We had a wonderful experience the day we walked in to this store. After visiting several furniture stores, we were told we would need to wait at least 6 months for new sofas! Then we found Comfort Center Furniture. What a find! Their selection was excellent, the prices reasonable, the quality was superb. But what really stands out was the service.The people who work there were helpful without hovering. They were so much fun to chat with too. After a pandemic year of rarely meeting new people, they were a refreshing light of sunshine.From now on, we will ALWAYS start there for any furniture needs and share that recommendation with anyone we meet.

If Gladys is working, just leave. The selection is minimal and everything is cheaply made and overpriced. I had to return a product (which Gladys tried to refuse less than 24 hours later) because the entire product was crooked, causing me to lean. Also, my mother wanted to pitch in $150, but she was charged $750. I rightfully was refunded, but no thanks to Gladys.She also had 2 friends there she referred to as her part-time help, but they wouldnt even help me load a chair into my car. Pretty sure she just doesnt want to be alone so she has her friends sit with her and leave 5 star reviews with her name. Seems pretty irresponsible and selfish during a pandemic.

From start to finish we had a great experience shopping at the Comfort Center. I went into the store in Prudenville and immediate was greeted with a friendly face and warm conversation. I found a dining room set that I liked. I went to another furniture store in Houghton Lake, found the same set, but they wanted more money! My husband went to the store in Grayling just to see if there was something that he liked better but he was happy with my choice, so he ordered it. Every person we spoke with was super friendly, accommodating, and genuinely pleasant! I only had to wait a couple days to get my set and the delivery was perfect. They were polite, respectful (yes, they wore masks for those of you wondering) and they were super careful not to bump into anything. I was totally impressed with the service I received and I highly recommend Comfort Center for your furniture needs!!!
