I believe me and my friend worked with an employee named Jessie who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was able to find all the products we were interested in and even went out of his way to look for a product that almost every store I’d been to previously seemed to be sold out of. A quick and great experience at the Apple location at Bridgeport Village!

My wife and I called this store to buy a 16” MacBook Pro. We had one stolen in a break in and my wife was unable to work without it. We told them we absolutely had to have it if we were going to drive 2 hours for pickup. We were assured that they would have it. When we arrived we were informed by staff that they didn’t have it. I can guarantee we won’t be working with them again.

Very busy store.Plan to walk in a make you appointment and then go grab lunch nearby, or look around the shopping center (beautifully laid out with lots to see). Once you’re in for your appointment this Apple store is full of educated, understanding, helpful and completely professional employees.

If you are old or for some reason cant stand for long periods of time this store it not for you. Also the doors are difficult to open for those that are not physically fit or have strong upper body strength.It is not ADA compliant as there is no way to open the front doors from a wheel chair or if you are not very strong it is impossible to get into the store. You have to wait till someone leaves or goes in and squeak in behind them.Once inside there is no place to sit while waiting for your appointment. I stood for about 20 minutes and finally sat on the floor. Of course people had to walk around me but if they dont offer chairs then what other option do we have?The tech was nice enough and put in a lot of effort to get my problem fixed but alas it was not to be.

Went in for 4th time too buy a MacBook pro. The first few times I had appointment but they were out of stock. I did purchase it and contrary to what I was told on the other visits, I was denied the opportunity to make an appointment to bring it in store to have the info transferred from older apple laptop. These things are difficult for me and I did not like the idea of spending $2400. on apple product and flat out being denied a simple appointment that would be very helpful. Its seemed so petty that I will return all and leave apple all together. I need new phone soon as well and feel consumerism is a two way relationship.Good time to dump Apple and move on! This store has gone down hill very fast. I have been going there I think at least 15 years. Dont like the arrogance of the sales person at all.

I came in today to get a little help with a new phone I bought for my daughter yesterday. They would not assist anyone because today is the launch of the 13. What company neglects all other customers just for a new phone coming out on the market? I paid hundreds of dollars yesterday to Apple! I could understand if the store was super busy already, I really would, but there were literally 5 or more employees just talking and waiting. The help I needed would have probably took 10 min. So now I’m sitting here waiting for a call from Apple regretting my purchase yesterday.

Sorry, is there a no stars option? I called to ask if they had something in stock before driving two hours to their store. After a frustrating runaround with their automated system just to speak with a person, they guaranteed me they’d have what I needed when I arrived. They did not. This store has horrible customer service. Went in because I had been having issues with my phone performance. I made an appointment and the guy attending me didn’t even try to help. He kept rushing through everything and ended the appointment abruptly by literally walking away and saying he had another appointment, when our issue hadn’t been resolved. I was only there for like 15-20 minutes when he said that, too. Go to Pioneer Square or Washington Square, not worth your time here.

I came here to pick up my order and pay at 3:15-3:30, I got here at 3:10 they met me and said I wasnt on time, told me to wait another 5 minutes,will work for me just only 5 minutes that they make it difficult when most of them are free. I feel that I have been looked down upon rather discriminated against.

Went into replace my old iPad. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was told what I wanted and not offered any options. I would have upgraded to a better one but was not told what was available. Wanted some accessories but told they weren’t available. Guess I should have researched my options before going but thought I would get better serve than I got. Not happen with my purchase or with the service.

The customer service at this store is absolutely horrid! They’ve drug their feet to do the absolute least possible to replace a faulty (lemon) iPhone 12. Made several return trips after each of their “suggested” (forced) “repair” attempts failed each time. We simply asked for the 3 month old phone to be replaced, under warranty, and this last time their IT repair department tech forgot to insert the SIM card back into her phone. We called to report, finally got the tech after 20 minutes, then got disconnected, AND no return call to boot. This stores “laid-back” manager is completely inept, indifferent and lackadaisical.

Where do I start… Called ahead to confirm they had iPads in stock as things are often not available these days. Was told they have iPads in stock. Stated I was on my way to view and most likely purchase an iPad with and for my wife. When we arrived we stated we would like view the iPads available for purchase. We were told they are over there and you can see the pricing there too. Not thrilled with the customer service we proceeded to view the iPads and had decided to purchase an iPad Air 256 which by the way is $100 more than the same exact thing at Costco. When we asked to make a purchase we were asked if we had an appointment to purchase??? Uhhhh, appointment?? There are 5 sales people standing around talking to each other. The sales person then said it would be a day and half before I could come back and make a purchase. Unbelievable, they never even asked what model, what size, what color, nothing. I should have checked their horrible reviews before wasting my time traveling across town for nothing. We purchased from Costco. They were happy to sell us one for $100 less without a purchase appointment and their standard basic service was far superior in comparison. Apple has grown to big for their britches IMO.

I had an appointment to make a purchase of a new iPad and the intent to trade in my older version. It was relatively smooth but the Apple employee who helped me was a rather poor communicator.I did not realize the usb and charging cords were not compatible with the other one. Nor did I know there was no port for a headset. I would have been happy to purchase accessories right there in the store to make use of my non wireless headset and to have a duplicate charging apparatus. The store agent was hurried, clearly anxious to go to lunch or home. I never learned any of this until I was home, several hours away.When I purchased my first Apple years ago, they were so accommodating, sort of like adopting a puppy. I would h ave liked a little of that care again .

Absolute worst customer service ever. These people do nothing but give you the run around, lie to you, and waste your time. I spent a week being sent in an out of the store for multiple reasons repeatedly. Every time I came in, their so called “Apple Genius” people had some new reason as to why they can’t do repairs or why they can’t help me. Don’t ever waste your time with this store. Go to the Tigard store if you need service but avoid this store at ALL COSTS.

Alexis at the Bridgeport Apple store was fantastic! Fun yet professional, I broke my iPad screen, she had me fixed and ready to go in less than 20min!!! During these unprecedented times and with social distancing being in place, I applaud Apples efforts to make a positive experience for all. I stopped at this Apple store in Bridgeport Village to buy a new MacBook Pro, a day after my old MacBook was stolen. The associates have a very strict but fast process to attend to every customers needs. First you must know, they do take walk ins if youre purchasing a device but its a fast process without getting to shop for accessories or set it up. I knew exactly what I wanted and was looking for an in and out experience so this was perfect for me! I went through a temperature check and was allowed to enter the store. There was only one other person in front of me and while I was waiting they brought out my device. I paid for the device and was on my way. When I got home, I had an email about exploring my new MacBook online with a specialist. Im pretty tech savvy so no need, but this is great for someone who is new to the product or has questions.They do also take appointments, theyre pretty easy to book through your Apple ID. I did see a very short line of people waiting but they followed the same guidelines. This is now my favorite Apple store as its very convenient since it is an outdoor store compared to Washington Square mall. The employees go above and beyond and I could not be more pleased!

Service is just as bad as their products and warranties. Dont bother calling AppleCare before you go into a store. They dont do anything helpful on the phone. You go into a store and suddenly its a whole different story. They must be trained in nothing. I have contacted corporate offices already as their service is THAT bad. Horrible warranties and horrible customer service. Needed a replacement cord, was told by an apple care representative to go into the Apple store and they will replace my charger right there. Go into the store and of course they dont have anything in stock and they cant ship directly to my home so I will have to drive another 1 hour 30 minutes there and back once my cord is shipped to Apple. What was the point of the representative telling me to go to the store when they dont have anything in stock. This has been a complete waste of time and a joke.

We drive all the way across Portland to come to this location because the service is better than the other locations. Nick especially was very helpful in a recent issue we had with a phone that he helped getting resolved. Needed a repair & they sent me down the best path. Had an appointment but they called 1st to diagnose my issues & gave me options to come in or start a repair remotely. I chose the 2nd option & received a call at my preferred time & everything was handled easily from there with quotes that I had the choice to deny or approve. This experience was SO MUCH BETTER than my 2 experiences with 2 Simply Mac locations that had terrible service & price quoting without asking what our issue was.

Located in Bridgeport shopping center, this Apple store is large and roomy but it is always crowed with Apple lovers. Go to a Best Buy or the Washington Sq store instead - avoid this store at all costs. Seems the people working here have been hired to stand around and look pretty. This has to be one of the least professional Apple stores I’ve been to...their “geniuses” are nothing of the sort. Also as you wait in line outside, you see about half of the staff inside, twiddling their thumbs and socializing. Seems like their a bit over staffed, but somehow still lack customer service and customer satisfaction. They put off a “our time is much more important than yours” kind of vibe. I got in line and this staff asked me if i had an appointment and he said we can’t be in because we didn’t! My husband told him that we just want an Ipad for my daughter’s birthday. He asked again if we know the model we wanted. I told him that we wanted an Ipad mini, the color and GB storage. He said we needed to get in line and wait for other staff to give us our order and we can make a payment. So I waited and waited! Finally, another staff noticed me that I’ve been in line and asked if somebody already assisted me. I told him that the guy in red with red mask did! Apparently, this “Ryan” didn’t make the order and was helping another customer! another staff commented, “how can he help you when he is with another customer?” Bad customer service!

I showed them the confirmation email and they didnt care. The store is practically empty, yet they make me wait. Freakin BS! I came in to pick up a phone and had a great experience. They were busy and I had some complicated requests but Ethan was very helpful. Eddie was running a video lab and showed me some cool photo features on my new phone while I waited. Drew helped me finish setting it up and overall it was very smooth. Lots of cool stores, makeup, and clothes, anything you can think of its probably there. There is some yummy food carts to grab a quick bite while you shop and big warming areas to eat and hang out on those rainy shopping days as it is an outdoor mall area.

This is by far the best Apple store in the Portland area. And I have been too all three, I think the General Manager of this one just does the best job allowing his/her employees to go out of there way to help customers. They did an amazing job helping me with multiple issues ( some my fault and some manufacturing defects ). They were prompt and very open to listening to your issue before jumping to wayward solutions. Also it could be busy in there but it never seems to busy for them to help you. Would recommend getting an appointment though, as wait times for non-appointments is long some days.

I had the absolute worst possible experience today at the Bridgeport Apple store. I live in Silverton and as of today it took three round trips to get my Apple AirPods to work. The manager of the store told me his name was Dan and that he would not give me his card. My first trip purchased the AirPods got home and they did not work. I contacted Apple support and threw some tech-support they determine they were not operating correctly. They told me to go up and exchange them it would be a very simple fix. When I arrived, I was told that because I did not bring the other light of that I had purchased that they could not exchange my AirPods. Made absolutely no sense whatsoever. They told me that I needed to return the third time with the additional items so that they could use their system to be able to swap out the AirPods. While I was there, I asked if we could make sure the AirPods worked prior to leaving as not to have to make another trip. Turns out they did not work. The manager of the store was happy to say that he could help me. But I would have to wait three hours. This is after three round trips and some lackluster customer service. I told them no I was not gonna wait another three hours and asked him if there was any way he could put me to the Front of the line for a quick check on my phone. He looked at me and just said no. As I am a business owner and understand what it means to have good quality customer service. This guy should be fired! Dan I hope you read this and I hope your boss reads this and I hope your boss reaches out to me. To Downs boss, I’m sure you can reach out to him and figure out who I am as I would love to have a conversation with you.

Spent 45 minutes on the phone with Apple who said they spoke with the store to confirm we could get an Iphone 7 replaced in store. We had sent one back that was crashed due to Apples update. The repair center sent a non-working phone back - doesnt instill a lot of faith. After being assured that we could exchange the phone for a working phone and a 2 hour drive to the store, the store said they could not exchange it and we would have to ship out. Wait was absolutely awful. Was told it would be an hour at most and on the early side of that. Got a text at 50 minutes and then proceeded to wait for 100+ minutes. Terrible service, would prefer up front saying it’s going to be 1.5-2 hours not 15-30 minutes as first suggested.
