days instead of a week. I would definitely recommend them.

I have just moved to Arizona after leaving from a place of which caused over $18,000 worth of damage (hail damage) on two of my vehicles. I started to look for the best shops around you residence in Sierra Vista and found no other place that had better reviews than CARSTAR Right Choice Collision in Tucson. It was 1 1/2 hour drive to this place, my first thought as I pulled up was “wow they are busy”. As I walked inside the office I was greeted and instantly started having a great time with their staff. Everyone was VERY kind and helpful in every way, environment was very enjoyable.Once I received the vehicles back and completed (earlier than they expected) they both had an amazing shine.Quality of service at this shop is of the highest in the area, if not the top.Lastly, in this review I would like to say, I HIGHLY recommend this repair shop for any vehicle fixes.If I have any other fixes needed ever as I stay in Arizona, I will certainly bring it back.

UPDATE: The repairs done to the Truck were under a different owner and manager (Brian Inman). The new owners have proven to take short cuts and do sub par repairs, I would no longer recomend this facility, the owner is a crook_________________________________Just had work done here, a blown tire nearly totaled the truck, everything was handled professionally and I was kept up to date on all of the work while it was being performed. The whole Bed ended up being replacedI was blown away by the customer service, and the paint matched perfectly, even the stock type of orange peel was matched, the truck was delivered detailed and everything working perfectly, the truck is as good as newBrian and the rest of the crew are true professionals, Id recommend them to anyone

Will never use this shop again! They were recommended to me from a friend, however, it was a nightmare dealing with them since day one and their work was poorly done. Im having to pay another shop(out of pocket) to fix their poor work.

Brian and Patricia were not only rude, but the repairs done on my vehicle took over two weeks and over the next 12-months after repairs were finished, I had both driver and passenger panels fall off. Although they claim they provide lifetime guarantee on their work, they told me over the phone its been a year and they probably wont fix the panels that are all falling off now. Brian did nothing but talk over me and try to intimidate me over the phone. Ive never had such a bad experience as Ive had with Right Choice Collision on 22nd St.
