After many years of wanting a grandfather clock, my son gave one to me as a gift. Unfortunately I hung the pendulum wrong and while winding the clock it fell breaking the rods in the pendulum.After searching the internet I found Earnest Watch and Clock that had great reviews and was close to my home. Brought in a clock that was not operating. From the time I called, dropped it off and got it picked up they were professional and courteous. I was glad I brought it in made a returning customer out of me. Even offered to clean it up as a courtesy. Definetly would recommend for all your clock and watch needs.

Asked for a repair on a early 2000s watch I have and he shot me straight on the repair, told me he could easily do it, but factors including the repairs needed and the age of the watch may not make it worth it. He was still willing to do it but made sure I understood that it may be better to buy a new one.When I decided to go for a new one he took the time to explain what I should look for in a watch. I asked about a specific brand and he looked it up and gave me his opinion on it. He was insanely knowledgeable.Overall very professional and if I ever need clock or watch service in the future I am going here.

There were some difficulties with a complex mechanism and I was a bit frustrated with the time element and reinstalled in my home, the clock was still incorrect with its chimes. All that frustration disappeared as Earnest extended my warranty significantly following TWO no cost trips to my home to fine tune his efforts. Such commitment and customer service is hard to fine. In the end - the clock was perfect

Ernest watch repair is awesome. The guys are friendly and quick. 5 minutes $5 a watch and they do free estimates on every kind of time piece. 3814 e 25th west of Big o tire on Alvernon. Seriously go get dads old watches and bring them to this place. Walmart now only services Walmart purchased watches.
