Ive never bought from a premium dealer before and that hasnt changed after my recent experience with Lincoln of Troy. I submitted some online inquiries on a couple of vehicles, must have received some automated emails inviting me to come see these in-stock vehicles and get my trade appraised - so I did.The vehicle I had driven down to see was apparently in service, and then the other wasnt quite what we were looking for. My sales rep recommended an MKC which also, unfortunately was not anywhere to be seen to view.Sales guy said hed keep in touch but then I realized he hadnt even given me a business card? And he didnt follow up as he said he would - regardless, the vehicles ended up not getting finished by the end of the week and I was in hopes to buy by end of day Saturday and be done with it.He recommended that I essentially blindly purchase the vehicle and attempted to pressure me into submitting a credit application, and then tried to advise me on how credit works - not a great idea. Why would someone get proof of insurance for a vehicle they havent even touched or physically seen? Perhaps he was at the root of it, just trying to honor my by the end of day Saturday request, but I assured him several times that I was not comfortable purchasing blindly nor doing fruitless credit apps on cars I wasnt going to buy.OH - and they arent open on Saturdays!? Come on! lol-- Long story short, if this is how your sales process goes for every customer, thats really disappointing.Purchased a wonderful 2014 MKS from another dealer! No hassle, no problem and great deal!

Impossible to get an appointment with the service department. Been trying for weeks. Call, no answer. Message through their website, no response. I actually got a response through their text service but it took them days to text back and they never confirmed an appointment date and time. Tried calling again today. Still no answer.

From the moment we walked into Lincoln of Troy and were greeted by Mark I knew we chose the right place to purchase our new vehicle. Mark was able to get us in a new Lincoln Nautilus. It was a perfect fit for us. We absolutely love the vehicle! The manager and financial department were very friendly. We will be purchasing another vehicle soon. Went this morning to the quick lane for an oil change, showed up 1 hour early, noticed the quicklane hours said saturday they opened, website said they were opened, was 1st in line, hoping to be in and out in 30, and start my day.8am passes and no one is there, the place is closed, but they havent updated their hours on google, or the quick lane site, let alone on the door of their building. If they cant get something as important as when theyre open for business right, why would you ever consider giving them your business otherwise? the details matter, and now im stuck waiting 3+ hours at another quick lane on top of the hour i already wasted waiting for this place to open

Bad experience. I had my vehicle appraised here and was originally quoted $46K. I drove 45 minutes to this dealership specifically because they asked me to turn my lease to them due to their “lack of inventory.” I drive there, just to be told that they are not honoring that original appraisal.. nothing had changed..? They want to give me $43,500. I said OK I understand, it’s 2 days past the original appraisal and convo anyway. Then when I arrive today and I’m sitting at the desk- they change their mind and say they want to appraise me for $41,000 on the same day. Needless to say I left. I don’t know what’s so difficult about an appraisal quote, but I’m not happy I drove 45 minutes here to leave without a new car. Unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

Purchase a black label navigator two years ago it’s been in the shop 16 times some of the visits take two weeks I asked for a lemon law because it’s all related to one thing the motor. Ford Lincoln denied the claim. Few the service mechanics / concierge couldn’t understand why.Troy Lincoln bowls this black label claim that they will give you the same type of car whenever they can I’ve never gotten a navigator and I’ve had to use Uber‘s numerous times because they run out of loaner cars.The person who I purchase the hundred thousand dollar car doesn’t even recognize me when I say hi to him because I’ve been in there so many times you would think he at least somewhat cordial. he sure was nice to me when I bought the car ever since then snubbed.Disgruntled customer’

I went to Lincoln of Troy a week ago. My salesperson was Nicholas Nearhood. I had spoke to him some months back about my lease renewal. When time came to renew I told him what I wanted the Lincoln Corsair and what I wanted in it. He called me a few days later and told me what he had. The next day I picked up my Corsair. Also, I was not in the dealership all day to sign my paperwork. I am very pleased and highly satisfied with Nicholas and Lincoln of Troy. I will be returning to Lincoln of Troy for my future vehicles.

Funny thing, we had an appointment to look at Lincolns here for the first time that they have been worth a look in 20+ years. Unfortunately when we rolled up in our Grand Cherokee Overland we were met at the door and told that we cant afford a Lincoln, before we even saw their SUVs. I inquired how we can afford a Cadillac of the same sticker but not a Lincoln and was informed that their target market are Land Rover and Porsche owners. The humility from selling what were Americas ugliest cars apparently has turned into pure arrogance. Im happy they now have hot vehicles but wont soon forget the treatment.

Very bad customer service experience with a new and inexperienced sales associate in 2017. After much difficulty, was finally able to get dealership management to return calls and resolve numerous pricing, lease and documentation problems.Recent experience with different sales associate included test drive and detailed order placement and pricing negotiations left in limbo when sales person was apparently fired. After a week wait and 4 unreturned calls, we were finally referred to another salesman to start the sales process over. And...go figure - it was with the same sales associate that we had a terrible experience with 4 years ago. Will never go to this dealership again. If you do, you will regret it.

Drove half an hour to get a recall fixed on my 2007 Lincoln MKZ, knew it would take about 3 hours so I planned accordingly.The woman at the check in desk named Kathy Bowe was a little stand-offish but I ignored that while I signed the paperwork and went to sit in the waiting area. There’s not even so much as bottles of water or vending machines in the waiting area at all, so that was not a good sign for my long wait.2 hours into waiting and they ask me to find my wheel lock in my car. I go to the service department with Kathy and I see my trunk is open and my glove department is open. I’m not sure if this is true or not, but they claimed they needed my trunk open to get on the lift. From the arrangement of my belongings in it, it had been gone through though. I asked why my car had been gone through, and Kathy immediately said they didn’t go through it. I pointed at my glove department and said yes it has that was closed when I dropped it off. She tried to deny it but I said it again. The service department man stated he opened my trunk to get it on the hoist and that he looked through my glove department for the wheel lock, but I did not give anyone permission to go through my car like that for the work. I asked how much longer and Kathy stated it would be at least several more hours, and even when I reminded her I had made my appointment at 10:30 expecting a 3 hour total time for service, she just made excuses and got a nasty tone with me. She still argued against me that they did not go through my car when the glove box was proof of that. She got annoyed and asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said no and I had them take it off of the hoist.I asked for the supervisor and he came out a few minutes later and I discussed with him how disrespectful she had been and that I was expecting 3 hour waiting not much more than that. I would’ve been fine with an extra hour even, but I was not sitting and waiting another 3 full hours on top of the 2 I had already sat through to get service. The manager apologized but I don’t think he even cared that his employee was absolutely rude and disrespectful to me. Before my incident to get my wheel lock I heard her talk down to another customer that they needed to go to their other location and she was rude to her as well (and that customer was really nice after her and I chatted).I don’t know what it is that they were doing wasting my time like that, but I am NOT returning or making any appointments there EVER. I will definitely be going somewhere else after they treated me with zero respect.

Kathy in the service department went above and beyond to accommodate us and even offered a loaner vehicle to minimize inconvenience. They promptly notified us of additional maintenance needed in addition to the recall work. Upon completion, they even washed, vacuumed and sanitized the inside of the truck. The other dealerships should take note from Lincoln of Troy.

I applied for financing online. I contacted this dealership as I was forced to make a choice. I spoke to a rude sales person who states, You need to lower your standards waaaaaay down. Like maybe even consider choosing something outside of Lincoln. I thought how rude and arrogant. A couple days later I got a letter telling me I was approved. Three days, including speaking to the finance manager, and not a response from anybody. I wont force the issue any further. It must be a blaring sign for me to steer clear of this dealership and Lincoln as a whole. Terrible customer service and no follow up.Update: Im literally complaining about lack of follow up and what is their response?? Call back? ...lol yeah I dont think so.

Worse experience I have ever had with a dealership. My husband and I went to this dealership at 5:20pm. I knew exactly the car I wanted to buy and told the sales person I would like to run numbers on that vehicle. I already came prepared with my own financing. After the numbers were ran and I agreed to the deal, the salesman told me I needed to come back Monday because they close at 6pm. By this time it was maybe 5:45pm. Again I said I am ready to write the check out to pay for the amount agreed and the guy told me again they dont work after 6pm. Pretty much telling me and my husband we are not worth their time. So we left. I have NEVER been belittled that bad in my life with someone who treated us so poorly.

Bait and Switch. Test drove a 2017 MKC today after being told by the sales person it was a certified pre-owned vehicle and was within my budget. I was interested to buy it. After we get to his desk, he then tells me he was mistaken and its not certified and if I want it certified the price is $2,000 more. I declined and went back home. When I got home I look on Autotrader and found that the vehicle was indeed being advertised as certified already at the original quoted price.

I get into my car and my car is lit up like a Christmas tree. Issues with all of my tires. I drive to Ford.. CLOSED! Why on earth would they be closed on a Saturday morning? Ridiculous. So I drive to Lincoln. The gentleman there immediately greeted me warmly. Was so polite. Held doors open for me invited me to grab a snack and a bottled water. I cannot speak highly enough of Elie Malouf and Lincoln of Troy. This was my first experience leasing a vehicle, and my husband warned me that the experience would be similar to slicing myself open and lighting myself on fire. My experience was nowhere near this, and was actually quite enjoyable!I walked in and was immediately introduced to a salesman on the floor. As our conversation continued, this person realized that my connections warranted that I be handled by Elie. I was whisked away to Elies desk where I was offered tea/coffee/latte/cappuccino/ the works. I explained to Elie that I was interested in the Nautilus, but wanted a good deal. Elie first got to know me, asking me questions about what I do and kept the conversation fun. I felt like I was getting to know my next door neighbor, and it was very clear that Elie is the type of man who takes care of his customers. I was floored with the price options he gave me, and how quick and easy the process was. Not only that, but I ended up with a better package and a better deal.If that wasnt enough, I explained to Elie that I was having difficulty selling my old vehicle, and he immediately went to work and had my car purchased for the price I wanted.The cherry on top of it all is that Elie agreed to bring the vehicle to me at work (since I work crazy hours), and made sure I had time so he could go over the vehicle with me. He also agreed to take my old vehicle from me at the same time, and organized a new plate for me.Car shopping shouldnt be difficult; it should be exciting, fun, and you should feel like the salesman sees you and not just the sale. Lincoln of Troy has been my go to place for all my auto maintenance needs for the past two years. I came for here a last min battery replacement for my key fob and was very well taken care of. Michael approached me in such a timely fashion and treated me like family. Will not return. I made an appointment for service on my vehicle, was given 1 price by phone. When I went to pick the vehicle up approx 10 hours later, the car still was not done (I was getting my coolant flushed) and was given the run around when it came time to complete paperwork. Was then given a totally different price and was rushed out the door only to be barricaded in the parking lot with no way out. This was after I spent an hr and a half waiting. After finally being able to get out of the lot, I received a call stating they quoted me wrong and I owe an additional $80. A few days later I received another call asking me to complete a survey and give 5 stars. I advised I was unhappy with my service for many reasons. I was called back again and asked to disregard the survey if I couldnt give 5 stars. My review determined whether they kept an employee on staff or not and if I left a bad review this would negatively effect the employee. All around unhappy with the service I received

I purchased a Black Label vehicle and as a Black Label Customer, I expected the highest level of customer service. Instead, I was sued by Lincoln of Troy. I rented a car for one day while my Continental was serviced. Hours after the rental was turned back in, Troy called me and blamed me for a less than 10 inch hairline crack in the (covered) sunroof, which was not discovered / disclosed during the two inspections with the Lincoln employees. Even though my insurance company gratuitously gave them $500, Troy sued me for a little less than $1500. Again, I spent over 60k with Lincoln and they decided to sue me for this ridiculous amount even after my insurance company gave them something towards what they were not even entitled to from me. What makes things worse is Troy decided not to make a claim with their own insurance company, which is the correct method to recoup.I had to take two half days off of work to defend myself in small claims court against the frivolous lawsuit filed by Lincoln of Troy and against me. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Court determined that Lincolns lawsuit against me had no basis and threw the case out. Even still, after wasting the time of a Black Label Customer and putting me through a lawsuit (in which they ultimately lost), no apology. Lincoln has lost a customer for life. I would ask anyone to strongly consider whether they want to spend money with a company / dealership that would sue their best customers. Even Lincoln Corporate decided to be hands off and would not rectify the situation.

Just picked up newly leased 2019 MKC from Jerry Burnard. Another easy and smooth process thanks to Jerry’s help and expertise. I have been dealing with Jerry and his team, including Larry Mills in body shop, for nearly 30 years. 2 1/2 hours spent in an empty lobby on a Saturday to get a “quick” oil change. UNREAL. Go elsewhere...UPDATE: I decided to give them a 2nd shot and was yelled at because i didn’t want to pay out of pocket for a company fleet vehicle and it was “extra work” to submit a claim for the payment which is what i do every time I get my oil changed. This is the only place that gave me a hard time. Also took about 1 hour and 30 minutes for an oil change that i made an appointment for...

This Lincoln dealership needS some help with cultural training and customer service. As I was in the lobby waiting for my vehicle, One of their employees came up to tell me that my car was parked and ready. She points at a car that did NOT belong to me. I tell her it is not mine, she began to point her finger at me then pointing to the vehicle that is not mine and telling me it is my vehicle. Another employee hears this employee yelling at me so stepped in and told her coworker it was not my vehicle. Well come to find out that this employee thinks all tan/colored skin people are the same, because the car she was pointing at belonged to a woman who was older and looked much different than me, the only thing we shared was our skin complexion.

Tom Hayes helped me find a car recently and it was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. He was professional, efficient, gave me the best deal (BY FAR), honest, and made sure the car was super clean when I picked it up.Tom truly understand the importance of customer service. He gave me his cell phone and made himself available to me 24/7, even on days he wasn’t working. He worked around my hectic schedule, let me take the car on a test drive to one of my meetings since I was pressed for time, and even picked me up from my rental car place when I turned in the rental car I was driving.The first time I visited this dealership, I was greeted by someone who knew nothing about customer service. Worked with Ray to purchase a used car that had been traded in recently. Found the vehicle to be exactly as described, well kept, very clean, and it drove well. Best of all Ray was extremely helpful; unlike many others he allowed me to test drive the car by myself and for more than a 5 minute lap around the block as many dealers tend to do.It was great to work with a real car guy for a change instead of a sales drone working from a script and on a tight leash held by the manager.

My service has been horrible. My car repairs came to over $3,000 and they had my car 4 two weeks. It still took another week after the holiday for me to get my car back I was supposed to get new struts strut mounts tires brakes headlight and an oil change. When I first got my car back I heard some noise that sounded like something was lose under the bottom so I took it back to the shop. They said oh we saw that you needed control arm bushings but we didnt think it was bad enough for you to have to get them right now. Then the next day when I got ready to leave my house, my car wouldnt start and it was dead as a doorknob. I ended up getting a jump-start to get it back up there because the battery had all type of corrosion on it. So they cleaned it off and tested it and said, that all its fine now. Then I spoke to a supervisor he retested it. They put a new battery in it. Now here I am for the 4th day in a row and my headlights dont work only my bright lights will work. I had my car for less than a week and have had to go back to the shop four different times. This is utterly ridiculous.

We went into the place window shopping for my brother. We weren’t planning on buying/leasing a car. Then we met Mark Nikprelaj. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. It was obvious that he cares for his clients and making them happy. We ended up leasing a Lincoln! We have been to other dealerships and they tried to scam us into leasing a Lincoln that was a lot more expensive than what Mark was offering. Mark really tried his best in giving us a great deal. And he was successful! I would recommend him to anyone.
