I wish I went here sooner. Im from San Diego so this is a little bit of a drive, but worth every mile. I was greeted by a very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable staff. I went there to have my bow worked on, and yes we have stores here that can do the same, but Ive grown to not trust any of them. They looked at my bow, discovered what the problem was, took my bow apart, and fixed the problem. I am very impressed by their work. While I was there I looked at what they were selling. They had what looked like factory seconds, at less than half the price, their sales are better than what we have here. The next bow I purchase or repairs I need will be from the PSE Pro Shop. Keep up the good work.

When you call the place be prepared to sit on hold for long,long period of time. If you buy a bow the warranty is non transferable, if some part breaks on your used bow an you take it to an authorized dealer, buy factory direct parts an have them dealer installed YOU GET NO DAM WARRANTY WHAT SO EVER. My next bow will definitely not be a PSE, figured buying an supporting stuff made in America made a difference, not with the folks here. I have heard horror stories of taking 8months to get a factory string for the TAC-15 ordnance. Completely unacceptable for buy a 1500$ bow .

Very knowledgeable staff! Im a newbie archer and only ever bought arrows online. I knew I was buying bad arrows online, so I came to this store and they set me right up with the perfect spine and weight arrows for my bow! I could not be happier with my experience! I will definitely be coming back in the future!

I had such a great experience thanks to Matt! He was unbelievably helpful! He helped me find everything that I wanted in a bow. He was the first guy that I had worked with that didn’t belittle me because I was a girl. He was so patient and listened to all my questions, helped me with my form and gave me good tips. Needless to say I left with an awesome bow because of him. I will definitely be going back.

Was my first time there and Zak was a great individual! He went above and beyond helping me get started and servicing my bow. We came close to closing as we didnt know they closed so early, but were never rushed and he had us laughing the entire time! Will definitely be back!

I hope Pete sees this review. So first off I go into the pro shop JUST to purchase a PSE MACH 1 bow. But one of the newer employees there didn’t catch his name. Completely ignored me and kept walking to the back to use his phone. I walked out and went to Bull basin and purchased the same bow. Great service. Pse could’ve made 2500$ off of me if they would have treated me like a customer

Best bow every built

Pretty dang crappy, I’ve given the pro shop down in Tucson 3-4 chances and it hasn’t changed not one bit since boomer left. Nothing but jerks and inexperienced techs behind the counter. Save the time go too a real shop. They’d rather be on there phones then help anyone. I had about 2,500$ too spend on a new target rig but I’ll give another shop my hard earned money maybe they’ll greet me and not text.

A group of 27 of us went to play archery tag. For 90% of us it was the first time handling a bow and arrow.We had ages ranging from 12-50. It was so much fun! Planning to have my sons birthday party here.

Staff is extremely helpful and go out of their way to inform and assist. Purchased archery lessons for my little one and they are patient and supply equipment to learn. Sound safety practices taught for range use and quality equipment.

Its the PSE hq. Even though I dont shoot a PSE but I must say the staff was super nice. They showed me around and I saw the indoor long-range shooting facility. Wow. Loved it.

I have a PSE Stinger X and purchased elsewhere but it was not set up properly for me. I called and spoke to Jess and he assured me he would be happy to help me. I went into the Pro Shop and that is just what he did. Jess was very friendly making me feel comfortable and assured I got the right bow for me setting everything up for me and allowing me to shoot and helping me sight it in. I couldnt of asked for more. How great it is to feel confident about my new bow purchase and the local service! Thanks Jess!

Tim long pro shop “manager” was very rude on my visit, went in hoping too purchase a new bow but ended up walking out due too his smart mouth attitude. I know he may be old as dirt but he doesn’t have too be so grumpy.

Tim help me purchase a new Drive R this week. He was a great help. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had all my questions answered.

This place is sweet. The service guy hooked me up with much needed matinance on my non-pse bow. They did such a great job and I will return and buy a pse bow when Im ready for the next one. The indoor range is pretty sweet, the outdoor range is even sweeter. Shoot targets at 80 yards outside hell ya.

Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. some of the best lanes in town, awesome fitting experience and they stand behind their products, I wont go anywhere else in town for service on my bow, or for purchasing accessories

Very helpful. I bought my bow at Sportsmans warehouse and the guy who set up my bow. Did not tighten the sight on. The first time I shot it. It fell off and the level broke off. I was told it was not there problem. I took it to PSE and the Pro there replaced it right away. No questions asked.

So as you can see below I was very unhappy with my very 1st visit to the PSE Pro shop. Well today May 21, 2018 I returned to the pro shop to address the issues with the bow I was sold and Im happy to say that I had very different visit. Everyone was very pleasant and heplful, all of my issues were corrected with no questions. I spent about two hours in the pro shop which I was happy to do. My bow was set up correctly, the pro that set me up was very informative explaining what he was doing as he was setting my bow up. He also asked questions regarding how I would like my set up. Once my bow was set and my arrows cut, we went to the range and paper tuned my bow where I was alsi given some very helpful tips on shooting my bow. Thanks you SS for going above and beyond today. I will be sure to let my friends know that PSE Pro shop will take care of you.A friend of mine bought the same bow as myself weeks earlier from PSE Pro shop, he told me that the custom service was terrible. Even with that said, I went in thinking that I was going to a pro shop and I would be dealing with knowledgeable professionals. Nothing could be further from the truth, all the staff with the exception of one were very standoffish with little to no personsabitly. When I spend over 1600 dollars I except alot better customer service. My bow was set up quickly and sloppy the limb bolt was stripped and rounded out while the pro was making adjustments. I ended up taking my bow to Sportsmans Warehouse where I was greeted with a smile and treated like a customer should be treated. Sportsmans had to make several adjustments to correct the sloppy job, done at PSE pro shop. Just to be clear, I love my new carbon air stealth but if I had it to do over I would walk in the pro shop buy the bow and take it to anyother archery store for adjustment and service. HORRIBLE SERVICE STAY AWAY.

Went there to get a bow set up for my wife. Nobody asked if they could help. Flagged a guy down and he didnt really bother understanding what she needed (she has shot a bow one time before). The first bow he shows us is a competition bow worth $1500. I remind him that she is just a beginner and does not need such a bow. He showed another bow and then implied that it was the only bow they had that would work. One bow. This is PSE headquarters and they have only one bow for womens recreational target shooting? Getting information about the bows was like pulling teeth. His friends brought chik-fil-a in so I suspect he would rather get to eating. Granted, chik-fil-a is fantastic so I cant blame him.Overall, service was unbecoming of a professional bow manufacturer headquarters. I will be going to a pro shop elsewhere to buy her bow. Good luck!

Called them to get help on my evolve pse.ask the question they couldnt help me,they dint no any thing about it dint even bother to see if someone else could of help me knowing that my bow was built there.had to call a pro shop some where else.

Purchase a PSE bow madnes from this store they set it up for me improperly Ive had nothing but problems with it. I took it back numerous times to be fixed seems every time they fix the problem the same problem breaks on it. Ive only had the bow for a month

Zero customer service. One dude there looks like he hates every minute of his life the few times I went there. Sold me the wrong equipment for my bow as well.

Told me my draw was 30in come to find out my draw is 28in and I found that out after buying a bow and slapping. My wrist non-stop!! Bad customer service as well

Only place in town with 100-yard range. Staff is usually very helpful and friendly although sometimes can be grouchy.
