Highly Recommend Robinson Archery. I went in this shop being a complete newbie to archery and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were 100% willing to spend as much time with me as I needed, to answer my questions and help me learn the sport. I walked out with 2 bows (his and hers) and I have been back to the shop several times, and the Robinson staff always treats their customers like family are very knowledgeable in the sport.

This is a great archery shop always go in and find something new. The archery range is a great size and the teachers there are very helpful and kind. Prices are reasonable and the owners are like family to me. I can’t remember the last time i went into a archery range or shop of any sort and have felt welcomed and respected. Thank you guys for being awesome and kind to everyone that walks into the shop!!!!

Outstanding customer service. The atmosphere here is great. You feel like you’re with friends, not salespeople, within a few minutes of meeting everyone. And their archery knowledge is incredible. I won’t go anywhere else after my experience here.

Really like this shop, everyone is really helpful and friendly even to a beginner with a lot of dumb questions. After getting my first compound bow they quickly helped me get my bow dialed in and answered an onslaught of amateur questions for me. Ive been back a few times now and they are always very helpful and happy to make small adjustments on my bow as needed. This family owned and operated business is a real Tucson gem.The prices are reasonable and the people are knowledgeable and friendly, Id recommend this shop to anyone looking for archery supplies or information.

Great customer service. Bought my first bow and took a lesson to learn the basics. Great place for beginners to go and get advice. No high pressure to buy top of the line. Really made the whole experience enjoyable. I will be buying all my future archery equipment from them.

After 2 trips to Sportsmans and the kid that takes care of the bows not showing for work we decided to head to Robinsons. Was a true family business that made my son feel at home. Not only is it keeping things local here in tucson but the service was second to none. Extremely friendly and much much more professional than the Box store. Would never consider buying a bow from from anyone else. Anyone considering a bow should go here first.

I first went into the shop to buy my husband a compound bow for Christmas. Everyone was extremely helpful. Since then we have been back several times. Anytime you need help with adjustments for your bow, they always have a smile and are happy to help. My family and I have purchased two more bows from Robinson. This is a wonderful family owned business that I would highly recommend.

Great service! Great people! They built a string for my recurve and they did a great job! Picked up a fletcher and broad heads. Very knowledgeable and fast!

Complete lack of service from the shop. Went to Robinson Archery for some information and pricing in youth bows. Waited in store for 12 minutes at service counter while and older gentleman kindly helped a couple and another large gentleman munched a burrito on top of the glass display case offering absolutely no assistance to the people waiting.

Very kind and healpfull people, but their service isnt great. I waited 4 months to have my bow re strung and once it was finally done it wasnt done with the colors I requested. I was originally told it would take 4 weeks.

1st off Id like to recommend this place to everyone! This was my first time at Robinson Archery and It was worth every minute of that 3/hr drive from New Mexico. They are a very busy place, but.. that also says alot to me, Alot of people must trust them! I know I definitely do. walked in, got taken care of quickly! Was able to shoot the bow of my choice, cashed out and will definitely be back again. Finally found a great bow shop to make my preference. Honestly I usually do not post bad reviews but this was the worse Ive been treated as a customer. I took my bow in a few months ago to get a new string, the owner Tom told me he could have it done in 3 weeks, maybe even less. I pay more than $170 and after three weeks find out that my bow was not being worked on at all. The owner and his son were extremely rude and condescending when i try to explain that I have an important hunting trip coming up and say it will get done when it gets done. So more than 6 weeks after dropping it off I finally get the bow back, and they did not even call me to say it was ready, after having such a bad attitude. I had to go in to find out it was ready for a few days.I went immediately to dial in some shots. After five arrows the string busted upon releasing the arrow. When I try to take it back to the shop, the owner blamed me and said I must have dry fired it.Of course I know how to shoot a bow and have put hundreds of arrows through that thing withouts a problem but Tom refused to take any responsibility for it. After arguing with him, he finally decided he would fix it. When I went to pick it up, he charges me for the repair. Seriously the worst customer service and the most disrespected Ive ever felt dealing with a business. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOW HERE!

Called to check on crossbow availability before I drove from marana said they had a high end one. Drove all the way over to find they didn’t have or. Ouldnt find it.wasted my time and gas for nothing. Poor organization

Drove from out of town took my hoyt i was looking for a single pin sight ..as soon as i arrived an older gentlemen made me feel welcome outside the shop i guess he is the first owner long story short he made me feel welcome and as a mexican american i felt really welcomed by him..i ended up purchasing an awesome sight did not really had the time to shoot and sight it inn but will definately come back some day

Just bought my first bow from Robinson Archery and can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. Thoughtful and personalized attention from both Tom and Brian left me with a great setup for a great deal. I definitely recommend these guys, and will be back.

Excellent service. Family owned small business. Highly recommended for all ages. If you really want that testosterone experience go somewhere else. This is a family friendly place and general great place to hang out, shoot the bow and the bull.

I was completely disappointed by the customer service here. When I walked in Tom initially helped me and explained to me that my compound bow can not have a peep sight or a trigger release because its similar to the ones the kids that he teaches use. Okay. So then I ask if I can shoot a little too practice and maybe get a few pointers from them. He says yes and that hell set up a target for me close up and move it back as I get more comfortable. Cool. So I wait. And I wait. And wait. He helps two more customers, fixes a couple arrows, and Im still waiting. So I ask another employee what the process is to be able to practice shoot, he says I need to talk to Tom. So I walk up to Tom to ask him what I need to do and he begins to answer me and then turns around mid sentence and helps another customer. At that point I left. I will not be going back.

These guys are great! Straightforward and knowledgable with every aspect of archery. From sales, training for newbies and overall day to day operations. Prices are spot on with the quality of what’s offered, what you get and they’ve got it all. People that shoot there are all down to earth and genuinely want to help whoever’s there too. Kinda makes you feel like family, with a overall very laid back atmosphere. Would NOT recommend DICKS, the ones you deal with seem scared of the BB guns.... not to mention, to say they don’t know what the Hell is going on in there is a understatement at best. Robinson for life! Don’t have to take my word for it, check em out yourself👍

Came from out of town to shoot some arrows on a rainy day. Enjoyable and very knowledgeable staff

Went there this morning for a lesson to see if i liked it, and it was outstanding! They didnt officially open until 2:00 but they gave me a special pass since i had scheduled a lesson way in advance but my instructor was in the hospital, so i got to take lessons from Jeff, who was very inviting, friendly and welcoming. He was also knew what he was talking about! He was very saftey concious, which i am too so that was perfect! He got my draw length and draw weight down and we went from there, making small adjustments until we had something that worked for me within the correct standards. He taught me things that i never knew before. Not to mention he also taught me the similarities between archery and rifle shooting such as stance and letting the shot surprise you! I cannot express my thanks to Jeff enough for giving the opportunity to learn such a addictive and valuable skill..It was very fun and educational. I have learned so much! I will definitly be back for a second lesson then hopefully to purchase my first bow and on to getting into a leaugue like he recommended! Thank you Jeff your awsome man!
