I am happy to say I found everything I needed today. The people that work at Dollar Tree are always very helpful and friendly.

The workers there have always been very nice and very considerate every time I have gone in.

Was able to walk right in, get what I want and check right out. Usually very well stocked. Today was a great check out days, a lot of times they are very busy and only have 1 cashier so the line is ridiculous.

I love dollar tree but this one didnt have a few things I was looking for. They didnt have enough choice of vegetables in the freezer. And other things on the floor. Over roll it was ok. I still got a few things.

Neat place, but the parking lot still need to repair.

Whenever I go into the Dollar tree on highway 50 in Titusville. I feel they always tell me where things are located I always get a smile I also get the amazing dollar price on the items that they have there. I love this Dollar tree on highway 50 and I always go to them first because they seem to have more than any other dollar store around. Kudos to you guys that work at the dollar store on highway 50 in Titusville you rock!

Had no problems finding things and line was not to long.

Cheap eats, cheap price.. not really a dollar store. Not still, cheap products at a cheap price. But buyer beware. Some stuff is the same or cheaper as the bid box store.

I freaking love Dollar Tree! Its the best place for holiday decorations and everything is a dollar, in fact I cant believe the things they had for just a dollar! They have also stepped up their snack game with all kinds of goodies!

I spoke to Becky over the phone about a paid and left that happened exactly 3 weeks ago today and told me nothing could be done. Didnt offer any other solutions or suggestions just said no. Didnt ask more background info or details as to what happened in my situation. Could at least offer a coupon or discount. All other retailers hang on to paid and lefts for at least a month. Well ones who care and understand, stuff happens. I know this because Ive been in retail for 13 plus years. The problem is I paid for the items and accidentally left with two grumpy children in tow and didnt realize I did until my kid reached into the cupboard 2 weeks 6 days later looking for his ramen noodles. The cashier that day should have noticed them, put them aside, and then left a note on them. But she either didnt, or did and someone else took them. I know its just 4 dollars, but its about customer service and ethics. Not to mention 4 dollars is nothing to them. Becky shame on you for not offering one bit of concern or resolution to help your customers.Oh and I forgot to mention the phone number on receipt is not current. Had to Google it. Manager should be able to at least fix that for their customers. Or maybe they dont care to help their customers.

Cashiers I get are always kind/efficient and I found some great deals. Issue with store is other customers...this time there were two customers yelling at each other across the store. Have been times with large groups standing around out front so I tend to avoid place after dark for my own sense of security.

Huge store some things you dont see at other Dollar Tree stores

The Dollar Tree on Cheney Hwy is so much better than the one on Garden St. There is more too choose from, more organized, employees are nicer, and there is even frozen food sold here! I may just drive the extra 2-4 miles to this location instead of going to the location on Garden St where the wait is ridiculously long and shelves poorly stocked!

There were NO carts in the store and when the customer in front of me asked if there were carts the cashier said guess theres a shortage or theyre in the lot That was it, she went back to the next customer! Lost me as a customer and anyone else like me, Im a disabled senior that wont be disrespected!

Wonderful selection of stuff and friendly staff. I once went there for the hand held plastic and cloth fans and could not find them and three staff members help find them because my daughters wanted to decorate their room with them so we bought 8 more

This store is full of everything. I always find what I need and more. They have lots of food and snacks also. They have frozen and refrigerated items too. This store is kept neat.

The store is cluttered. Never enough employees at the checkout. Prices are good though for what you get. Ive been to a lot of dollar trees and they were organized and clean and had more help in the store. The sign outside is only half lit up. Looks run down!

I do not recommend this location if use coupons! You will be treated like a criminal, an inconveince and a nuisance. Im sorry to say customer service is non existent, when the manager came over, she did not even look at me, let alone greet me.

I really like the Dollar Tree,BUT no matter where I live (just moved here from Birmingham, Alabama and it is the same not enough help. The store is really busy especially this time of year or any holiday. Employees are trying to stock, clean help customers and run the registers. Plus they are underpaid.I have been in some Dollar Trees that is so hot BUT THEY decide to turn the air off.While THEY sit in air conditioning.I would say 99 % of the people who work in the stores have been very helpful to me and others. The owners and the higher ups want the stores to make money need to come down and help out.I have never worked at a D Tnor do I have any family or friends who work there. Have a nice day.

I love the store shopped their for. While now and I see that they are doing a little remodel and it us looking cool and a little different but I like it and it looks like they are starting to get some cool new items.

Poor customer service. I asked for an empty box to carry out some vases I wanted to buy and the person I asked said they dont have any. There is a stack of empty boxes at the front of the store. I witnessed another employee helping a customer put stuff in an empty box at the cash register... I looked at him and the boxes with confusion and said really? He said ya no we dont keep boxes around. Needless to say, I walked out without my purchase.

The last few months have proven to be rough on this business. I dont know if its new management or what but the store is absolute chaos. Shelves are never stocked, open boxes of product are cluttering the isles and what product is out has been strewn about on the shelves in disarray. Its a shame any company is allowing their store to conduct business in this fashion.
