Helpful staff, limited overpriced art supplies. Nothing unique that cant be purchased elsewhere. Staff not helpful enough to make up for costs.

The worst experience I have ever had! I called yesterday and Henry took my call. He was so helpful. I was excited to drive all the way to pick up some canvas boards he was going to have prepared. When I got there I spoke to Chad. He was rude from the moment he picked up the phone. He defiantly did not want to be there. I told him I was and what I was there to pick up. He said he didn’t know what I was talking about. That he was going to call Henry and then hung up on me. (I’m picking up at curb). So I wait a minute or so to see if he is calling me back, but I think doesn’t have my number and I don’t that he got my name. I call back and tell him that I just spoke to him. His response is “Yeah”. Than I ask him again about the canvas. He says he just spoke to Henry and now knows what I need to come back later. Really. No apology, no concern for the customer. I let him know that I was not happy and would like to talk to Henry. He said that it was Henry’s fault and that HE was annoyed with him. Then he said that he is quitting and that I could find someone else to mount my canvas. I am really disappointed. I thought I found a place that I was going to get all my canvas boards from. Trying to find another Art Store now. 😫.

I went in looking for a full set of colored pencils in a specific brand, and he told me he could order them for me, but it would be cheaper to go to the manufacturer. I thought this was wonderful. This is a quaint shop that appears to have what an artist needs from products to replacements to paper of all kinds. Its like going to Santas store for my Christmas list! If he doesnt have it - he can get it. Such a nice man!

Everyone here is so helpful. Fantastic, low key spot for fine art supplies. Avoid all of the kitsch and mayhem of crafty super- stores. They have your basics as well as specialty items. If they dont have what youre looking for, they are glad to order it special for you. Student discount.

I love this art store! As a college art student, Ive found that this store often has better pricing compared to other places in town and the owner is always helpful and available. It is a bit hard to park there but I always choose this store over others simply because it has more variety and quality supplies.

I love to support local businesses since the internet is taking over and putting everyone out of business. Ive compared prices online and they run about the same, I just dont have to wait on USPS or FedEx/UPS and worry if my package will be stolen if Im not home or if the delivery person will treat it like a soccer ball during the World Cup. Anyways, the staff can seem stand offish but dont be fooled! They are very friendly and helpful. Its not the biggest store and inventory has gotten smaller, hopefully not a sign. Im not on this side of town very often, but if I can, Ill stop in and get something (I usually always need something). Support local!

This place is awesome its a great small locally-owned business. Owned by artist and I always feel like Im around like-minded people when I go there. The prices are higher than most other places but you get great service and they will also give you advice and help you to understand how to use some of the product. They actually know what theyre talking about and they produce excellent work and theyre framing Department

I have never been disappointed with any of their products. Excellent framing. Got a complicated shadow box there recently. Absolutely stunning!

I ordered Architecture supplies from here for class in order to get them on the 26th of August and it is currently September 8th and I still do not have all my supplies. The staff has been incredibly unhelpful in informing me of when things come in and in delivering them like they said they would. I have called numerous times in a day in order to get mistakes corrected. Highly do NOT recommend. Just go to Posners.

If its art supplies youre searing for, then this is the place! They are extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful! Personally, I use them for their high definition copying.

Good supply of fine art supplies, but pricey.
