These people are nice scam artists. My girlfriend took her car there almost $3000 later car is still making noise. Took car to another mechanic they fixed the problem in one day.was bad caliphers. They took advantage of a girl. They are horrible people.

We went there based on reviews and I am so happy we did they were amazing!!! Never have I had such a great experience with an auto place. They didnt BS me. If it was going to cost too much or not be worth it they tell you. I recieved a lot of work done on my truck and the price was so affordable way less than what I was going to pay at some of the bigger places in Torrington. The Thomas automotive family is amazing. Actually I even just recieved a hand written card from Mrs Thomas Automotive asking how we were doing and how the truck was!!! That is unheard of nowadays. We are now customers for life!!!!
