Today was one of the worst experience Ive ever had with this company. I had never been treated with such disrespect with this location. I only went to buy couple pieces of wood for a project . Of course I needed help at the cutting station so an associate paged for assistance.I waited and no one never came after waiting 20 mins . I decided to look for help Myself. I walked up to this man standing by the saws(an associate) .I said Hi sir, I was trying to get some wood cut and - before I could finish he rudely interrupted me and said I cant help you with cutting wood I instantly replied sir I wasnt asking you to cut it but could you help me find someone to help me .His reply was and I quote WHAT GOOD WOULD THAT DO ME ....Whats so shocking is that a manger was called multiple times ...by phone ..by overhead...and They never came .

I ordered decorative trim for window shutters online and needed to pick up a few other items when I went to pick up my order. Three people asked if they could help me while I was there. One associate in tools told me all about the Milwaukee storage system I was thinking of getting my son for Christmas. Only 2 of the 5 items I ordered were in stock because the inventory was wrong. KeKe, at the service desk, was nice and apologized.She saw the items were in stock at another Home Depot close by, so she gave me a paid pick up receipt so I could pick them up there. She offered to check out my other items and all this took less than 5 minutes. Not only was KeKe very efficient, she had people skills and common sense. Thank you Home Depot for doing what it takes to keep employees like this.

Carita is a keeper! I woke up early this morning and got to Home Depot before they even opened. I was pretty tired and just wanted to get my stuff and get out. At checkout, Carita was so nice and engaging to talk to. Most people at the checkout act like robots, like they don’t want to be there, but this lady made me laugh and told me thank you in such a genuine way that I had to come right out and write this review. What a difference a good employee makes.

Im usually very pleased with Home Depot. I actually like it over Lowes. This trip seemed like there stock was down except for in the tool section. But down everywhere else. We did find the commode we were needing for our remodel. And it was at a great price. They didnt have the ceiling fan we needed. So we may try the one on Hwy 280. As this one was the Trussville location.

This was the best experience in a long, long time. My partner and I both said the same thing at point of leaving. How we were in and out in No time. Shane met us at the door with what can I help you find today? Oh, my what great cust svc! He walked me directly to where my rub stopper was, measured for correct size and to register I went. I have given up on your competitor, for you cant any help and nobody knows anything! I told Shane to make sure he trained others to be like him. Over-the-top great customer service. Thanks to the highest Shane, keep up the good work!

I found this product called rejuvenate for wood floors fantastic stuff always like shopping at home depot I can find things in there that you dont find it Walmart and all the other stores

The wait was terrible lack of help but when we were waited on the lady was very nice and helpful we bought a refrigerator I sure hate the lack of help looks like the new norm

I dont get the point in the app.... Never have the items in stock like theyre supposed to, this store doesnt have items where they are supposed to be, did self checkout and the associate kept coming up to the machine- then hit I didnt want my receipt (which I did... They didnt ask me)

Went to buy a lawnmower. Absolutely no boxes. Displayed lawnmowers were way above my head. No sales associate in site. Walked are a little trying to find one. Went to Lowes and purchase a lawnmower.

Wonderful customer service is always a plus with me. Visited one day at this location looking to pick up some electrical supplies and met Laddie there. Such a sweet soul. He really made a regular trip to the hardware store into a very pleasant experience. Glad I had the pleasure of meeting him.

Great place to find needed home supplies. Went in yesterday looking for a new lawn mower.Linda and Josephine were of great help. Found the Honda mower I was searching for and purchased it. Used it to mow my lawn yesterday afternoon.

I hate giving bad reviews but the curbside service is not available. The website allows you to order and it lets you designate your pickup spot in the lot but if you assume that it is working you will be sitting in the lot for 40 minutes like me! I tried curbside about a year ago and had to go into the store where the manager told me he would improve their service. Wrong! If you use this service I would suggest parking and going in because an employee told me that it is not working. There is NO sign in the lot to inform you of this. Now the wonderful part of my visit was Tedia. She answered my call and she personally loaded a heavy, bulky door on a dolly and delivered it to me. She went above and beyond.

They usually have whatever Im in there looking for but good luck on finding any help. Also never order any appliances there......you can thank me later 😊

Tool department (Ryobi) needs knowledgeable associates. An older man named Alfred, past by an associate trying to help me. Hi, Im the customer who is looking for a specific tool from Home Depot, and he got aggravated when I attempted to fill him in on what the first associate and I were talking about earlier before he walked by. He decided not to speak to me, and only make remarks like, Let me find it on the box if you let me. If youre stressed out, dont take it out on the customer. Listen to the customer who knows what specific tool he/she needs.

I just picked up an online order and had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Tracy. In a world full of negativity and selfishness, Tracy was a breath of fresh air. Even though I couldn’t see her smile (masks), I know it was there! I watched her work patiently and kindly with a mentally challenged co-worker without a moment of frustration. I’m not sure if she is in management, but you could tell that the other employees looked up to her and were influenced by her sweet spirit and servant’s heart. Hold on to her Home Depot!

Everything is easy to find and the staff is incredible. I dont know how, but everyone there seemed to be in a great mood. Extremely good experience.

I went in here to get a new refrigerator as my old one recently kept having issues. I had no idea what I was looking for, but the representative who assisted me asked me what I specifically needed and he did an excellent job of finding me what I wanted. Now I have a new fridge that works like a charm and I was able to get it for a very good price.

Perfectly nice associates here, but I have never seen a parking lot so full of trash. Come on Home Depot, please contribute to making our City a clean and presentable place and clean up the obscene amount of litter in your parking lot.

This store took the cashiers out of the store and the self check outs have so many problems the employees have to stand there with each customer anyways. Wasted time and poor customer service. Employees are incredibly rude and seem unable to prioritize. Fix it soon or people will stop shopping here.

Most but not all customers and employees were wearing masks. Many with masks had their noses exposed which is like wearing nothing at all. I get that people dont care about themselves but proper mask wearing protects others from you. Ill continue staying away as much as possible.

The Trussville store was such a customer friendly experience! I departed Lowes because of lack of it. I spent the most time in Appliances. Every person in that department helped me with any questions and measurements to suit my need. I made my purchase and left very pleased.

NOT THE PLACE TO BUY YOUR CHRISTMAS TREE THIS YEAR. Bought a tree 10 days ago. We bought the tree early since we were hosting my wifes family for Thanksgiving, and traveling the rest of the weekend, and wanted to have it done for when we got back. The tree was left outside, trunk freshly cut, and submerged in water, we brought it inside a few days later to decorate it. Knowing that you always make a mess with the needles setting it up, we didnt think too much of the amount of needles that accumulated on the floor. It was every day afterwards that had us concerned. Every morning and night we sweep up about a quart of fallen needles. It is only December 3 and we already have bare branches. At this point we called HD and they said if we bring back the tree and a receipt they will refund us. My biggest problem with this is that I feel as if that doesnt quite cover it. I have to go through twice the amount of effort, frustration, and mess. At this point I am out a lot more than just a tree. Im out time, energy, and money on something I wanted to be right the first time. Yes they offered to refund a tree but what is being done to refund the time and frustration we are going through? Im not just returning a plant that I neglected, I am having to remove the lights and decorations from a seven foot tree, strap it to the roof of my car and drive it back to HD all for the satisfaction of having to go through all the same frustration that consist of decorating a tree a second time. Did I mention my wife is also 8 months pregnant? HD has fallen way short on their recovery on this one.

Most staff helpful. One group that was asked did not know what Felco tool spray was & did not offer to find help. Store did not have the Flex Seal paste I needed. But the salesperson I asked was helpful in saying where display was located.

Today is Self-Care Sunday so I decided to buy myself some new plants for my apartment. Went to the Garden section and started looking and before long I couldn’t decided on a plant. A lovely woman that worked there by the name of LaTonya came over and offered some help. Before long she helped me pick out 3 beautiful plants that I couldn’t wait to get home. She even helped me name them. She was so sweet and very helpful!

Placed. A curbside order two different times,placed one early this morning, and around 3 had never gotten an email, so we called and said it had not been picked. But they would go do it now......Drove to store they brought it right out ...The last curdside wound up having to go in because they would never bring it out...Maybe the young lady was having a bad day.......But no need to be rude and ugly......Plus her mask was hanging under her chin Hope she has a better day tomorrow

Looking at tools. The nicest woman went over everything about what I was looking for and then ordered another item for me that was not carried in the store. Customer service was above and beyond.

1st time visiting and this place was amazing! The attendants had great attitudes, the store was clean and, there was plenty of seating (but ice heard that this place is SUPER popular and can be crowded, so plan accordingly). The atmosphere had a great small town, homey feel to it and I loved it! I had the Sea Salt Caramel and my husband had the Strawberry Shortcake Crunch. These shakes were photogenic! Every bite was beyond delicious! Would definitely recommend ❤
